Reading the news  of Bangladesh news paper    that   high  Judge Nazmoon Ara Sultana  has given  a verdict to  the case of Khalida Zia's residential house  at Cantonment  which is awarded  from Cantonment Property to her  by a registering deed  for living & registration  is done  by  then Bangladesh Government administration. It seems that   All political leaders  to be efficient knowledge  as president as Prime Minister  as cabinet's ministers  as parliament members  & all professional s to be skilled performers in respective work fields  are needed  providing them quality knowledge education and all children are also needed to provide quality knowledge education for building them  future efficient citizens of Bangladesh. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  KMS. Or C)    Every one takes law in their own hand. Then No body can safe. Do you understand when creates the environment of no body in safe at I)              jungle law or II)             no law or III)            Every one's own hand law? Answer of your commands is when 1)     The court does not give verdict lawfully... 2)     The infrastructure of judicial system does not follow the system of lawful procedure. You must need to think for this reason the last resort in a civilized society Is there in Bangladesh whether judicial infrastructure functioning its function lawfully or not? An example can be for your lawful thought Mr. MK Alamgir was an elected MP. Mr. MK Alamgir's membership of parliament has been cancelled by the court? Be cause Mr. MK Alamgir along with others were punished by the court verdicts for 13 years Jail Because The court found him "criminals & guilty." Again Mr. MK Alamgir along with others is released from the prison jail Because The court found him not guilty not criminal. Can you please explain? Does work the court lawfully in Bangladesh? Does it not create confusion to the people mind to be confused? .  Who is Mahudur Rahman? It does not matter. For lawful judicial   administrative people are needed to be honest & lawful Political leaders are needed to be lawful And system of democracy is also needed to be lawful for building total environmental system as lawful environment. For this reason Quality Knowledge education is needed providing nation wide to all children & to all ranking professionals. Judicial System should be included board of Juries system selecting juries from adult mass people to establish that judging work are really done lawfully in  lawful system of creating belief that judging are being prevailed  not judging is being done under gun point or being revenging minded to take revenge.   Revenging minded & revenging work always creates revenge. Ultimately it break the lawful system of administration & derailed the civil administration create the national people's disaster by showing that reasons of coming army administration create             Today's news is in Bangladesh News papers that the learnt chief Judge of Bangladesh Supreme Court has given punishment to Mr. Mahdur Rahman for his Court Condemn writing in news paper against the court verdict & judges. He is now a criminal prisoner. Because Mr. Rahman wrote against the court verdict & against the court judges. For this reasons Judges are feeling insulation & being angry called him in the court & has given him punishment. Because Mr. Rahman is not satisfied with the court verdicts. It is his very criminal offence .He did not satisfy with court verdict & he wrote against the court verdict & insulted the court judges. For this reasons so that in future any body can  dare to say any  word against  the court verdict or against the judges activity  Mr. Mahudur  deserved  to enjoy heavy punishment. .. According to this  verdict it seems that  inspiration  is created  that the court verdict is either justified or not justified that does satisfy nobody or any body does not satisfy could not say any thing.     In Bangladesh Village there are seen a lot of Village Morals… If any body say against the Moral's activities Then Moral's lethal Bahini will take him by force   to the Moral's court &   Moral's litial beat him for "why he does not respect the Moral"    Now it seems that Bangladesh Judges are like the Village Morals. Moral ar bichar kiao o korte parbi Na.  Moral Nejei defender bade   & Nejei Bicharok Judge.

[chottala.com] Bangladesh Intelligence and RAW carry out joint operation in Dhaka

On what legal basis are these joint operations being carried out in Bangladesh? There must be some legal agreement allowing RAW to operate in tandem with the DGFI or NSI on Bangladesh soil. When was this agreement signed and by whom? More importantly is their a reciprocal agreement allowing DGFI and NSI to operate alongside RAW in India? If not then why have we allowed this liberty to Indian foreign intelligence for them to operate in Bangladesh?

UNLF confirms its chief held in Dhaka

Four days after unconfirmed reports said R K Meghen alias Sanayaima, chairman of the United National Liberation Front (UNLF), a Meitei rebel group, had fallen into the custody of security forces, the outfit on Saturday night issued a statement saying its chief had indeed been picked up in Bangladesh.

The statement issued in the Meitei language and emailed to newspaper offices in Imphal said R K Meghen was apprehended by a combined team of Bangladeshi intelligence and RAW sleuths at a place called Lalmatia under Mohammadpur police station on the outskirts of Dhaka on September 29. Meghen, said to be in his late 60s, was driving when he was picked up.
