Mubarak's wife threatens to publish sex scandals of the leaders of Arab princes; video and audio

July 25, 2011 | Egypt |
SusanMubarak2.JPG

iReport —
Watni News - Oman: Suzanne Mubarak, the wife threatened to former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak will be published as recordings of sex scandals and the princes of the leaders of Arab and Egyptian officials that did not stop her trial, her husband and sons.
He said the media Ahmed Aboul Naga in an article published on Thursday that there is already a conspiracy to prevent the trial of Mubarak and his wife, Suzanne Mubarak, even if it was paid hundreds of billions of pounds by the kings and princes, the Arabs and the reason they provide money to prevent the trial of Mubarak and Susan because Susan Mubarak has more a flagrant record of 40 for princes and kings of the Arabs by Safwat al-Sharif, who has managed to record a full 30 hours of sex scandals of the princes, kings and Egyptian officials and Arabs are still in office.
The strangest thing is that Susan has threatened to these scandals if it does not interfere with the leaders and princes and officials who are in these strips to prevent her trial she and her husband, deposed Here's that story that reflects the role that was played by Safwat al-Sharif in Egypt, it was Susan fixed vehemently seeks ways and means to pass power to son, Gamal, and this Story details are known and we dealt with a lot, but new it had decided to take revenge on anyone who is close to Gamal Mubarak, even if it has this revenge to the use of explicit recordings.
I have asked Susan Sharif to think in the way of revenge by the dignity and the dignity of her son the next president of Egypt, and Safwat al-Sherif has recordings of obscene for a large number of Arab officials, including officials from that country, and days later returned it, along with recordings of obscene for a large number of princes and officials from Arab countries, it was a "clandestine networks" run by stretching in all Arab countries, and use the girls' ads, actresses and dancers.
The Safwat hand over tapes of nationality to Susan Mubarak, which I felt finally that it will retaliate for the dignity of heir, and has passed the years and became the recordings of the utmost importance after he was deposed Mubarak and after referred Susan to trial, it has Susan's claim all the Arab officials for their support in her ordeal so that you do leaking scandals of sexual the Safwat al-Sharif recorded them, and I have written dozens of times about the secrets of interventions Arab and foreign countries to save the Mubarak family of trials, has some Arab countries to broadcast programs and publish articles calling for Egyptians to pardon Mubarak and his family, and it was all of these attempts so as not to leak sex scandals keep Susan in the treasury for this day.

[chottala.com] “Warm wishes - My response on your article”

Dear dina khan,

I am always interested to read your articles attentively.  The reply which you gave under the heading of  "Warm wishes - My response on your article"‏  written by an educated man happened to be a Professor of some unversity seem to be biased by supporting blindly a party and indirectly supporting mercy of a murderer  punished by the court of Justice as death sentences. The question is to see to whom mercy was given,

(1) whether that man is victimised person or

(2) a man previously known as a notorious man.

If he is in the 2nd category I like to ask that learned Professor whether it is justified to give a chance to a known criminal to do more and more crimes in the long run. Mr. Professor put forward so many examples of the past to justify his arguments and tried his level best to support that criminal by giving a link of his writings in the daily newspaper The Prathom Alo as

http://www.prothom-alo.com/detail/date/2011-08-02/news/174685.

May be so many wrongs happened in the past, why the same will be repeated again and again. Here I like to put an example to Professor Saheb about Prof. Badruduzza Chowdhury who being in the same BNP, during his Presidentship did not comply with his own party's request to attend the mazar of Late President Ziaur Rahman as according to his opinion he was not a president of BNP only at that time rather he was a president of a country including BNP, Awami League and all and for which even he lost his Presidentship also, still not deviated from his principle. Sorry Mr. Professor being a highly qualified man of a society we did not aspect such types of your supporting argumants for a murderer.

Dr. Siraj Uddowllah.

Sir, nation deserves more from teachers, especially the ones seems to be wise and just and reaching/preaching people with their valuable columns. My late father, once angrily told me, “if someone ask you to eat shit, will you be doing it! When, I was trying to blame on someone’s instruction, for one of my childhood misdeed.

I have a simple question to ask you. By pardoning Mr. Biplob, did Mr. Zillur Rahman loose the moral ground to seek justice for his wife Late Ivy Rahman’s killing!

Pls use the Boolean method to response my question. As, often, we lose the accurate answer in too many twisted words.

Thanks.

Analysis: How to wipe out
Islamic terror

By Subramanian Swamy, DNA,
Mumbai,  Jul 17, 2011

The terrorist blast in Mumbai on July 13, 2011, requires decisive soul-searching by the Hindus of India. Hindus cannot accept to be killed in this halal fashion, continuously bleeding every day till the nation finally collapses. Terrorism I define here as the illegal use of force to overawe the civilian population to make it do or not do an act against its will and well-being.

Islamic terrorism is India 's number one problem of national security. About this there will be no doubt after 2012. By that year, I expect a Taliban takeover in Pakistan and the Americans to flee Afghanistan . Then, Islam will confront Hinduism to "complete unfinished business". Already the successor to Osama bin Laden as al-Qaeda leader has declared that India is the priority target for that terrorist organisation and not the USA .

Fanatic Muslims consider Hindu-dominated India "an unfinished chapter of Islamic conquests". All other countries conquered by Islam 100% converted to Islam within two decades of the Islamic invasion. Undivided India in 1947 was 75% Hindu even after 800 years of brutal Islamic rule. That is jarring for the fanatics.

In one sense, I do not blame the Muslim fanatics for targeting Hindus. I blame Hindus who have taken their individuality permitted in Sanatan Dharma to the extreme. Millions of Hindus can assemble without state patronage for the Kumbh Mela, completely self-organised, but they all leave for home oblivious of the targeting of Hindus in Kashmir , Mau, Melvisharam and Malappuram and do not lift their little finger to help organise Hindus. If half the Hindus voted together, rising above caste and language, a genuine Hindu party would have a two-thirds majority in Parliament and the assemblies.

The first lesson to be learnt from the recent history of Islamic terrorism against India and for tackling terrorism in India is that the Hindu is the target and that Muslims of India are being programmed by a slow reactive process to become radical and thus slide into suicide against Hindus. It is to undermine the Hindu psyche and create the fear of civil war that terror attacks are organised.

Hindus must collectively respond as Hindus against the terrorist and not feel individually isolated or, worse, be complacent because he or she is not personally affected. If one Hindu dies merely because he or she was a Hindu, then a bit of every Hindu also dies. This is an essential mental attitude, a necessary part of a virat (committed) Hindu.

We need a collective mindset as Hindus to stand against the Islamic terrorist. The Muslims of India can join us if they genuinely feel for the Hindu. That they do I will not believe unless they acknowledge with pride that though they may be Muslims, their ancestors were Hindus. If any Muslim acknowledges his or her Hindu legacy, then we Hindus can accept him or her as a part of the Brihad Hindu Samaj (greater Hindu society) which is Hindustan . India that is Bharat that is Hindustan is a nation of Hindus and others whose ancestors were Hindus. Others, who refuse to acknowledge this, or those foreigners who become Indian citizens by registration, can remain in India but should not have voting rights (which means they cannot be elected representatives).

Any policy to combat terrorism must begin with requiring each and every Hindu becoming a virat Hindu. For this, one must have a Hindu mindset that recognises that there is vyaktigat charitra (personal character) and rashtriya charitra (national character). For example, Manmohan Singh has high personal character, but by being a rubber stamp of a semi-literate Sonia Gandhi and waffling on all national issues, he has proved that he has no rashtriya charitra.

The second lesson for combating terrorism is that we must never capitulate or concede any demand, as we did in 1989 (freeing five terrorists in exchange for Mufti Mohammed Sayeed's daughter Rubaiya) and in 1999, freeing three terrorists after the hijack of Indian Airlines flight IC-814.

The third lesson is that whatever and however small the terrorist incident, the nation must retaliate massively. For example, when the Ayodhya temple was sought to be attacked, we should have retaliated by re-building the Ram temple at the site.

According to bleeding heart liberals, terrorists are born or bred because of illiteracy, poverty, oppression, and discrimination. They argue that instead of eliminating them, the root cause of these four disabilities in society should be removed. This is rubbish. Osama bin laden was a billionaire. In the failed Times Square episode, failed terrorist Shahzad was from a highly placed family in Pakistan and had an MBA from a reputed US university.

It is also a ridiculous idea that terrorists cannot be deterred because they are irrational and willing to die. Terrorist masterminds have political goals and a method in their madness. An effective strategy to deter terrorism is to defeat those political goals and to rubbish them by counter-terrorist action. Thus, I advocate the following strategy to negate the political goals of Islamic terrorism in India .

Terrorist goal 1: Overawe India on Kashmir .
Counter-Strategy:  Remove Article 370 and resettle ex-servicemen in the valley. Create Panun Kashmir for the Hindu Pandit community. Look for or create an opportunity to take over PoK. If Pakistan continues to back terrorists, assist the Baluchis and Sindhis to get their independence.

Terrorist goal 2:  Blast temples, kill Hindu devotees.
Counter-Strategy:  Remove the masjid in Kashi Vishwanath temple and the 300 masjids at other temple sites.

Terrorist Goal 3:  Turn India into Darul Islam.
Counter Strategy:  Implement the uniform civil code, make learning of Sanskrit and singing of Vande Mataram mandatory, and declare India a Hindu Rashtra in which non-Hindus can vote only if they proudly acknowledge that their ancestors were Hindus. R enam e India Hindustan as a nation of Hindus and those whose ancestors were Hindus.

Terrorist Goal 4:  Change India 's demography by illegal immigration, conversion, and refusal to adopt family planning.
Counter Strategy:  Enact a national law prohibiting conversion from Hinduism to any other religion. Re-conversion will not be banned. Declare that caste is not based on birth but on code or discipline. Welcome non-Hindus to re-convert to the caste of their choice provided they adhere to the code of discipline. Annex land from Bangladesh in proportion to the illegal migrants from that country staying in India . At present, the northern third from Sylhet to Khulna can be annexed to re-settle illegal migrants.

Terrorist Goal 5:  Denigrate Hinduism through vulgar writings and preaching in mosques, madrassas, and churches to create loss of
self-respect amongst Hindus and make them fit for capitulation.

Counter Strategy:  Propagate the development of a Hindu mindset.
India can solve its terrorist problem within five years by such a deterrent strategy, but for that we have to learn the four lessons outlined above, and have a Hindu mindset to take bold, risky, and hard decisions to defend the nation. If the Jews could be transformed from lambs walking meekly to the gas chambers to fiery lions in just 10 years, it should not be difficult for Hindus in much better circumstances (after all we are 83% of India), to do so in five years.

Guru Gobind Singh showed us how just five fearless persons under spiritual guidance can transform a society. Even if half the Hindu voters are persuaded to collectively vote as Hindus, and for a party sincerely committed to a Hindu agenda, then we can forge an instrument for change. And that is the bottom line in the strategy to deter terrorism in a democratic Hindustan at this moment of truth.

The writer is president of the Janata Party, a former Union minister, and a professor of economics.

Thanks.
Vala thaikkun.

[chottala.com] Re: [KHABOR] REAL UGLY FACE OF JOINAL ABEDIN FARUK, MP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Dr. Manik Vai,

Yes, you are right.

Please carefully see the 1st episode of the clip (in front of BNP office in an earlier HARTAL):

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4KMwvUCCmzs

This culprit (Joinal Abedin Farukh) was fighting with his senior party leaders, like, acting General Secretary, Mirza Fakhrul, Office Secretary, Mr Rizvi Ahmed – when they were trying cool him down and to behave nicely with Police.

He (problem maker, Joinal Abedin Farukh) then also behaved very badly with his acting General Secretary, Mirza Fakhrul. He also pushed Mirza Fakhrul to fall him down on the street. Like how he had done to that police officer, in front of JS, in another HARTAL, after couple of days

Please also listen to his offensive words and look at his ugly body languages!!!

Is he a whip?

This behavior and attitudes fit to a GUNDA or to a MASTAN only not to a Whip of a political party!

[chottala.com] War Crimes Tribunal in Bangladesh defies its own rules

ICT fails to comply with its own rules: Lawyers allege

The New Nation

03 August, 2011 Wednesday

Special Correspondent
Some leading members of the legal profession have alleged that the International Crimes Tribunal has failed to comply with its own rules of procedure, depriving those taken under custody the right to lawfully defend themselves.

The International Crimes Tribunals was set up on 25 March2011. Since its formation the Tribunal has passed orders with impunity. This is because its orders are not appealable. They are also not subject to judicial review by the High Court Division, the lawyers say.

There has been international criticism of the procedure adopted  by the Tribunal. Questions have been raised on the impartiality and competence of members of the Tribunal by the international community.

The orders of the Tribunal are not available to the public. Moreover, access to the Tribunal is restricted. It is not open to the general public.

Citing examples they said, On 15 July 2010, the Tribunal framed the International Crimes Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2010. These rules were amended on 25 October 2010 and 28 June 2011. The amended Rules of Procedure have been criticised by various international human rights organisations. In his letter of 21st March 2011 to the Bangladesh Foreign Minister, the US Ambassador at Large on War Crimes Issues, Mr. Stephen J Rapp made a number of recommendations to amend the Rules of Procedure so as to ensure a fair trial.

On 19 May 2011, the American Society of International Law(ASIL) organised 'Briefing on the International Crimes Tribunal in Bangladesh' where the inadequacies of the Act and the Rules were highlighted by the speakers.

On 11 July 2011, the Chief Prosecutor submitted a petition of formal charge to the Tribunal containing allegations of commission of genocide and crimes against humanity against Moulana Delwar Hossain Sayedee. Upon the submission of the formal charge, the defense counsel sought a copy of the same to them in accordance with Rules 18(4) and18(5) of the Rules of under which the Prosecutor is required to make available copies of the formal charge and other relevant documents to the accused persons at the time of submission of the formal charge.

However the Tribunal said it is obligatory for the Tribunal to supply copies of the formal charge and other documents for the benefit of the accused, but it is left to the Tribunal's discretion to decide if and when the same would be made available to the Defence. This is called by lawyers a manifestly perverse interpretation of the Rules.
The rules require the prosecution to submit extra copies of the formal charge and other documents for the sole purpose that the same may be supplied to the accused so that he may prepare his defence. The Tribunal according to some veteran lawyers acted unlawfully in holding on to the documents after receiving them from the Prosecution, thereby depriving the accused persons of sufficient time and facilities for preparation of the defence case.

Again on 14 July 2011, the Tribunal took cognizance of the case against Delwar Hossain Sayedee for commission of genocide and crimes against humanity. Rule 26(3) of the amended Rules of Procedure provide that the Tribunal, on its own motion or on the application of either party may review any order, including the order of framing charge(s) in the interest of justice. Upon passing the order taking cognizance against Sayedee, the defence made a prayer before the Tribunal for obtaining a certified copy of the order, so that they may file an application for review of the said order under Rule 26(3).

The Tribunal rejected the prayer of the defence for certified copies of its order dated 14th July 2011. The defence counsel referred to Rule 26(3) of the Procedures and argued that they require a certified copy of the order in order to draft the application for review pleading appropriate grounds. The Tribunal rejected the prayer once again observing that the defence should rely on the notes it has taken of the Tribunal proceedings to file the application for review.

The Tribunal framed the Rules of Procedure, yet the Tribunal is frustrating its implementation, thereby depriving the accused of their right to a fair trial, eminent lawyers said.
