Attention to Mr.Alamgir Khan & Mr. Jalil

They are needed to remember that to get & to make fair & neutral Police Administration DGFI Administration  Army for guaranty as security forces & other Government Administration or Private Organizations as lawful body under the System of Lawful Service Codes & Service Rules it is essentially needed to the  politicians to remember that they are needed to be quality educated & quality knowledge politicians. They are needed to be the honest lawful politicians under the system of lawful democracy. They (the politicians) must need to learn what the correct rules of law what the correct rules of democracy what the correct duty of the lawful politicians  what the service rules & what the duty of the public administrations They should need to learn not to make  any Public Servant (police bdr dgfi & other civil government employees) as political party wings for using them  to do activities as the political  party cadres..

If they do so then any time Army gun may point them & military intervention may enter their nose into the state affairs in near future & the political leaders (including Mr.Alamgir Khan & Mr. Jalil) may be sent to the police custody for their illegal & unlawful activities.

Ensure army never 'turns guns on us': Alamgir

Sun, Feb 1st, 2009 10:17 pm BdST
Dhaka, Feb 1 (bdnews24.com)— Senior Awami League MP Mohiuddin Khan Alamgir on Sunday urged parliament to prevent any further military intervention into state affairs in future.

"The army, who are supposed to guarantee our security, our safety, we must make sure they never turn their guns on us," Alamgir told parliament.

"Otherwise, future generations will not pardon us."

The former state minister also alleged that the Anticorruption Commission had become a "den of corruption", and proposed a parliamentary probe body to investigate the ACC's antigraft drives.

Alamgir had harsh words too for president Iajuddin Ahmed, while delivering his speech on the president's Jan 25 address to parliament.

"The president betrayed the republic and breached his oath in office," said the MP.

Alamgir also alleged "the highest amount of money was laundered when Fakhruddin Ahmed was Bangladesh Bank governor".

"I also propose a parliamentary body to investigate this."

Echoing Awami League general secretary Abdul Jalil, Alamgir came down heavily on Iajuddin and ACC chairman Hasan Mashhud Chowdhury.

"It is painful for me to thank this President.

"The ACC during Iajuddin's time turned into a den of corruption," said Alamgir who got 13 years for alleged corruption during the caretaker government headed by Fakhruddin Ahmed.

He also questioned the legality of the ACC chairman's appointment and termed him a "shameless" person.

"Was the appointment of the ACC chairman legal? Were the ACC rules legal?"

"I propose formation of a parliamentary body to investigate the illegal activities of the ACC," he said.

"This ACC tried to control politics in the name of anti-corruption drives. This ACC violated the constitution in the name of anti-corruption drives".

He asked why had the ACC appointed 12 out of 18 directors from the members of the armed forces.

"Is it true that only members of the defence forces are honest," he questioned.

"This president has betrayed the republic. They (the president and the caretaker government) will have to be accountable for their betrayal," said Alamgir, who was state minister for planning in the previous Awami League government.

Asaduzzaman Noor, A B M Golam Mostofa, Abu Jahir, A H Mahmud Ali, M A Mannan, Shamsul Haq Cowdhury, Israfil Alam and Nurul Islam also addressed their fellow MPs Sunday. The house was adjourned until 4.45 pm Monday.

[chottala.com] Re: [khabor.com] Ershad acquitted in graft case

I think we talk too much. How much honest we are!! Did you find during CT Govt. over 90% of people (Who has the option of doing corruption) of Bangladesh are corrupted.

However, if you compare Mr. Ersahd with any corrupted person, he is much better than anyone else.

He is only one who did something for Bangladesh like Upazilla. Just think about it, 460 upazilla including hospital, court, education, roads, plus job creation etc etc.

Did any political leader until today came up with any innovative idea besides Mr. Ershad?

Do not be a parrot, use your own brain to see the whole picture.

Thanks.

Ershad acquitted in graft case -
Who says "there is no such thing as perfect crime" ???

Once again Ershad has proved that

Ershad acquitted in graft case

File PhotoStar Online Report
Former president and Jatiya Party chief HM Ershad was acquitted today of graft charges in a case filed against him 16 years ago.
Judge Golam Motuza Majumder of the Special Court for Dhaka Division delivered the verdict.
Earlier on November 22 last year, the court fixed December 1 for delivering the verdict after completion of arguments by the prosecution and the defence.
But the court deferred the delivery of the verdict to February 2, as Ershad did not appear before it on that day.
Earlier, the court recorded statements of 12 prosecution witnesses, including complainant of the case.
According to the case filed with Tejgaon Police Station on September 5 of 1992, it was alleged that Ershad, defying the authorities' decision, directed the authorities to take loans from France instead of the grant from Finland for setting up 'microwave telephone lines' in 89 upazilas.
Due to Ershad's unilateral decision, the government had to pay Tk 28 crore to France in interest, as the plan was not implemented finally, sources said.
The investigation officer of the case submitted the charge sheet against Ershad and four others on July 31, 1995.

Dear Badal
I hope everything is proceeding fine towards Ripon's impending marriage and you are not too much busy about it. Your Bhabi and I will certainly miss the happy wedding. However, we very much hope we will be able to visit coming January and by the grace of Allah we will be able to see your first grandchild's face then. However we will put our presence through a humble "something" in the wedding. Seema will take care of it.
I am waiting for some good news from you about the progress in publishing "Bangaleer Samorik Oitijyo."
Meanwhile I am forwarding to you a message I received today about the publication of another book. May be you can do something similar for wider publicity of "Samorik Oitijyo." May be you have some plan better than this.
Take care. With doa to all
