Well may be we should say that is our Guptakhals Other foreign Kid..HELMUT..he is the one that used to pedal this miniature scooter that was popular few days back..well rumor was they had Nazi ties and were in hiding in Bangladesh..

Only they can tell you the truth..

I think 42% of his portion of Google stake..that is lots of dough..CEO' shave ways to hype..stock and seems he got help from Yahoo..well Sell High..Buy Low..

General Ershad is one individual that came to prominence not for Sheikh Mujib but for Zia-ur-Rahaman. Though General Ershads name was not known much during Sheikh Mujib administration...he also did have a very highly decorated Military Rank in Bangladesh Military..he was the ADJUTANT GENERAL of BANGLADESH MILITARY..under Sheikh Mujibur Rahman administration..a rank that is among many things responsible for enforcing discipline with in Military Ranks., I think that rank directly or indirectly controls Military Court Martial related legal system to Military Police and etc...

It may have mitigated a bit now in Bangladesh Military, I think..but during Mujib administration their existed a division with in Army..between Military Personnel that was supposedly should I say like EAST BENGAL REGIMENT , EAST PAKISTAN RIFLES..vs Military Personnel that were stranded in West Pakistan during the war..as I understand General Ershad was in West Pakistan supposedly they had many that were Bengali speaking in then Army ..in some kind of Camp arrangement..they were known as Repatrioits in The Bangladesh Army..

Well Zia-ur-Rahman..is the one that brought General Ershad into Prominence..by assigning him..Deputy Chief of Bangladesh Army..he stood by Begum Zia..after Zia was assassinated..well he did remove Begum Zia by Military coup.. and formed his won party, then in subsequent elections sided with Begum Zia to give her victory..

I know of many, many that was in one time with BNP politics..that left BNP dis enchanted, one of the main reason could be as BNP likes to move the cause of..Zia..and his son Tareq..as the eventual leader in Bangladesh Politics..whom many thinks..is a Chichkey Pola..

Well from that aspect ego..pride, valor, armour..many comes to play..well thus the high rate of defection from BNP..where as I think Mujib Family or not..Awami League will sustain and it was the case when Zia ruled and AL was opposition..AL has proven it over the period of time..and many are veteran in politics..thus many other veterans in politics feel comfortable with ..AL..of other parties under the table..

But AL said 1/11 was the fruit of their andolon and AL would give them indemnity if they come to power. AL kept their word and no case was filed against any of the 1/11 men for violating the constitution, undermining the democratic institutions and various misdeeds.

Similarly nothing was done about Ershad for violating the constitution and promulgating martial law. When Ershad took over power by a coup AL said they were not unhappy. Ershad's misdeeds are now history but AL made him their digit-AL partner.

[chottala.com] .Emigrate to USA ...! Green Cards are free now

The most prominent Official Voice of USA, son of a White American mother and a Moslim Black African Ph. D. Student from Kenya, Barack Hussain Obama has legalized all illegals in USA, who arrived with their Parents or Relatives, when they were below age 18 and it seems, he is telling others seeking emigration to USA, ...
"Come one, come all by entering USA illegally ...! We would reward you with Green Cards for breaking US Laws".
.
For the last 2 weeks, instead of building an un-penetrateable Wall on US-Mexican Border because 90% of these people are from not too poor Mexico Per Capita Income $ 10,000+, the southern neighbor of USA; Obama is negotiating a full Asylum for 11 to 16 million people living illegally in USA with Opposition Party controlling National Assembly of USA called Congress.
.
This has caused tens of millions of Mexicans and other Latin American Countries plus people from all other countries to try to enter USA with or without Visa fast so, they can be counted in the List of Illegals to get Green Cards fast. A lot of Non Mexicans enter USA illegally through US-Mexican Border. For Example, just last year 600+ Pakistanis were caught entering USA, which means, about 6,000 succeeded by US Immigration Rangers on border normally catch 1/10th of illegals entering USA.
.
Mexico was told by USA in 1990's to stop issuing Visas to people of Poor Countries so, Pakistanis had found a different way to enter Mexico. The illegal Way. Since Dominican Republic was still issuing them Visas, they hand started landing on (not much patrolled by Coast Guards) Mexico's Shores through Boats of Dominican Smugglers.
.
Some Pakistanis, who could speak English have found Jobs paying $ 18,000 a year in Tourism Industry (Expensive Resorts, Hotels, Restaurants and Bars) of Dominican Republic also. Why?
Because the all Tourists are English Speaking (Americans and Canadians), while the Population speaks Spanish. Recently, competition in these jobs has increased and English Speaking Foreigners, who can speak Spanish also are preferred. The same is the situation in all not that poor countries south of US Border (Except for Mexico and English, French and Dutch Speaking Caribbean Countries or countries of West Indies).
Language of almost all countries south of USA is Spanish and they are Catholic Christians. Portuguese is spoken in Brazil and population of countries, where other languages are spoken is very small.

Youths rekindle spirit of '71

Tens of thousands of people raise voice against religion-based politics, demand capital punishment to war criminals, vow to boycott Jamaat-Shibir

The nation yesterday saw the biggest gathering in recent memory as tens of thousands thronged the capital's Shahbagh intersection to call for death penalty for the war criminals, including Abdul Quader Mollah, of 1971.

Men and women, boys and girls, young and old -- tens of thousands of them -- from all walks of life filled the few square kilometres area to the brim.

Since the daybreak, people, many with their families, started flocking the intersection first in their hundreds and then in thousands, carrying national flags, banners and placards for the 3:00pm mass rally. By then, the crowd stretched as far as the eye can see.

From Matsya Bhaban in the south to Kataban intersection in the north and from Hotel Ruposhi Bangla intersection in the east to TSC in the west, people were everywhere. Overwhelming was the participation of young generation -- students of schools, college and universities -- the life force of the movement.

In thunderous chants, they made their demand for death sentence to all war criminals and registered their determination to resist Jamaat-e-Islami and Islami Chhatra Shibir.

It was the fourth day of the non-stop protest, which began hours after a war crimes tribunal on Tuesday sentenced Jamaat leader Quader Mollah to life term in prison for crimes against humanity during the Liberation War.

The movement was launched by Bloggers and Online Activist Network, but it soon transformed into a people's movement. Demonstrators say a life sentence for Mollah was too lenient. They want death sentence for him.

Protestors have kept the interaction in their possession since Tuesday afternoon, with several hundreds of them staying overnights without sleep.

From yesterday's rally, people took an oath to continue the movement until their demand is met. In addition to capital punishment to the war criminals, the demonstrators called for banning Jamaat and its student wing, Shibir.

People also vowed to boycott all businesses, banks, media outlets and social and cultural organisations owned by Jamaat leaders.

"We pledge to keep on demanding trial under a special tribunal of those Razakars and Al-Badrs who were convicted and were under trial but freed after 1975," said Imran H Sarkar, administering the oath from a makeshift stage erected atop a truck at the intersection.

Imran, convener of Bloggers and Online Activist Network, is one of the initiators of the movement.

"We pledge that we will continue our movement from Teknaf to Tetulia under the leadership of general people until highest punishment is given to Razakars-Al-Badrs who committed crimes against humanity like genocide and rape in 1971," protestors vowed after Imran.

The mass rally began with the recitation of a poem and rendering of the national anthem.

"This is another 1971," said Mili Rahman, widow of Birshrestha Matiur Rahman.

"Today we are united in voicing our single demand. We freed the country in 1971 and today you will free it once again from Razakars and Jamaat-Shibir…. None can hold us back," she said.

Noted writer Prof Muhammad Zafar Iqbal said, "I am here to offer my apology to you. I wrote in newspapers that the new generation only hits 'like' on Facebook and writes on blogs, but does not take to the streets. You have proved me wrong, and I thank you all for this."

"The year 2013 has turned into 1971 and those of you who did not see 1971 are now witnessing '71 in the year of 2013," he added.

"Study when it's time to study, write poems when it's time to write poems, listen to music when it's time to listen to music … and take to the streets when you need to. It is the happiest day of my life. All the martyrs and the country people are thankful to you," he said.

Veteran journalist Kamal Lohani said the whole nation heard the roars of the mass people. "The only punishment to the war criminals, not only Quader but all, is capital punishment. Besides, their politics will also have to be banned."

A number of speakers came down heavily on a section of foreign media for what they called its negative coverage of the war crimes trial and the ongoing movement. Protesters were heard chanting slogans against some foreign media.

Speaking at the rally, Sector Commanders Forum Senior Vice-chairmen Maj Gen (retd) KM Shafiullah said, "It's a rebirth of 1971….

"We'll have to carry on our movement until our one and only demand is met."

Also spoke on the occasion Dhaka University Vice-chancellor Prof AAMS Arefin Siddique, Jahangirnagar University VC Prof Anwar Hossain, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University VC Prof Pran Gopal Dutta, Hasan Imam, cultural personality and novelist Anisul Haq, Shaon Mahmud, daughter of Shaheed Altaf Mahmud, and Shyamoli Nasreen Chowdhury, widow of Shaheed Dr Alim Chowdhury.

A numerous numbers of socio-cultural and political organisations and professional bodies expressed solidarity with the demonstrators.

Addressing the rally, Hasan Tarek, general secretary of Bangladesh Chhatra Union, demanded cancellation of memberships of Quader Mollah and Kamaruzzaman from the Jatiya Press Club.

Some private university students joined the demonstration wearing black T-shirts and ropes hanging from their necks, demanding capital punishment to all war criminals.

"Either the war criminals will be hanged or we will hang ourselves," said Rezaul Karim, an MBA student of Independent University Bangladesh.

Tania Tun Noor, a BBA student of Dhaka City College, held a placard that read: "Shakunera akhono potaka chhareni," meaning the vultures are still clutching the flag.

"The theme of the placard is that the black hands of Jamaat-Shibir are still clutching our flag and they are trying to take the country backward," she said.

Around 100 children, aged between four and 15, of Khelaghar Dhaka Mohanagar joined the movement, chanting: "Ar kono dabi nai, Razakarder fashi chai," which means "we want nothing except for the capital punishment to the Razakars."

[chottala.com] Student politics should be stopped and banned.

Dear dina khan,

I quite agree with you to ban politics but it should not be for party politics. It should be banned for student's only. The students for studies and not for politics. If student politics banned completely then there will be no disturbances and problems in our country. The political parties in our country are taking the full advantage of innocent students of our poor family while those politicians sending their own children to foreign countries for higher studies. I did not see any justification of student politics in our poor country. No such student politics prevail in any foreign countries like USA, UK, Canada, Japan, Germany, Australia even in our neighboring country India or any other highly developed countries except in our poor country like Bangladesh. The parents are sending their children in the university or college with the hope of educating their children to make their future life but our political leaders utilizing them as their political tools for their selfish motivation making our children's career completely doomed while keeping their own children away from politics. This sort of student politics should be stopped and banned for ever in our country.

Dr. Siraj Uddowllah.

AL is thinking to ban Jamat Sibir Politics.
It is good idea.
It will be more better in Bangladesh  banning of all party politics at least for 10 years along with student's and teacher's  party politics in education institutions and party politics in industry section  by ruling Bangladesh under CTG Administration  to establish lawful administration, to establish   the system of lawful democracy for securing people's
security and humanity in Bangladesh teaching POLITICIANS of proper knowledge education, teaching  PROFESSIONAL
people of knowledge skilled professional education and modern technology to do work perfectly, teaching  common people  of knowledge course to judge  right and wrong before casting their votes and providing nation wide child care quality education to build the children of Bangladesh as efficient quality citizens.

Reasons for CTG Administration
 1. Politicians of Bangladesh are doing order politics controlling by constitutional 70 articles, their political activities guiding by  party chief  not followed according to rules of politics or rules of democracy or not own thinking idea.
2. The constitution rules are being changed  by Parliament Members according to court verdict. That means members of parliament are not wise efficient to make  constitution rules or law.
3.Professional people are not doing works according to service rules and are doing works as
political party cadres.
4. Common people are not casting their votes being wise right voters  as responsible citizens.
5. Nation wide all children  in education institutions are not getting quality education to be good educated citizen for building Bangladesh but they are being made party cadres are destroying educational atmosphere over all Bangladesh.

These activities of (a) politicians (b) professionals and (c) common people of Bangladesh
Say
Bangladesh needs to be ruled by CTG administration guide by High Court and Supreme Court Judges for
teaching knowledge education to educate
A) POLITICIANS to make them  knowledge fit politicians to understand  lawful DEMOCRACY and lawful   RULES OF law,
B) Professional people to educate them to do works according to service rule  in the system of LAWFUL discipline ADMINISTRATION AND
C) for doing trial of POLITICIANS and OTHERS' corruption, nonsense talk, illegal and unlawful activities
D) for providing CHILD CARE quality education nation wide to ALL CHILDREN to educate them to be  wise educated  citizens

Care Taker  Administration needs to continue for at least 10 years or  until finish these jobs.
