Re: [chottala.com] Nonsense Gossiping between Worthless EC & Worthless Politicians is going on now.

DUTY OF CTG:
Before executing Election's Road Map the terms of action for reformation works for establishing honest administration must needs to be completed..
For getting clean & honest candidates it needs to introduce nation wide a system for providing nation wide quality education to create quality leaders & to make the people quality voters.
CTG is needed to make some rules for creating lawful neutral administration & for conducting fair & neutral election.
1) Rules should be made that local body elected for Union Councils, up Zila Councils, Zila Councils & City Councils must be under direct Government Administration control & for their activities be responsible to the Government as well as to the local people. They must not do party politics. 2) Rules should be made that Government for their activities must be under the guide of rules & laws made by the parliament & is responsible to the parliament & people of the nation.
3) Rules should be made that only the person who does not do party politics in his/her student life & who does not do party politics before join the service can be appointed in Judicial Department or Government Administration or Government Organizations & to keep fair & neutral Judicial Department/ Government Administration & Organization Judicial Investigation should be done for removing the person who being Judicial Person or person of Government Administration/Organization is doing party politic.
4) Rules should also be made for taking the Common Public Jury Board's opinion before giving verdict by the judicial authority for establishing in the people's mind that rules of law, rules of justice are being followed & executed Honestly Neutrally & Lawfully by the court before giving verdict so that any verdict does not create any question to the mind of the common people.
5) Rules should be made for the politicians so that it can be assured that the politicians are doing lawful politics, the politicians are following the rules of democracy to establish lawful democracy.
6) Some rules should be made for guiding EC to conduct corruption free ill money influence free fair & neutral election for building corruption free society & for establishing lawful justice & lawful human right.
Rules are such that
i)        Any party candidate can not do separate public meeting after the declaration of the election schedules.
ii)       Only the Election commission will conduct combined all party together public meeting where all party candidates will be presented by the election commission
iii)     All candidates will get equal time equal facility to tell their party program & their party manifest to the people in the meeting.
iv)    Any candidate can not do poster publicity separately.
v)     The Election Commission will do poster publicity by making single big size poster with the name of the candidate & his party of all party candidates along with their full body long size photos bio-data & each candidate life history so that voters can know them, can judge them, can compare them who is competent person who is honest person who is active efficient person & from which party he is represented.
vi)   Any candidate or any party can not expend any money for the election cost.
vii)    All Election cost publicity cost will be totally borne by the Election Commission.
viii)  Rules should be made if any candidate secretly or publicly expends any money for election purposes then he/she will be sentenced for 10 years & his/her candidature will be cancelled.
ix)     Election commission should be provided monetary fund for bearing all cost of conducting election.
x)      Rules should be made any body wants to contest at local body election Union council up Zilla councils Zila councils  City councils he/she can not do party politics.
xi)     Local body's main duty is to do developing works being fair & neutral elected public representative.
xii)   Rules should be made that if any body wants to be candidate in MP election to contest in MP election from before 3 years he/she can not do local body election.
xiii)  Rules should be made that any MP can not interfere of the local body's activities.
xiv) Rules should be made that MP's main duty is as public representative to make rules & laws, to make policy, to form government & over all as members of parliament to find out the solution of country's all kinds of problems. Their duty is also to supervise whether the Government is running under constitutional lawfully or not.
Nonsense Gossiping between Worthless EC & Worthless Politicians is going on now.
Our dear persons who are doing politics are being advised to do the real public politics being respectable & responsible persons. Now it is the duty of all politicians to discuss each other to understand what their faults.  Dear people who are known as politicians are also advised to learn for knowing & doing works correctly to understand
1) What Politics
2) What Democracy
3) What the duty of politicians.
 Public Politic doers should know

1) Politic means art & science of Government. Politic means activities for status & for seeking power to make laws, policies & systems to rule the country according to the rules of law, rules of policy & rules of system
2) Democracy is the process of system for forming public Government by the elected representative
3) It also needs to the politic doers to make a lawful system calls it political party to collect the public opinion through election for doing politics.
So the good quality duties are of the politicians
a)      Making good system (political party) for lawfully collecting public opinion as public representative through election.
b)      Making first good rules for all administrating people including EC for conducting fair & neutral election by taking public mandate of the voters being elected through election & then follows the rules to rule the country.
c)      Not saying any word unlawful & not doing any thing before making rules for doing it.

It seems that EC is worthless.  EC does not understand what its duty. It is doing nonsense gossiping woks with quality less politicians. EC does not understand that the Politicians are more worthless than that of them.
It needs to remember that for lawful democracy the main duty of the politicians are to make rules & laws for all administrations for ruling the country including EC, are to make guide lines & service rules for all employees including EC's employee to conduct fair Election & for other departments to run administration according to the rules guide lines & service rules which are made by the Parliament of Elected Politicians.
The duty of EC"S employees are to follow the service rules & guide lines made in the Parliament to conduct the election accordingly. But our most dear Politicians are very nonsense & non quality persons. They have no idea & have no self-respect understanding knowledge to understand what the duty of the politicians.

So they are doing bargaining talking works with the employees of Election Commission to make rules & laws & have given all responsibility to THE CTG to make rules & to elect them as members of Parliament & for forming the Government.

Only Quality People Can Build Quality Nation

[chottala.com] Press Release: Open Air Event Celebrates the Languages of the World

Press Release: Open Air Event Celebrates the Languages of the World
Washington DC, February 25, 2008 - In celebration of UN International Mother Language Day, an open air event was organized in DuPont Circle on February 23, 2008, featuring colorful performances from around the world. This event was jointly organized by the Embassy of Bangladesh and Drishtipat DC. Despite the inclement weather, a sizeable crowd gathered to enjoy the lively performances, which included American bluegrass, an umbrella dance from Indonesia, Bangladeshi folk songs, Andean music, an Egyptian sufi dance and more. The event was intended to celebrate the 7,000 languages of the world and the cultures they embody.
In his opening address, Ambassador Humayun Kabir from Bangladesh paid tribute to the martyrs of the 1952 language movement. Other featured speakers included Judith Terra, Washington DC Commissioner for Arts and Humanities, and Virginia Williams, mother of ex-Mayor Anthony Williams. The speakers recognized the need to preserve linguistic diversity and protect languages that are on the verge of extinction. Recognizing that genuine multilingualism promotes unity in diversity and international understanding, the UN proclaimed 2008 the International Year of Languages.

Re: [chottala.com] Re: [notun_bangladesh] Down with the elections

Thank you very much Syed Aslam for expressing the
majority people of Bangladesh. We are not yet ready
for election. The Care taker Government should do the
reforms with the support from the Army.

The people of Bangladesh would like to see development
in all respects. We must thank and acknowledge the
care taker government for their time and energy to
build Bangladesh and also to save our beloved country
from the corrupt people.

The Care taker government must do the reforms and
eliminate corruptions before any elections. We have
