Question arise how can get nation quality educated & quality knowledge people for perfect understanding the real problems & quality knowledge quality work people for making clear Idea policy solving the nation problems. Question also arises does CTG realize 1) The Aim of CTG Administration 2) The Meaning of CTG Administration 3) The Reasons for establishing CTG Administration in Bangladesh & 4) The real Work of real CTG Administration???? To make success CTG needs to possess quality education & quality knowledge for understanding these & for creating the differences for perfect administrationto provide productive quality education, to conduct fair neutral election & to rule the country correctly. Does think CTG for quality persons for quality work? What the duty of the Court??? Is either the duty of the court for making the rules of law & policy for the Government or CTG? Are the Judges policy makers or Judicial work doer according to the rules of policy or rules of law made by the public representative in National Assembly or Constitution recognized Advisor Council in CTG system? The duty of the court is to follow the constitutional rules of law made 1) by National Assembly 2) in absence of National Assembly the rules of law or policy of law made 3) by the CTG Council for creating fair & neutral CTG Administration to conduct fair & neutral MP Election . The judges of the court are not law makers or not public representative. They are judicial public servants for doing trial against criminals not for creating judicial confuse. The Court has no legal right to challenge the policy & the rules of law made by the national assembly or made by the constitutional CTG Advisor council. The court also has no legal right to give verdict on the policy which is made by the National Assembly or the rules of law & rules of policy made by legal CTG Advisor Council in CTG System & nbsp; for creating fair & neutral CTG Administration to conduct fair & neutral MP election. So the court must needs to collect open jury board opinion before giving any verdict of any matter. Professional lawyers must not be appreciated to be the members of jury board. All should remember that CTG is appointed by the elected president after street fighting done by politicians who are inefficient & not faithful trustworthy to conduct any election in fair neutral atmosphere. The main duty CTG is to conduct fair & neutral election & this constitutional legal CTG to conduct fair & neutral Election can make policy of law & rules of law for creating fair & neutral CTG administration. The CTG as a Care Taker Government in CTG system can make policy of law & rules of law for Nation interest & can make rules of law & policy of law for creating Lawful fair & neutral non political local Administration to conduct fair & neutral MP election & to rule the country for people's well fare.- To make the rules of law & the policy of lawful work to create realizing knowledge for making the differences between MP (Member of Parliament) & the local council for local active administration CTG can provide training for realizing & upgrading the understanding knowledge for making the understanding in differences of the work & work field of MP & the work & work field of local council. Clear understanding knowledge creates the clear idea for making the differences in quality persons for quality work. So 1) The most duty of Judicial Department is to do trialing works & to give lawful verdict according to rules of law made by National Assembly and according to the policy of law & rules of law made by the CTG Council in absence of National Assembly. 2) The most duty of both Government CTG or Political Party government is to follow the rules of constitutional law made by National Assembly & the rules made by CTG Council. 3) For Establishing Justice of law CTG can Introduce Jury Board System in Judicial Verdict for Justice of human right & for creating faith to public mind that lawful justified verdict is given by the Court in doing Lawful trial for creating fair honest politicians. 4) Jury Board can be formed by the members selecting from National Voter list. 5) CTG needs to open nation wide quality schools to provide quality knowledge education to all professional persons & all category people for making them quality understanding & quality working people. Causes The concerned people for realizing any thing is needed some understanding education & quality knowledge. It is very regretful matter that the Dhaka University or any educational institution in Bangladesh has no system & does not provide quality education to any level people for making them update quality knowledge educated persons. On the other hand The Political Party Government does not require for thinking for providing quality education to the professional people or to the students for making them understanding professional skilled persons to make the differences in their actual duty & to do their actual duty efficiently. CTG as c a re taker can do reformation in education section & can open nation wide quality schools for providing professional quality education to the professional people including the Politicians, Media people, Judicial persons, Law professional & education teaching staffs for making them clear understanding & realizing quality educated persons to make the differences & to perform their or to the students duty correctly at the level of update quality standard... Therefore this CTG can be asked for making a system to provide quality education nation wide to all professionals for making them quality educated & quality understanding persons to make the differences & to do their actual duty correctly. CTG can also do reformation in all level education & to make the system for providing nation wide job basis quality education nation wide to all category professional & other people for realizing the differences between a Dakat and a Soldier. Examples can be given for learning & knowing that 1) Who is Dakat what his work, who is army what his work Are equal both? 2) Who is chur what his duty, who is police what his duty Are the same, the work of police & the work of chur? 3) Who is politician what his function & what the relation among dakat army police chur& other professionals. Are all (police army politicians chur & dakat) same? Are all in Bangladesh (police army politician chur dakat judical & law professionals) working with the same motive for reaching at the same destination aiming of looting public money & power? Lastly to know & understand 4) What the duty & the responsibility of the Government? 5) What is being done in Bangladesh by the Government of Bangladesh? This CTG appointed by the elected president is the constitutional legal Government for conducting fair & neutral election. The CTG as a Care Taker in the CTG system can make any policy & any rules of law for Nation interest for creating Lawful Administration to provide productive quality education to conduct fair neutral election & to rule the country for the people's well fare. CTG can make policy for doing reformation in all sections & in education section for providing update quality education according to the requirement to create in level quality educated skilled people for building the nation & solving the county's problems.

Dear Members, I think she(Sheikh Hasina) should be investigated for misuse of public fund for her crazy desire. The current president of U.S.A George Bush educated from Yale University or current Prime minister of England or other Presidents or the head of the countries of the world if want cud manage dozens of Ph.D's for themselves. But they never did or dont want to be a joker of this world. I think Sheikh Hasina and any of their family members are always arrogant and using the poor Bangladeshi' s support for their personal gain. I've also seen her from very close and it's very true and totaly agree what the comments has put in. They are not patriotic but selfish . If she become again PM of B/Desh may ruin the entire country. I do blame all our country's current political participants for the same kind of attitude. This does not mean to everybody in the country. I'm pretty sure there are lots of patriotic politicians are there who are not getting chances to do something for this country.I'do strongly beleive and haope lots of people will agree with me that Dr. Yunus is the most patriotic individual of this country. After Bango Bandhu he is the person who has the dream .I hope may Allah or God or the Creator give them (ill manner politicians) some kind of sense so they can think for this (B/Desh) country .
