[chottala.com] Bangladesh should also declare hourly pay rate

Along with advancement of clock for an hour, Bangladesh should also declare hourly minimum pay rate to make people realize value of an hour in particular and that of time in general. Is there any muslim country that has hourly pay rate? if not , Bangladesh should be the first. Is there any army in the world that can win over 150 Millions people? Should we be afraid of any country?
