Well their are few things not right with Jubo League it is headed by AMU..Sheikh Monis brother he needs to move to Al if he wishes he is not JUBOK any more he is veteran so is many with him..it seems his organization works with people of other religion and young..thus hint is works with Bangladesh Bouddha Jubo Parishad well their is one of my mother cousin in it he is more closer to Zuckerberg then me..Zuckerbergs mother brother..GOKUL MAMA..their are issues that divides Gokul Mama and my mothers family..that origins from Dinesh Chandra Baruas death..in addition their is TOPON Da the lead singer for souls and is in solo music..he has been to USA too and spent times in different US cities..entertaining many in Bengali community he was also in Ohio where I have some relatives...one of them is JOYA di the wife of Dr Shambhit and they are more close with Goon Babu and Bacchu Dr..though not that prominent..by the way Bouddha Jubo Porishod office is also at Chittagong Ismaili Mansion thus assume many of Gokul Mamas business connection..their are other lawyers litigating some of the issue..but this does get AL & hassina in the mess though Hassina has been some what a bit cautions seems to be..will explain that..the thing is JUBO league AMIR Hossian came to know my fathers lawyer and some of the legal issues and etc..but may have not known the entire circumstance and it seems TOPON Da and AMir Hossian was with French side may be Airbus side well Boeing is not much help either.and some of the things they did I think is French backed..now it comes to be when I visited Hassina Husband in Delhi..he wanted to know whom do I know in Delhi, I mentioned of some that I visited with but it was Prashad Mesho who I was staying with...well Hassina knew of many other things one was her husbands role in Sheikh Mujib death and etc..but she did want her husband to hear as I understand Sheikh Mujib life insurance company also insisted Hassina husband to hear what I have to say..about the death of Sheikh Mujib..as I understand until then all the blame was going to Hassina husband side relatives..and thus Hassina then their is Hassina & rehana issue..it came out to be that after I left meeting with Hassina husband he followed thru this with my relatives and found out from Proshad Mesho..that their is this legal dispute over death of my mothers father..that is Dinesh Chandra Barua..one thing lead to another but they came to know that that death is being litigated thus thru various channel they ended up with Gokul Mamas father..the Dr Sudhir Talukdar..which is actually the case over the death of Dinesh Chandra..was partially sold to family of Beni Madhav Barua..thus they found a Chinese Lawyer litigating that death..
she is female..and thus most and many went with that lawyer including AMIR Hossain well that is part issue of his brothers death too..and they knew some US intelligence where tied to death of Sheikh Mujib..thus I think they allied with More or less EU, well they where in those death too as they are with Saluddin Kader..Amir Hossain Amu and other may have know or not known..but Hassina I think not only had that lawyer..she had other lawyers in legal counsel and it ultimately lead to Lawyer that was litigating Sadhans death in Burma..

"The large quantity of guilt attached to sexuality in patriarchy is overwhelmingly placed upon the female, who is, culturally speaking, held to be the culpable or the more culpable party in nearly any sexual liaison, whatever the extenuating circumstances.  A tendency toward the reification of the female makes her more often a sexual object than a person. This is particularly so when she is denied human rights through chattel status. Even where this has been partly amended the cumulative effect of religion and custom is still very powerful and has enormous psychological consequences. Woman is still denied sexual freedom and the biological control over her body through the cult of virginity, the double standard, the prescription against abortion, and in many places because contraception is physically or psychically unavailable to her." One could hardly resist reading back this 1969 text of Kate Millet after seeing the much talked about video link of the Hifazat-e Islam Chief, Ahmad Shafi. And what did this elderly man have to say in his 'sermon' in front of a crowd? * Men should not allow women to study after grade four-five. Women should receive minimum education only to take care of husband's property. * Women should be homebound and be responsible for the husband's chattel; they should not roam around 'nakedly' (Ulongo). * Women commit 'zina'(fornication) while out for study or work, that's why, their income does not carry 'barkat'(blessings). *Birth control should be denounced; even polygamy could be resorted to for enhancement of the Muslim Umma. *Coexistence of men and women in public allures men and encourages 'zina'. Kate Millet was not incorrect in her observation that women are viewed as 'sexual object' rather than a person. It is quite astonishing how each of her lines cited above fits into Shafi's sermon. Ironically even in this 21st century, lives of women are essentially tied up between capitalism and patriarchy, while the former treats her as commodity, the latter holds her as a religious pawn.   If it wasn't so, how could Mr. Shafi dare to pronounce those derogatory remarks in a land where women workers constitute 80 per cent of the RMG sector which virtually runs our economy? Why is he allowed to roam around freely even after calling for curtailment of women's rights and choices of life? Would it be impossible to charge Mr. Shafi for defaming all the working forces and academia or for instigating violence against women? Can we allow such impunity when we have incidents like Hawa Akhter Jui who had her hand chopped off by her former husband for continuing college against his will or Rumana Monzur, who though being a university teacher had to lose her vision out of sheer possessiveness of her former husband? Jui and Rumana were courageous enough to survive those gruesome incidents and they have uplifted our morale by their determination. But let us not forget Hena, the 14-year-old rape victim who was held liable for 'fornication' by a 'religious' edict. While the perpetrator successfully escaped the whipping, Hena could not survive the lashes. We have hundreds of Hena dying each year and may be thousands of perpetrators being trained and instigated by the sort of 'Ilm' (knowledge) spread by Mr. Shafi and like. Thanks to this,  we see a school teacher called a 'whore' in a public meeting for denying covering her head and the court has to declare afresh that women cannot be forced to veil. The court has expressed its concern over increasing social and religious vigilance on what women wear. And to our anguish, comes Mr. Shafi calling for restrictions on women's movement and attire in a disparaging language. But moral policing of women or blaming them for 'moral degradation' is not new in Bangladesh. Even, Hifazat-e Islam made a public admission that this is how religious sermons ('waz') have taken place in the country for decades, so why make a big fuss out of it? This is indeed something that as a nation we should ask ourselves — why have we allowed this so long? Try any video link of 'waz' from Bangladesh available in the social media, if you believe in equality of sexes and races you are bound to be aggrieved and enraged. Why do we allow such nuisance to continue in the name of religion? Why are these 'sermons' available in stores for purchase, why does not the law step in? How does the authorities concerned remain unmoved even when many have expressed anxiety over presence of children in 'waz', which is a common platform to malign women? Why do we take these so lightly when we have alarming rate of violence against women including fatwa inflicted violence, infant mortality and maternal death?   These questions bear more relevance as the Hifazat was allowed and still being allowed to campaign for its most degrading 13-point demand in the name of democracy which includes demand for banning of women policy and 'free mixing of male and female'. In the face of huge uproar and protest from the media, civil society and rights activists Hifazat-e Islam said the organisation was not against women's liberty or right to work or education, they are merely demanding segregation of men and women in public sphere: "There is nothing to prevent women from getting out of their homes, receiving education, and going to work wearing the hijab or dressing in a manner that is modest. For instance if there can be separate colleges and schools for women then it should not be a problem to create separate workplaces for them." This explanation is an even more serious blow to the constitutional guarantee of equality of access to public life, education and work and freedom of expression irrespective of sexes. Leave alone constitutionality, narrowing down the demand to practicality it becomes apparent that this demand is being pressed to repress and belittle women. Would they go so far as to demand separate roads, highways, bus service, air crafts, and armed forces for men and women? If they are so determined about segregation then why don't they call out all Arabic teachers to restrain from tutoring female students or prohibit male teachers in female madrassahs? And the rest has been said clearly and aloud by the Hifazat Chief and the organisation on principle has given its approval to what the leader said: "Women should be homebound and be responsible for husband's chattel". Let us take the opportunity to remember that it is the same organisation which not so long ago has publicly assaulted a female journalist, Nadia Sharmin of ETV for trying to collect news in a 'male gathering'. Similarly, the Finanical Express reporter Arafat Ara in Dhaka and Mohona TV Chief Reporter Sumi Khan in Chittagong were obstructed by Hifazat activists. Later the organisation leaders regretted the attacks, but they also requested female journalists not to cover its rally in Jessore.   Even after all these had happened, what reaction did we get from our Parliament which has female speaker, prime minister, opposition leader, several ministerial positions chaired by women including those from the 50 reserved seats. MP Syeda Asifa Ashrafi Papia of BNP said all that Hifazat was preaching was aimed at "security of women" and Mr. Shafi is being maligned through a 'media coup'. May be this is what is called 'condemnation of the condemner'. A ray of hope ushered in when the prime minister condemned the Hifazat chief, but it was short lived as she could not break through the patriarchal spell and took resort to the same terminology in impugning the opposition leader. We have again witnessed narrow party interest and vote count getting the upper hand over public interest. And for those who think Hifazat-e Islam activists are some aliens residing in Quami Madrassas only, time has come to do a realty check. Our educational institutions, both private and public, are witnessing an increase of students bearing the idea that there should be seclusion of men and women in work and education. There is also a growing tendency among students to narrow down every aspect of public policy to religion. While giving lectures on Muslim Law, I have had a lot of difficulties dealing with students who would bring a non-authentic translation of the Quran in the class and argue over each and every statutory reform, even ones as harmless as marriage registration. Needless to say the texts referred to are utterly disrespectful to women. But isn't that something which is bound to happen, because the whole fabric is somehow disrespectful and has an enmity towards women? Isn't it unbelievable that sitting in a law faculty it is not possible to run a Google search with the keywords 'sexual harassment' because it includes the three lettered word 'sex'? Isn't it true that we advertise sanitary napkins 24/7 but we have to carry it wrapped when we buy it? Do we not have a popular song which goes "Chumki choleche eka pothe, songi hole dosh ki tate?" Do we not have TV commercials presenting women as commodity, always craving for luxuries of life, beauty without brain and always belittled by men, be it husband, father-in-law or a fish seller? Don't we have colleagues and teachers and classmates who always try to portray women to be less competent, fragile and timid? Yes, we live in a society where women face systemic discrimination. Here every woman has to play an identity performance, the continuous struggle of proving her worth, for not being considered a lesser being –'woman'. A woman has more to prove, as a competent worker, a home maker, a loving wife and caring mother and more so to pass the social scrutiny of purity, which is tainted every now and then. No wonder, while Mr. Shafi adds fuel to the fire our administration sleeps on our rights. Even when the existing data shows that most of the fatwa inflicted violence has involvement of Quami Madrasa students, our very own government increases budget allocation for madrassa education each year. মাছের মাথায় পচন ধরলে যেমন পুরু মাছটি নষ্ট হয়ে যায়, তেমনি আওয়ামী লীগ পুরু পঁচে গেছে। মাথা মানে হাসিনা একজন ধুর্গন্ধযুক্ত পঁচা নেত্রী। অন্যরা তাহলে আর কি হবে?

ড. রেজোয়ান সিদ্দিকী : কখনও কখনও স্তম্ভিত হয়ে যাই। কখনও কখনও আমাদের দেশের রাষ্ট্র পরিচালনার দায়িত্বে যারা আছেন তাদের বক্তব্যে ঠিক দিশা করে উঠতে পারি না যে এরা  প্রকৃতিস্থ আছেন কি নেই। কিংবা গণতন্ত্রের ন্যূনতম বিষয়াদি সম্পর্কেও তাদের কোনো ধারণা আছে কি নেই। এর আগে শ্রদ্ধেয় গবেষক রাজনীতিক শিক্ষাবিদ বদরুদ্দীন উমর এক নিবন্ধে লিখেছিলেন, দেশে এখন উন্মাদের শাসন চলছে। বদরুদ্দীন ওমর কখনোই বাত কি বাত কিংবা মুখ ফসকানো কথা বলেন না। তিনি যা বলেন চিন্তা করে, হিসেব করেই বলেন। তখনো মনে হয়েছিলো শ্রদ্ধেয় বদরুদ্দীন উমরই সত্য। উন্মাদের শাসনই চলছে। এখন বোধ করি, সে উন্মাদনা আরো বহু গুণ বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে।
এ কথা আকস্মিকভাবে মনে হয়নি। সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে ঘটে যাওয়া বেশ কয়েকটি ঘটনা এবং সরকারের শীর্ষস্থানীয় ব্যক্তিদের কিছু বক্তব্য আমাদের তেমনি মনোভাব পোষণে বাধ্য করছে। তার ভেতরে কোনো স্বাভাবিকতা, গণতন্ত্রপ্রিয়তা, সহনশীলতাÑ কিছুই খুঁজে পাওয়া যায়নি। আগের ঘটনা আরো চমকপ্রদই ছিলো। প্রধানমন্ত্রী আওয়ামী লীগ নেতাকর্মীদের উদ্দেশ্যে বলেছিলেন, আপনারা কি হাতে চুড়ি পরে থাকেন? একটি লাশ ফেললে ১০ টি লাশ ফেলে দেবেন। অর্থাৎ অভ্যন্তরীণ কোন্দলেই হোক আর প্রতিপক্ষের সাথে বিবাদেই হোক, আওয়ামী লীগের যদি একজন কর্মীও নিহত হয়, তাহলে তারা যেন প্রতিপক্ষের ১০ জনকে খুন করে। এ কথাটিও স্বাভাবিক ছিল না। কথাটি সুস্থ মস্তিস্ক-প্রসূত হতে পারে না। সত্যি যদি এরকম ঘটত, তাহলে বাংলাদেশ খুনের উৎসবে ইতিমধ্যে জনশূন্য হয়ে পড়ত। এদেশের উর্বর মাটি সে লাশের ভার বইতে পারত কিনা সন্দেহ।
সে তো আগের আমলের ঘটনা। আমরা আশা করেছিলাম, রাজনীতিতে প্রধানমন্ত্রী আরও পরিপক্বতা অর্জন করেছেন। এ কথা সত্য যে, যদি তাকে আঁতাতের মাধ্যমে নির্বাচন করতে না হতো, প্রকৃতপক্ষেই জনসমর্থন নিয়ে ক্ষমতায় আসতে হতো, তাহলে হয়তো আমরা সেই পরিপক্বতার দৃষ্টান্ত পেতাম। কিন্তু আঁতাতের মাধ্যমে ক্ষমতায় আসার ফলে সে পরিপক্বতা অর্জন তার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় হয়নি। জনগণের ভোটে নির্বাচিত হতে হলে জনগণের কাছে যেতে হয়। তাদের মন মানসিকতা বুঝতে হয়। তাদের চাহিদা, দাবি-দাওয়া, আকাক্সক্ষার সঙ্গে একাত্ম হতে হয়। শেখ হাসিনার সরকারকে তার কোনো কিছুই করতে হয়নি। ফলে তিনি  চরম উচ্ছৃংখল আচরণ করতে শুরু করেন। তার দলের লোকেরা যখন লাশ ফেলতে শুরু করল, তখন তিনি ঐ লাশ ফেলার পক্ষে হাজার রকম যুক্তি উপস্থাপন করতে শুরু করলেন। কখনও তিনি বলেন, আওয়ামী লীগের যে ব্যক্তি খুন করেছে তার পিতাকে রাজাকাররা খুন করেছে। অতএব এখন যে কোনো লোককে খুন করার অধিকার তার আছে। এটিকেও বোধ করি পাগলের প্রলাপ বলে অভিহিত করা যায়। 
এটি ঘটেছিল নাটোরের বড়াই গ্রামের পৌরসভা মেয়র হত্যার সময়। যার বাবাকে কথিত রাজাকাররা খুন করেছিলো। তার বয়স তখন মাত্র কয়েক বছর হওয়ার কথা। আর নিহত পৌরসভা মেয়র মুক্তিযুদ্ধের সময় জন্মগ্রহণই করেননি। তারপরেও প্রধানমন্ত্রী নিজে কোনো ব্যক্তির হাতে হত্যার অধিকার তুলে দিয়ে গৌরব বোধ করেছেন। কিন্তু রাষ্ট্র তো ব্যক্তিকে হত্যার অধিকার দেয় না। যদি কারো স্বজন খুন হন, তবে তিনি আদালতে সে খুনের বিচার চাইবেন। আদালত তার বিচার করবেন। তিনি যদি সরাসরি খুনী হয়ে থাকেন, তাহলে আমাদের দেশের আইনে আদালত তাকে মৃত্যুদ- দিতে পারে। সেভাবেই খুনের বদলা হয়। কিন্তু লাশ ফেলে দেয়া কিছুতেই আইনের শাসন নয়। যেখানে খোদ প্রধানমন্ত্রী আইনের শাসনের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধাশীল নন, সেখানে অন্য নাগরিকের কাছ থেকে আইনের শাসনের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধাশীলতা আশা করা যায় না। এতে সমাজে ব্যাপক অরাজকতার সৃষ্টি হয়। গত সাড়ে চার বছরে সরকার তেমন এক ভয়াবহ অরাজকতাই সৃষ্টি করেছেন।
সে অবস্থা বাড়তে বাড়তে এখন এক উন্মাদনার সৃষ্টি হয়েছে। যেন উন্মাদের শাসন প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। আফগানিস্তানে বাদশা আমানুল্লাহর পতনের পর এক ডাকাত দল রাষ্ট্র ক্ষমতা গ্রহণ করেছিলো। সে ডাকাত দলের সর্দারের নাম ছিলো বাচ্চায়ে শকাব। সে ক্ষমতা গ্রহণ করে খুন-খারাবি, লুণ্ঠন, খেয়ালখুশি মতো আইন জারি করে মাস খানেকের মধ্যে পুরো সমাজ একেবারে তচনছ করে দিয়েছিলো। এখন দেশে যেন সেই বাচ্চায়ে শকাবের শাসন চলছে। সরকার ভাবতে শুরু করেছে যে, এই রাষ্ট্র ৫৬ হাজার বর্গমাইলের এই ভূমি, এইসবটুকুই তাদের পৈত্রিক সম্পত্তি। আর জনগণ যেন তাদের দাসানুদাস প্রজা। সম্রাটের কথার বাইরে যদি প্রজা যায়, তাহলে তার কপালে দুঃখ আছে। সেই অবর্ণনীয় দুঃখের ভার এখন আমরা প্রতিটি নাগরিক বয়ে বেড়াচ্ছি। সে ভার ক্রমশই দুঃসহ হয়ে ওঠছে। ১৬ কোটি মানুষ যদি এই দুঃসহ বোঝার ভার সরকারের মাথার ওপর ছুঁড়ে ফেলে দেন, তবে যে এই সরকার ধূলোয় মিশে যাবে, সে কা-জ্ঞান সরকারের লুপ্ত হয়েছে।
অতিসম্প্রতি সংঘটিত কয়েকটি উদাহরণ দিলে এর একটি খ- চিত্র পাওয়া যেতে পারে। তা হলো, (১) মেধাবী শিক্ষার্থীদের সম্পর্কে প্রধানমন্ত্রীর অত্যন্ত দৃষ্টিকটু মনোভঙ্গি। কোটা ব্যবস্থার মাধ্যমে নিজ দলের লোকদের সরকারি চাকরিতে ঢোকানোর যে মহাপরিকল্পনা সরকার গ্রহণ করেছে, তার বিরুদ্ধে সম্প্রতি প্রতিবাদে নেমেছিলো মেধাবী ছাত্ররা। বাংলাদেশ সিভিল সার্ভিস (বিসিএস)-এর চাকরি ক্ষেত্রে দেখা গেলো যে, পরীক্ষায় ৮০ নম্বর পেয়েও কেউ কেউ পাস করতে পারেনি। আবার ৫০ নম্বর পাওয়া অনেককেই পাস করিয়ে দেয়া হয়েছে। আর কোটা ব্যবস্থা খেয়ে ফেলছে প্রায় ৬০-৭০ শতাংশ চাকরি। এরই প্রতিবাদে একদিন রাত প্রায় ১০টা পর্যন্ত শাহবাগ চত্বরে অবস্থান নিয়েছিলো মেধাবী শিক্ষার্থীরা। তারা কোটা ব্যবস্থার বাতিলের দাবি জানাচ্ছিলো। সরকার প্রজন্ম চত্বর নামে শাহবাগে এক বান্দরের খেলার আয়োজন করেছিলো। প্রায় মাস দেড়েক ধরে সরকারী পৃষ্ঠপোষকতায় ও মদদে সে আন্দোলন চালিয়ে যাওয়া হয়। সন্দেহ নেই, এই দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে শাহবাগ এলাকায় অবস্থিত তিনটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হাসপাতালসহ পুরো ঢাকা শহরে ব্যাপক যানজটের সৃষ্টি হয়। সরকার খাদ্য দিয়ে, পানি দিয়ে, সিসি ক্যামেরা বসিয়ে, ভ্রাম্যমান টয়লেট বসিয়ে তাদের নিরাপত্তার ব্যবস্থা করেছিলো। কিছু অপগত লোক সেখানে গান-বাজনা, ঢোল-ডাগড়া বাজিয়ে মুক্তিযুদ্ধের চেতনা বাস্তবায়নে নেমেছিলো। করতালি দিতে গিয়ে হাজির হয়েছিলো সরকার দলীয় লোকেরা। ভারত থেকে ভাড়া করে আনা হয়েছিলো আরও কিছু খোল-করতাল বাঁদর। খোদ ভারত সরকারের প্রতিনিধি বলেছিলেন, প্রজন্ম চত্বরের এই সং-যাত্রার প্রতি তাদের সমর্থন রয়েছে। এটি বেশ ভালো কথা। কারণটা কি? কারণটা নাকি তারুণ্যের উত্থান। প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা বলেছিলেন, তার মন পড়ে থাকে শাহবাগে। আর কী দারুণ ব্যবস্থা! শাহবাগীরা অল্প সময়ের মধ্যেই সরকারের উপর সরকার হয়ে উঠলো।
তারা বলল, ঘরে ঘরে মোমবাতি জ্বালাও। মোমবাতি জ্বালিয়ে দেয়া হলো। তারা বলল, স্কুল-কলেজে জাতীয় পতাকা তোলো। জাতীয় পতাকা উঠে গেলো। তারা বললো, সরকারি ভবনে জাতীয় পতাকা তোলো। সরকার জাতীয় পতাকা তুলে দিলো। নাটক এই পর্যন্ত হলে বোধ করি এ বিষয়ে আর কোনো কথা থাকতো না। কিন্তু এক সময় দেখা গেলো এই শাহবাগীরা মুক্তিযুদ্ধের নামে ইসলামের বিরুদ্ধে বিভিন্ন ব্লগে উচ্চারণ-অযোগ্য কটূক্তি করতে শুরু করে দিল। আর এর ভেতর দিয়েই ধর্মপ্রাণ মুসলমানদের সংগঠন হেফাজতে ইসলামের উত্থান ঘটলো। সঙ্গতভাবেই বলা যায়, যদি শাহবাগীদের এই উত্থান না ঘটানো হতো তাহলে হয়তো এমন তীব্র আকারে হেফাজতে ইসলামের উত্থান ঘটতো না। খানিকটা প্রসঙ্গান্তরে এসে গেছি।
আমরা আলোচনা করছিলাম মেধাবী ছাত্রদের নিয়ে। তারা শাহবাগে একদিন বিক্ষোভ করেছিলেন মেধার স্বীকৃতির দাবিতে। কিন্তু রাষ্ট্রশক্তির চোখে তা ছিল যার পর নাই ঔদ্ধত্য। মেধা আছে, অথচ রাষ্ট্রশক্তির অনুগত নয়, এমন মেধার চাইতে রাষ্ট্রশক্তির অনুগত মেধাহীন অস্ত্রবাজরাই সরকারের কাছে অধিক প্রিয় হয়ে ওঠে। আর তাই, দ্বিতীয় দিন তাদের শাহবাগে দাঁড়াতে দেয়া হয়নি। পুলিশ আর ছাত্রলীগ মিলে ধুম পিটিয়ে তাদের এলাকা ছাড়া করে দিয়েছিল। এতে বিস্মিত না হয়ে পারা যায় না।
আমরা ভেবেছিলাম, সরকারের সর্বোচ্চ ব্যক্তি প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা মেধাবীদের জন্য একটি সম্মানজনক সুরাহার কথা বলবেন। কিন্তু বেলারুশে ভাগ্নির বিয়ে থেকে ফিরে তিনি এমন কথা বলে বসলেন যাতে চমকে উঠতে হলো। বিসিএস পরীক্ষায় কোটা পদ্ধতি বাতিলের দাবিতে আন্দোলনকারীদের কঠোর সমালোচনা করে প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা বলেন, যারা রাস্তায় গাড়ি ভাংচুর করে, স্থাপনা ধ্বংস করে, তারা কীসের মেধাবী? মেধাবীরা এ ধরনের কাজ করতে পারে না। যারা ভাঙচুরের সঙ্গে জড়িত, তাদের পিএসসির অধীনে কোনো চাকরি হবে না। যারা কোটাবিরোধী আন্দোলন করতে গিয়ে গাড়ি ভাঙচুর করেছে, তা-ব চালিয়েছে, তাদের ছবি সংরক্ষণ করে পিএসসিতে পাঠানো হয়েছে। ছবি দেখে ভাইভা নেয়া হবে। তাদের পাবলিক সার্ভিস কমিশনে চাকরি হবে না। যারা মুক্তিযুদ্ধের অবদানকে খাটো করে দেখতে চায়, গাড়ি ভাঙচুর করে, তাদের চাকরি হওয়ার অধিকার নেই।
তিনি বলেন, কোটা পদ্ধতি নিয়ে আন্দোলন করা হচ্ছে। মেয়েদের কোটা দেয়া হচ্ছে, তাদের বিরুদ্ধে কিসের আন্দোলন? মুক্তিযোদ্ধা কোটার বিরুদ্ধে আন্দোলন করে মুক্তিযোদ্ধাদের খাটো করা হচ্ছে। মুক্তিযোদ্ধারা যদি ঝুঁকি নিয়ে দেশ স্বাধীন না করতো, তাহলে পাবলিক সার্ভিস কমিশনই হতো না। তাদের অবদানকে খাটো করার জন্য কেন প্রশ্ন তোলা হচ্ছে? মেধাবী ছাত্ররা গাড়ি পোড়ায় না। উচ্ছৃংখল হতে পারে না। এরা কি চাকরি পাওয়ার যোগ্য? তাদেরকে যারা উস্কানি দিচ্ছে, তারা কি আগামীতে রাজাকার, আল বদর কোটা দিয়ে দেশ চালাবে? মুক্তিযুদ্ধের চেতনাবিরোধীরা এদের উস্কানি দিচ্ছে বলেও অভিযোগ করেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী। তিনি বলেন, আন্দোলন করে অন্যের অধিকার থেকে বঞ্চিত করা ঠিক নয়। যারা গাড়ি ভাঙচুর করে, স্থাপত্য ভাঙচুর করে, তারা কতটুকু মেধাবী? তাদের মেধা নিয়ে যথেষ্ট সন্দেহ রয়েছে।
প্রধানমন্ত্রীর এ কথার মধ্যে যতটুকু আবেগ আছে তার সামান্যও যুক্তি নেই। এবং তা প্রকৃতস্থ কথাও নয়। দেশের শীর্ষস্থানীয় বুদ্ধিজীবীরা বলছেন, জাতির উন্নতি চাইলে মেধার মূল্য দিতেই হবে। মেয়েরা অনেক এগিয়ে গেছে। তাদের আর কোটার প্রয়োজন নেই। তারা পুরুষকে ডিঙিয়ে প্রতিযোগিতায়ই অনেক দূর এগিয়ে যেতে পারেন। মুক্তিযোদ্ধাদের বেলায় যা সত্য ছিল, তা তাদের ছেলে মেয়ে, নাতি-নাতনীদের ব্যাপারে প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে না। আর বহু মুক্তিযোদ্ধা নিতান্তই দিন-মজুর ছিলেন। রাজমিস্ত্রি, কাঠমিস্ত্রি ছিলেন। তারা কোটার খবর রাখেন না। দেশের স্বাধীনতা অর্জনের জন্য লড়াইয়ের ডাকে তারা শরীক হয়েছিলেন, দায়িত্ব হিসেবে। যুদ্ধ শেষ হয়েছে। স্বাধীনতা অর্জিত হয়েছে। তাদের কর্তব্য সাধিত হয়েছে। তারা আবার স্ব স্ব পেশায় ফিরে গেছেন। কোনোদিন কোটার খবর নেননি। পাকিস্তানীদের হেফাজতে থেকে শেখ হাসিনা মুক্তিযোদ্ধাদের কোটার বড় বেশি খবর নিচ্ছেন।
এরপর ২৪ জুলাই কালের কণ্ঠ খবর দিয়েছে যে, "তিন সিটি উন্নয়ন প্রকল্প স্থগিত/ প্রধানমন্ত্রী বললেন, অনুমোদন দিলে নির্বাচিতরা বসে বসে খাবেন।" ঐ খবরে বলা হয়েছে, বরিশাল, সিলেট ও খুলনার উন্নয়নে নেয়া দু'টি প্রকল্প অনুমোদন করেনি জাতীয় অর্থনীতি পরিষদের নির্বাহী কমিটি (একনেক)। ২৩ জুলাই অনুষ্ঠিত একনেকের সভায় প্রধানমন্ত্রী ২৮২ কোটি টাকা খরচে বরিশাল ও সিলেট মহানগরীর রাস্তাঘাট উন্নয়ন, পানি সরবরাহ, পয়ঃনিষ্কাশন এবং ৮১ কোটি টাকার খুলনা রেল স্টেশন ও ইয়ার্ডের রিমডেলিং এবং বেনাপোল রেল স্টেশন উন্নয়ন বরাদ্দ স্থগিত করে দেন। বৈঠকে প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, 'এত উন্নয়ন করে কী হবে? ভোট তো পাই না। আমরা ক্ষমতায় এসে দেশের এত কাজ করি, অথচ জনগণ আমাদের উন্নয়ন দেখে না। আর ভোটই যদি না পাই, তাহলে কার জন্য উন্নয়ন করবো?" তিনি বলেন, এ দুটো প্রকল্প অনুমোদন দিলে, যারা নির্বাচিত হয়ে এসেছেন, তারা এই ঘরে বসে বসে খাবেন। এ সম্পর্কে প্রধানমন্ত্রী আরও নানা ধরনের অযৌক্তিক ও অস্বাভাবিক কথাবার্তা বলেন। এর প্রধান কারণ সম্ভবত এই যে, এই তিনটি সিটি করপোরেশনসহ মোট পাঁচটি সিটি করপোরেশনে বিএনপি সমর্থিত জোট বিপুল ভোটে জয়লাভ করে। জনগণ কেন শেখ হাসিনার দলকে ভোট দিল না, তার মাশুল হিসেবে তাদের করপোরেশনে উন্নয়ন কাজ বন্ধ করে দেয়া হলো। এ উন্নয়ন কাজ যদি হতো, তাহলে প্রধানমন্ত্রীর দলের লোকদের যারা ভোট দিয়েছিল, সেই বিপুল সংখ্যক লোকও উপকৃত হতো। তাদের কাছে প্রধানমন্ত্রী কী বাণী পৌঁছাবেন, বলা দুষ্কর।
আপাতত সর্বশেষ আরও একটি অপ্রকৃতস্থ সমালোচনা আমরা করতে চলেছি। আর তা হলো, পৌরসভা বা সিটি করপোরেশনগুলোতে সরাসরি মেয়র পদে নির্বাচনে যেহেতু আওয়ামী লীগ একেবারেই জনগণ দ্বারা প্রত্যাখ্যাত হচ্ছে, অতএব চিন্তাভাবনা করা হচ্ছে যে, সরাসরি জনগণের ভোটে মেয়র নির্বাচন আর নয়। ষাটের দশকের জেনারেল আইয়ূব খানের মৌলিক গণতন্ত্রের ধারায় দেশে নির্বাচন অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। আর সে ধারা হলো, স্থানীয় সরকার নির্বাচনে প্রথমে কাউন্সিলর নির্বাচিত হবে। অর্থাৎ কমিশনার। এই কমিশনাররা ভোট দিয়ে মেয়র নির্বাচন করবে। সেক্ষেত্রে কেউ যদি এমন কি কোটি টাকার ঘুষ দিয়েও একজন কমিশনারকে কিনে নিতে পারেন, তাহলে জয় তার সুনিশ্চিত। জনগণ বড় বাজে ব্যাপার। শত উন্নয়ন করলেও ভোট দিতে চায় না। ধিক্ এই জনগণকে।
এর সকল কিছু উন্মাদ কর্মকা- বলে প্রতিভাত হচ্ছে। সরকার সম্ভবত নিজেও জানে না, তারা কোথায় যেতে চায়, কী পেতে চায়, কী করতে চায়। ক্ষমতা যে পেতে চায় তা বুঝি। কিন্তু অবস্থা এমন দাঁড়িয়েছে যে, ক্ষমতা পেতে চাই। জনগণ-ফনগণ বুঝি না। তাই কি কখনও হয়? অতীতেও হয়নি। ভবিষ্যতেও হবে না। জনগণ যাতে ভোট দেয়, সরকারকে সেই মানসিকতা তৈরি করতে হবে।

I was apprehending something about MP Roni.  He was talking too much, I was sure will not be tolerated!

He should not have done anything with the "journalists" ( I bracketed, because some are more politic than journalist).

আওয়ামী আমলে আইনের শাসন? "তাহলে দুই খান কথা আছে"  
শুধুমাত্র রনিকেই গ্রেপ্তার করলেই কি আইনের শাসন প্রতিষ্ঠা হয়ে গেলো?
 
তাহলে অন্যদের ক্ষেত্রে এমনটি ঘটলো না কেন ?
 
(1) আওয়ামী লীগ এমপি কামাল আহমেদ মজুমদার মনিপুর হাইস্কুলে টেলিভিশনের একজন মহিলা রিপোর্টারের গালে চড় মেরে ছিলেন। ঐ মহিলা টেলিভিশন সাংবাদিকের অপরাধ ছিলো এই যে তিনি কামাল আহমেদ মজুমদার এমপি'র নিকট থেকে একটি তথ্য জানতে চেয়েছিলেন। মনিপুর হাইস্কুলের গভর্নিং বডির চেয়ারম্যান হলেন মিরপুর থেকে আওয়ামী লীগ টিকেটে নির্বাচিত জাতীয় সংসদ সদস্য জনাব কামাল আহমেদ মজুমদার। গত বছর মনিপুর হাইস্কুলে যখন ভর্তি চলছিলো তখন সেখানে শুরু হয় ভর্তি বাণিজ্য। ছাত্রীদের একটি ভর্তি ফি রয়েছে। কিন্তু ঐ স্কুলে দেখা যায় যে এডমিশন ফি যে অংকের, বাস্তবে এডমিশন করতে গিয়ে তার চেয়ে অনেক বেশী টাকা আদায় করা হচ্ছে। কেন, কোন আইনে এবং কোন বিবেচনায় এমন অতিরিক্ত টাকা আদায় করা হচ্ছে, সেটি ঐ টিভি রিপোর্টার জানতে চেয়েছিলেন কামাল মজুমদারের কাছে। এই জানতে চাওয়াটাই হয়েছিলো বিরাট অপরাধ। তাই পুরুষ হওয়া সত্ত্বেও কামাল মজুমদার মহিলার গায়ে হাত তুলেছেন। এখানে আইনের শাসন কোথায় গেলো?
 প্রায় এক বছর হতে চললো, কামাল মজুমদারের বিরুদ্ধে কোন অ্যাকশন নেয়া হয়নি কেন?
 
(2) টেকনাফের এমপি হলেন আওয়ামী লীগের আব্দুর রহমান বদি। ২০০৯ সালে টেকনাফে একটি উপজেলা নির্বাচন অনুষ্ঠিত হচ্ছিলো। সেই ভোটকেন্দ্রে আব্দুর রহমান বদি গমন করেন এবং তিন জন যুবককে মারধর করেন। যুবকদের অপরাধ ছিলো এই যে ওরা ভুয়া ভোট দানের বিরোধিতা করছিলো। সেই অভিযোগে বদি মিয়া এমপি ঐ যুবকদেরকে কষে চড় মারেন। এই মারধরের জন্য বদি মিয়ার আজও কিছু হয়নি।
 
(3) ২০১১ সালের জুলাই মাসে পাবনার আওয়ামী লীগ এমপি গোলাম ফারুক খন্দকার জেলা প্রশাসকের অফিসে হামলা চালান। জেলা প্রশাসকের অপরাধ ছিলো এই যে তিনি এমপি গোলাম ফারুকের অন্যায় দাবি মানতে পারছিলেন না। গোলাম ফারুকের দাবি ছিলো এই যে লিখিত বা মৌখিক পরীক্ষা ছাড়াই তার ক্যাডারদেরকে সরকারি চাকরিতে নিয়োগ দিতে হবে। এ ব্যাপারে যে লিখিত পরীক্ষা হচ্ছিল সে পরীক্ষা হলের পরিদর্শক ছিলেন একজন মহিলা। আওয়ামী লীগের এমপি ঐ মহিলা পরিদর্শককেও ধমকা-ধমকি করেন। ডিসি সাহেবকে অপমান করার প্রতিবাদে অন্যান্য সরকারী অফিসাররা আওয়ামী এমপি'র নিন্দা করেন এবং কর্মবিরতি পালন করেন। তখন  প্রধানমন্ত্রীর প্রতিনিধি উপদেষ্টা এইচ টি ইমাম পাবনা যান এবং এমপি'র কেশাগ্র স্পর্শ না করে জেলা প্রশাসককে বকাবকি করেন।
 
(4) ভোলার এমপি নুরুন্নবী শাওনের বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ ওঠে যে তিনি তার লাইসেন্স করা পিস্তল থেকে গুলী করে একজন পার্টি কর্মীকে হত্যা করেন। ঢাকার প্রায় সমস্ত পত্র পত্রিকায় একাধিক দিবস নুরুন্নবীর অপকীর্তি ফলাও করে প্রকাশ করেন। আজ পর্যন্ত নুরুন্নবী শাওনের বিরুদ্ধে কোন পদক্ষেপই নেয়া হয়নি।
 
(5) ২০১০ সালের জুন মাসে আশুলিয়াতে আওয়ামী লীগের এমপি মিরপুরের ইলিয়াস মোল্লা একজন পুলিশের গালে চপেটাঘাত করেন। এ ব্যাপারেও ইলিয়াস মোল্লা আজও অক্ষত রয়েছেন। একই বছর অর্থাৎ ২০১০ সালের আগস্ট মাসে যশোরের এমপি শেখ আফির উদ্দিন একজন পুলিশ অফিসারকে প্রহার করেন। কিন্তু এ প্রহারের কারণে আফির উদ্দিনের বিরুদ্ধে কোন ব্যবস্থা নেয়া হয়নি।
 
(6) গত বছর অর্থাৎ ২০১২ সালে একটি ঘটনা আজও সকলের মনে আছে। ঐ ঘটনাটির আলোকচিত্র দেশের একাধিক বহুল প্রচারিত একটি পত্রিকায় ছাপা হয়েছিলো। ঐ ছবিতে দেখা যায় যে গফরগাঁওয়ের এমপি গিয়াস উদ্দিনের বিরুদ্ধে বিক্ষোভ করছিলেন। তখন এমপি গিয়াস উদ্দিন তার পিস্তল দিয়ে জনতার উদ্দেশ্যে গুলী করেন। জনতার উদ্দেশ্যে গুলী বর্ষণরত গিয়াস উদ্দিন এমপির ছবি ঢাকার গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দৈনিক সমূহে ছাপা হয়েছিলো। কিন্তু তার পরেও গিয়াস উদ্দিনের কেশাগ্র স্পর্শ করা হয়নি।
 
কাহিনীর এখানেই শেষ নয়।
 
(7) নেত্রকোনার পঙ্গু মুক্তিযোদ্ধা জালাল উদ্দিন আহমদের অস্বাভাবিক মৃত্যুর জন্য তার পরিবার থেকে সন্দেহের আঙ্গুল নির্দেশ করা হয় সরকার দলীয় এমপি মুশতাক হোসেন রহির দিকে। কিন্তু এ ব্যাপারে কোন তদন্ত পর্যন্ত অনুষ্ঠিত হয়নি।
 
(8) রাজশাহীর আওয়ামী লীগ এমপি মিরাজ উদ্দিন মোল্লা রেল গাড়ির ড্রাইভারকে পিটিয়ে রক্তাক্ত করেন। এমপি মিরাজ মোল্লার এই মাস্তানির প্রতিবাদে রেলের কর্মচারীরা উপযুক্ত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের দাবি জানালেও সরকার তাদের দাবির প্রতি কোন কর্ণপাত করেনি।
 
(9) পাবনার আওয়ামী লীগ দলীয় এমপি প্রিন্স রেলের গার্ডকে মারধর করেন। তিনি পাবনা থেকে ঢাকায় আসবেন, তাই তিনি গার্ডকে বলেছিলেন ট্রেন দেরি করে ছাড়ার জন্য। গার্ড তার কথা না শোনায় তাকে বেদম প্রহার করা হয়।
 
(10) বরিশালের এমপি মনিরুল ইসলাম তার ক্যাডার বাহিনী নিয়ে প্রতিবাদী জনগণকে পিটিয়েছিলেন। এ ব্যাপারেও সরকার নির্লিপ্ত থাকে।
 
(11) পিরোজপুরের এমপি এ কে এম আওয়াল তার এলাকার ২০ জন সাংবাদিককে হত্যা করার হুমকি দেন। সাংবাদিকরা তার বিরুদ্ধে পিরোজপুর সদর এবং সূত্রাপুরে মামলা করেছেন। তার বিরুদ্ধে জমি দখল এবং চাঁদাবাজির কথা পত্র পত্রিকায় লেখা হলে তিনি সাংবাদিকদের ধরে পেটান।
 
(12) সাভারের এমপি তওহিদ মুরাদ জং বিশেষ বাহিনী গঠন করে চাঁদাবাজি করছেন। রানা প্লাজার মালিক সোহেল রানাকে পালিয়ে যেতে তিনিই সাহায্য করেছিলেন। তার বিরুদ্ধেও কোন ব্যবস্থা নেয়া হয়নি।
 
(13) নরসিংদীর মন্ত্রী এবং এমপি রাজিউদ্দিন আহমদ রাজুর বিরুদ্ধে তার আপন ভাইয়ের মাধ্যমে নরসিংদীর জনপ্রিয় পৌর মেয়র লোকমান হোসেনকে হত্যার অভিযোগ নিয়ে পত্র-পত্রিকায় বিপুল তোলপাড় হয়েছে। রাজু কিন্তু আজও অক্ষত রয়েছেন।
 
(14) মন্ত্রী শাহজাহান খান, সাবেক মন্ত্রী আবুল হোসেন এবং খামাখা মন্ত্রী সুরঞ্জিত সেন গুপ্তÑ এই তিন মন্ত্রীর বিরুদ্ধে পত্র-পত্রিকায় দিনের পর দিন এবং মাসের পর মাস বিভিন্ন দুর্নীতির অভিযোগ অব্যাহতভাবে প্রকাশিত হচ্ছে। কিন্তু কারও বিরুদ্ধেই কোন অ্যাকশন নেয়া হয়নি।
 
(15) চট্টগ্রামের এমপি আব্দুল লতিফ যেমন মানুষকে পিটিয়েছেন তেমনি তিনি নিজেও মানুষের হাতে পিটুনি খেয়েছেন। কিন্তু কিছুই হয়নি চট্টগ্রামের এই এমপি'র।
 
(16) সিরাজগঞ্জের এমপি আব্দুল লতিফ বিশ্বাসের বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগের অন্ত নাই। কিন্তু কোন অভিযোগই সরকার গায়ে মাখেনি।
 
অথচ গোলাম মাওলা রনিকে ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে গ্রেফতার করা হয়েছে এবং কোনরূপ তদন্ত ছাড়াই কাশিমপুর কারাগারে তাকে পাঠানো হয়েছে। প্রধানমন্ত্রীর নব নিযুক্ত তথ্য উপদেষ্টা ইকবাল সোবহান চৌধুরী বলেছেন যে প্রধানমন্ত্রীর নির্দেশেই রনির বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবস্থা নেয়া হয়েছে। যারা প্রবীণ, অভিজ্ঞ এবং যারা অন্দরমহলের খবর কিছু রাখেন তারা প্রশ্ন করছেন যে, এর আগে ১৯ জন এমপি যা ইচ্ছে তাই করে গেলেন। তারাও মারপিট থেকে শুরু করে, পিস্তল থেকে  গুলী ছোঁড়া এবং খুন খারাবি সবই করেছেন। সেক্ষেত্রে তাদের ১৯ জনের বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ না করে হঠাৎ করে রনির বিরুদ্ধে কেন অ্যাকশন নেয়া হলো? (প্রিয় পাঠক, আমরা কিন্তু রনির বিরুদ্ধে অ্যাকশন নেয়ার বিরোধী নই। বরং এই প্রাথমিক অ্যাকশন তার যৌক্তিক পরিণতি পাক সেটাই আমরা চাই। আমরা এখানে শুধুমাত্র সরকারের অসঙ্গতি দেখাচ্ছি)।

Myanmar Navy chief Vice-Admiral Thura Thet Swe in New Delhi on Monday. (AFP) New Delhi, July 29: Myanmar has sought Indian assistance to beef up its navy in a strategic development that is happy news for planners in New Delhi but the government is concerned it cannot do enough to help the country that often turns to China. The chief of the Myanmar Navy, Vice-Admiral Thura Thet Swe, who is on a four-day visit to India, today met Indian Navy chief Admiral D.K. Joshi and "discussed various proposals to further strengthen the navy-to-navy cooperation in operations, training and material support and take the existing relationship to another plane and promote capacity building and capability enhancement", an official statement said. "Myanmar is one of our closest neighbours. We share a land border as well as a maritime border with them. On the navy-to-navy front we have had extremely cordial relations," Admiral Joshi said, welcoming Admiral Thet Swe. Myanmar has asked India for help to service four Islander maritime surveillance aircraft that New Delhi gifted in 2007. The British-origin Islander aircraft was gifted to the Myanmar junta despite objections from the UK. The Indian Navy was on the verge of phasing-out the vintage aircraft. But Myanmar's small navy found them useful. Myanmar has also asked India for offshore patrol vessels and fast attack craft made in Indian defence shipyards. But Indian shipyards are chock-full with orders from the navy. This March, the Indian and Myanmar navies began co-ordinating patrolling along their maritime boundary. The Indian Navy, that closely watches the growth of the Chinese naval footprint in the Indian Ocean region, itself assesses that the opportunity afforded by Myanmar should be utilised. Despite the distrust of the Myanmar junta for many years and in the face of western opposition, New Delhi had kept a working relationship going with the military establishment. In these years, China has made deep inroads in Myanmar, contributing not only to building roads and a pipeline, but also to training the Myanmarese military. With Bangladesh headed for an uncertain election at the end of the year, Myanmar's request for Indian military assistance marks a major initiative that is set to impact India's eastern theatre and boundaries in the Northeast. The Myanmar Navy chief, who met army chief General Bikram Singh, defence secretary R.K. Mathur and vice-chief of the air force Air Marshal Arup Raha, will be given a tour of the Kochi-headquartered Southern Naval Command over the next two days. The Myanmar Navy has also requested India to increase the quota of sailors and officers in Indian military training academies.

[chottala.com] CHEAP LIFE LIFE INSURANCE TRAP

In case any of you in USA or overseas receive low price life insurance solicitation I think it is safe to assume some thing too good to be true..this program of Life Insurance for Children for 1 dollar..that is a trap or could be depends on whom they designate beneficiary..

My experience is this is kind of a catch thus for many reason I think one is better of dealing with Bangldesh Govt Insurance Companies..they are some what safer then US and Israeli ones they designate any one they wish..and how in my situation My WILL superceeds any designated Life Insurance beneficiary..
