Re: [chottala.com] My Column in Daily Janakantha

Mr. Mannan,

Did you include the great project' BKSAL' in your publication ?
Did you include how thousands of political opponents were killed by Mujib regime during his rule ?
Did you include the killing of Engineer Shiraj Shikder the first crossfire victim of Sheikh Mujib regime ?
Almost half of the Bangladeshi population didn't like Awami policy still today, how do you judge this plain truth.

Thanks,

I am not sure how to answer your question. However I have written extensively on Banglgobondhu over last twenty years and published a book on him last year. I am not sure how you will take this but my warm wishes.

Regards.

Mannan

Mr. Mannan,
Are you a Bongobondhur Shainik ?
How did you react during the killing of Bongobondhu and his entire family ?
If you are a true soldier of Bongobondhu, Netri Hasina will definitely reward you.

[chottala.com] Re: Exchange rates: Bangladesh Taka vs Pakistani Rupee

Mr. Aslam

The difference between Bangladeshi Taka and Pakistani Rupee is not too much right now, Hopefully by the time Hasina's term expires BD Taka will cross 100 Taka against one US Dollar.
During the last three years of Hasina's mismanagement taka lost at leasst 15 taka against a dollar. Just wait few more years it will cross 100 Taka. Thanks to inefficient Finance Minister
Abul Mal(means father of money) Abdul Muhit's great knowledge of fiscal policy. We can't expect better fiscal policy from this Othorbo government.
My advise to Hasina administeration: instead of advocating Hasina enemy Noble winner Dr. Yunus as World Bank Prersident, Hasina should immediately sack Abul Mal and  appoint
Dr. Yunus as Bangladesh's Finance Minister to save our economy from total collupse.
We should not look at Pakistani rupees devaluation ,rather we should oil our own machine.(Nijer Chorkai Tel Dei).

Mr. Anwar

Very funny... you are now in prediction business ......?

Just compare today's exchange rates with that of Pakistan's:

Thursday, March 1, 2012

1 Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) = 0.01204 US Dollar (USD)

Median price = 80.38706 / 83.06423 (bid/ask)
Minimum price = 80.37300 / 83.04900
Maximum price = 80.39700 / 83.07500

Thursday, March 1, 2012

                                              1 US Dollar = 91.39660 Pakistan Rupee
1 Pakistan Rupee (PKR) = 0.01094 US Dollar (USD)

Median price = 90.53607 / 91.39660 (bid/ask)
