Subject: ARHAM needs your help

Arham is the 20 month old son of my colleague. This lively little boy was diagnosed with
'Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia' (blood cancer) and subdural Hemorrhage in the brain and
is presently undergoing treatment at the National University Hospital (NUH) in
Singapore. His doctors say that he is responding well to the induction chemotherapy and
has a 70% chance of being cured by their treatment.

However, the treatment will have to continue for two years and it will cost around
US$ 100,000.00. Arham's committed parents have drawn on all their savings and their
family and friends are extending all the assistance they can to save the life of this
beautiful young boy. However, they are still far behind the required amount and are
in dire need of financial assistance to continue the treatment. It breaks my heart when
I speak to my colleague and wish there was more I could do for her beloved child. Since
there is only so much I can contribute, I am writing this mail to all my nearest and dearest
friends for any assistance you can extend.

I am attaching herewith a copy of a letter from Arham's doctor at NUH seeking assistance
from First Hand Foundation in Kansas City, USA. Here you will see that the initial treatment
is very cost intensive. Therefore, it would be greatly appreciated if you could kindly extend
your generous assistance as soon as you can.

the funds we have raised from our office.
