This knowledge net work program may be built by any level people who are possessed Quality Educated Knowledge, good intention, related with the education management & education teaching section and understand the aim of education & the reasons of changing the climate in Bangladesh 1) To create thoughtful idea to make thoughtful suggestions for modifying the rules of policy in education, course of education & method of providing education 2) To create new idea for providing quality education nation wide to all category people 3) To make at all levels appropriate infrastructures to provide quality educations maintaining the update education standard 4) To introduce a system for providing short term professional educational courses for nation wide professional persons besides normal education system for making them update professional knowledge skilled persons. 5) For building knowledge stream bridge from lower level education to higher level education & for communicating knowledge work to all level category people Education level 1. Infant level For the children 1 to 6 years age 2. Primary Level For the children 6 to 11 years age 3. Secondary Level 1 For the children 12 to 15 years age 4. Secondary Level 2 For the children 16 to 19 years age 5. University Level For the children 19 to 22 years age Courses of education 1. Infant level Education courses are the Child Care Education to look over the children for grow up in nature 2. Primary level Education courses are the Preparatory education for learning & knowing how to learn what need to know to learn & to do. 3. Secondary level 1 Education courses are preparatory education for work & for higher education to learn subjects for work & subjects for higher education preparation 4 Secondary level 2 Education courses are work education for work & preparation education for higher education 5. CTG can open quality schools for providing professional quality education to the professional people including the Politicians, Media, Judicial & Law professional for making them clear understanding & realizing persons in making differences. First needs to know 1) Why was created the situation for coming this present 1/11 CTG with Special Emergency Power? 2) Who are the responsible persons for creating the terrible disaster in the country for State Emergency? 3) What is the CTG? 4) What are the reasons for making CTG in Bangladesh? 5) Who are the makers of CTG? 6) Why could not be possible to conduct Normal Election by Normal CTG? 7) Who are the persons for making causes of failure to normal CTG? 8) Now it can think 9) What is RAB? 10) Who makes RAB? 11) What is the purpose for making RAB & 12) What is the difference among RAB, all forces & other professionals It can be said to the concerned people for realizing any thing needs some understanding knowledge. to earn understanding knowledge requires some education to understand difference between right & wrong or to make difference between a Dakat & a soldier needs knowledge of quality education for earning quality education knowledge requires quality schools for providing quality education.. It can be pointed out that Dhaka University or any educational institution in Bangladesh has no system & does not provide quality education. On the other hand The Political Party Government does not require for thinking that for providing quality education to professional people to make them understanding persons for making differences to their actual duty & to do their duty efficiently. So This CTG can be asked for making a system to provide quality education nation wide to all professionals for making them quality educated & quality understanding persons to make differences & to do their actual duty correctly in time & to provide nation wide also job basis quality education nation wide for all category professionals for realizing difference between a Dakat and a Soldier for learning & knowing that 1) Who is Dakat what his work, who is army what his work Are equal both? 2) Who is chur what his duty, who is police what his duty Are same the work of police & the work of chur? 3) Who is politician what his function & what are relations among dakat army police chur & other professionals? Are all (police army politicians chur & dakat) same? Have Idea that in Bangladesh are all (police army politicians chur & dakat) working with same motive for reaching at same destination aiming of looting money & power? 4) What the duty & responsibility of Government are? What is being done in Bangladesh by Government of Bangladesh? 5) What the duty of Court of Judicial department?? Is either making rules of law' or is to follow existing rules of law of constitution for doing trial works against any complaint?? . The Court has no legal right to challenge the policy which is made by the legal CTG Council of CTG Government. Causes: This present CTG appointed by elected president for conducting fair & & nbsp; neutral election after disaster had created in Bangladesh at fighting on street by politicians is constitutional legal Government The CTG as a Care Taker Government in CTG system can make any policy & can make any rules of law for Nation interest for creating Lawful Administration to conduct fair & neutral election & to rule the country for people's well fare. So 1) The duty of Judicial Department is to do trialing works & to give verdict according to rules of law made by National Assembly & rules in absence of National Assembly made by CTG Council. 2) The duty of Government is to follow rules of constitution made by National Assembly & rules made by CTG Council. 3) CTG can introduce Jury Board System in Judicial Verdict for Establishing Justice of law, Justice of human right for creating faith to public mind & to society that Lawful Verdict is given by Court. 4) Jury Board can be formed by member selecting from National Voter list.

We have been seeing the business with the chetona of 1971 since understanding . Now one new chetona has been discovered in 2007 . It is the chetona of 1/11. Observing the activities of the holder of 1/11 chetona, I found the following things in their chetona : 1. Violation of constitution( Did any of the previous Bangladeshi govt violated the Constitution so much?)
2.Control of judiciary( so much so that even the AG could not arrange anyfarewell reception to the last CJ) 3.Making Bangladesh uncivilized( by snatching the right of bail) 4.Hypocray (lecturing for young leader, patronizing older person like Ershad, Quraisi,Dr, kamal, Major Ibrahim, lecturing for freedom of judiciary but controlling it) 5.Patronization of corrupt and opportunist( Sadek Hossain khoka, Dr. Kamal, Ershad) 6. Puppetting to IMF , World Bank and India 7.Patronization of failed politicians ( like Dr. Quraisi, Dr, kamal) 8. Torturing ( Students and teachers of DU, RU,CU, Bussinessman Minto, Politicians tareq Rahman) 9.Controlling and threatening media 10.
