I think you are living in Jupitar. Worldwide the market prices are high. So, why you blame Fakruddin and Mainuddin?
If you want to go to court, first of all you go against UN food programmer. Why the market price has increased in Worldwide? 
So, before making comments, be sure that the obligation is acceptable or not and I think it is better.

It is the main duty to the Advisors of the Present CTG to proof that they are under the control of lawful system rules of law not under control of any pressure group or on pressure persons by doing lawful trial against of all corrupted persons & by doing lawful reformation works in all sections for establishing lawful good administration & lawful democracy in the country.

War Crimes Facts Finding Committee (WCFFC), a research organisation, unveiled a list of 1,597 war criminals responsible for the mass killings, rapes and other atrocities during the Liberation War of 1971. Of those on the list, 369 are members of Pakistan military, 1,150 are their local collaborators & Paki DALAL (Razakar, Al Badar. Jamat, ML, NI) including members of other forces formed to aid the occupation army) and Peace Committee and 78 are Biharis
 
"After conducting investigation & research for 7 years (About 13 researchers had been engaged in preparing the list from 1999 to 2006.), we are going to announce the list of perpetrators of war crimes & genocide," Dr M A Hasan, convener of War Crimes Facts Finding Committee told to press
 
Please read these news of 4.04.08, but Jamat - Shibir spokes-machine & newspapers (actually toilet papers) Nayadiganta, Songram etc are seem to be silent on this news
