[chottala.com] Re: Sheikh Mujib accepted formal apology

Relevant clauses of the Bangladesh, India and Pakistan Tripartite Agreement signed on  April 9, 1974:

13. The question of 195 Pakistani prisoners of war was discussed by the three Ministers, in the context of the earnest desire of the Governments for reconciliation, peace and friendship in the sub-continent. The Foreign Minister of Bangladesh stated that the excesses and manifold crimes committed by these prisoners of war constituted according to the relevant provisions of the U.N General Assembly Resolutions and International Law, war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide, and that there was universal consensus that persons charged with such crimes as the 195 Pakistani prisoners of war should be held to account and subjected to the dues process of Law. The Minister of State for Defense and Foreign Affairs of the Government of Pakistan said that his Government condemned and deeply regretted any crimes that may have been committed.

14. In this connection the three Ministers noted that the matter should be viewed in the context of the determination of the three countries to continue resolutely to work for reconciliation. The Minister further noted that following recognition, the Prime Minister of Pakistan declared that he would visit Bangladesh in response to the invitation of the Prime Minister of Bangladesh and appeal to the people of Bangladesh, to forgive and forget the mistakes of the past. Similarly, the Prime Minister of Bangladesh had declared with regard to the atrocities and destruction committed in Bangladesh in 1971 that he wanted the people to forget the past and to make a fresh start, stating that the people of Bangladesh knew how to forgive.

15. In the light of the foregoing and, in particular, having regard to the appeal of the Prime Minister of Pakistan to the people of Bangladesh to forgive and forget the mistakes of the past, the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh stated that the Government of Bangladesh has decided not to proceed with the trials as an act of clemency. It was agreed that the 195 prisoners of war may be repatriated to Pakistan along with the other prisoners of war now in process of repatriation under the Delhi Agreement.

16. The Minister expressed their convictions that the above agreements provide a firm basis for the resolution of the humanitarian problems arising out of the conflict of 1971. They reaffirmed the vital stake of seven hundred million people of the three countries have in peace and progress and reiterated the resolve of their Governments to work for the promotion of normalization of relations and the establishment of durable peace in the sub-continent.

Signed in New Delhi on April 9, 1974 in three original, each of which is equally authentic.

When the Sheikh Mujib govt in 1974 wanted to try 195 Pakistani POWs

held in Indian custody, then Pakistani foreign minister (concurrently
minister of state for defence), Aziz Ahmed, gave in writing a
condemnation and regret for the crimes of his nation's forces in East
Pakistan in 1971. That document constituted an integral part of the
tripartite agreement of 9 April 1974. Sheikh Mujib accepted that
document as a formal apology and said, "We want to forget the past and
make a fresh start."

[chottala.com] Question to Debasish Barua : Who was INDU BHUSHAN ?

Mr. Debasish Barua

What's your point ? Can you elaborate, how does your post ralate
to the thread under discussion  ....

BTW, can you cite some authentic referencible documentation on
" how Einetsine stole the theory of Relativity " and from whom?

As a matter of fact,  Newton's theory of gravitation was accepted without
question until the beginning of 20th century, Then Albert Einstein shook the
foundation of physics with the introduction of his Special Theory of relativity
in 1905 and  his General Theory of Relativity in 1915....

Einstein gave due credit to Satyen Bose (Dhaka University Physics teacher)
when he accepted Bose's idea and co-authored a paper that formed the
basis of Bose–Einstein statistics ....
In quantum statisticsBose–Einstein statistics is one of two possible ways
in which a collection of indistinguishable nuclear particles may occupy a set of
available discrete energy states. The aggregation of particles in the same state,
which is characteristic of particles obeying Bose-Einstein statistics, accounts for
the cohesive streaming of laser light and the frictionless creeping of superfluid
helium. The theory of this behaviour was developed (1924–25) by Albert Einstein
and Satyendra Nath Bose, who recognized that a collection of identical and
indistinguishable particles can be analysed using Bose-Einstein statistics ......

A great Indian mathematician who died of tuberculosis at a very young age.
His name is Srinivasa Ramanujan (22 December 1887 – 26 April 1920).
Ramanujan  was an Indian mathematician who, with almost no formal training in
pure mathematics, made extraordinary contributions to mathematical analysis,
number theory, infinite series and continued fractions.

Thanks

Jonab SA Hannan Shahib

By mentioning "Islamic Scholars, Alim etc", you are essentially
emphasizing Neo-Brahminism within Islam ....
There is no religious hierarchy in our religion Islam .....
Do you deny that?

Inline image 2

Has Mawlana Maududi ever analyzed Hereditary Pir systems, various
religious cults, and associated social evils, that exit under the cover
of religion (Islam in our case) ....????

Islam is not a religion of the so-called "competent Islamic scholar or Alim ....."
Islam is a religion of the common muslims and believers.....
So everyone has right to express his/her own views, specially on the
historical facts ......  In 21st century world, where there are abundance of
information flow .... any interested individual has access to the original
sources of knowledge.

You can't hide ,,,, truths will pop out anyway ????

Please let us know the following:
1. How did Golam Azam became a Professor ?????
2. Did he achieve the title of Professorship through an academic process....??
3. How many years Golam Azam taught in college and at what level ?????.
4. What was Golam Azam's acrual rank i.e Lecturer, Assistant Professor,
Associate Professor, Professor, Professor Emeritus  ??????
5. Is he an academic Professor or an Magician Professor ....?
[BTW, In Great Britain and former British dominians the professional
magicians are also called Professors  ...].
6. Is not Golam Azam's use of Professor title misleading and can be deceptive?
    [False advertising !!!!!! ]

To make the long story short, I must say, that you are using
"argumentum ad hominem," without refuting the points in
Mutasir Mamun's writeup ........ You have attacked the writer.....
A true muslim will always put forward the counter points, instead
of subtle slandering [such as, Muntsir Mamun is not a competent
Islamic scholar ,,,]

FYI, our religion Islam has withstand the test of time .... what
we see in today's world is a beginning cleansing process from
within, from the evil clutches of religion traders [Politics using
Islam, Mullah Tantra, Mazar worship, Hereditary Pir systems, etc]

Re: [chottala.com] News ( About Jamat-Sibir )

Well it seems up roar over trying to Jamat..only way that could be is it will have to be suppressed by BNP as they are allied to them.. besides that Jamat since being revived by Zia has carved out a niche in politics, they have their publication SANGRAM..well if you want to shut that down too..Read Songram over Janakantha..you will find them very interesting though very skewed against BAL politics..it is very possible Jamat has Pakistan tie so does Begum Zia under the table..

Their is a reason why Dr Kamal has difficulty winning even after being backed by GONOKONTHO & ITTEFAQ..just vote is not their despite his high visibility  and so on..

I do sense Jamat has made some adjustment to their war time role BNP has not that is the difference..

[chottala.com] Who was Behind the Mumbai Attacks?

FACTS:
1. After ISI had started posting Chossudovsky, his name has been changed. It used to be Chduovsky before.
2. He works for ISI and is not a Professor.
3. This is why Isha Khan has posted him.
4. Everybody knows, Pak Military was behind Mumbai Attacks because all the Evidence found in Pakistan, India and USA.
5. Even 2 Pakistani American Passport Holders are serving their time in Jail for their involvement in Mumbai Attacks. One of them even told name of his Handler in ISI.
6. Its hard to find people, who believe in this Islamic Conspiracy Theory that 9/11 was caused to end Pakistan Army's illegal Occupation of Afghanistan in name of Taliban.

> meticulous research, the author uncovers a military-intelligence ploy
> behind the September 11 attacks, and the cover-up and complicity of key

>
> The expanded edition, which includes twelve new chapters focuses on the use

>
> According to Chossudovsky, the “war on terrorism” is a complete
