Everybody is innocent until proven guilty, but that is totally absent in Bangladesh. Government ministers are giving verdict in advance. Who is right and who is killer judges will decide not the politicians. Those people are coming as a eye witness, what did they do within last 39 years? Why they did not file any case against them? Most of them either hardcore Awami Leagure or paid by Awami League. Shahriar Kabir's document is the best example of fake and fabricated documents. Let them come to the court, then you will see the real truth.
Those killed 30 thousands JSD workers in a very cold mind from 1972 to 1975, they should be brought in justice. All real criminals must be punished. Government must establish justice, otherwise there will no peace in the country.

All the olemas of Pakistan and all the islamic parties of pakistan never believed sheikh Muzib and India because if these get chanches they will destroy Islam and Muslim identity and their thought became true........true............true.......Sheikh Muzib introduced secularism and banned all the Islamic parties by his first constitution in 1971. Any misdoing ... raping ... looting ....killing by pakistani army or any other entity that were in 90% cases by that entities individual foe but not official administrative oreder by the military regimes but I strongly support those mis doers must brought to justice but we see Sheikh Muzib pardoned those 195 war criminals and returned them like as Jami Adar.

This amounts to abusing their power of remand.It is now very important for all to review the entire review procedure and make changes in the law.Law should be changed in the light of Supreme court guidance in the matter.We are sorry for these young men and state of affairs in Bangladesh.We wish early end of the predicament of these youngmen.

The informative articles written by Mr. Radwan Chowdhury is quite interesting. I like it. Instead of writing pages after pages about our country's political situation, these sorts of news written by Mr. Radwan Chowdhury is more nformative useful and amazing. After all we are professional man not politician. Those who are writing about political disturbances of our country in their long articles I don't think anybody have got the patience to read all these. Nobody is bothering what they are writing. Politicians are doing everything of their own according to their own thinking. At least we can put some of our view point in a more concise way acceptable to everybody.
In this regard I should appreciate dina khan for her intelligent and thoughtful writing in a most concise way which is not creating any bore and also quite informative.

HC begins hearing on judges' appointmentSun, Jul 18th, 2010 6:57 pm BdSTDhaka, July 18 (bdnews24.com) – The High Court has started hearing a petition challenging appointments of International Crimes Tribunal chairman justice Nizamul Haque and member justice ATM Fazle Kabir.
Justices Mamnun Rahman and Syeda Afsar Jahan on Sunday adjourned the hearing over the petition until next Monday upon the request of assistant attorney general Rashed Jahangir.
The tribunal was formed on March 25 with justice Haque its chairman and justice Kabir and another former judge as members.
Lawyers Nawab Ali and former secretary AFM Solaiman Chowdhury moved the court, challenging the appointments of the two on July 4.
Barrister Abdur Razzaq, who stood for the petitioner, said the Supreme Court has been made parallel to the tribunal by appointing the two judges.
Razzaq, also an assistant secretary general of Jamaat e-Islami, said the apex court has also been taken under the executive branch through their appointments, going against the spirit of independence of judiciary.
The appointments also violated sections of the constitution 94 (3), 99, 109, 144, 147 (3), he added.
BNP lawyers TH Khan, barrister Moudud Ahmed, Rafiqul Islam Miah, among others, assisted Razzaq during the hearing.

There are many probable causes behind this arrest. Theprobable cause is the standard by which a police officer has the authority tomake an arrest. It is the standard to which the Magistrate believed that(1) the arretees may have been involved in aiding, abetting and harboring ahardened criminal or criminals to escape justice.(2) the arrestees has sufficient information on a crime or criminals and needsto be remanded.The Butcher of Mirpur and the Looter of Jamalpur should not get any leeway on technical grounds ..... these criminals and all the organizers of Killer Al-Bodor gestapo militia mustbe brought to justice.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
