[chottala.com] Mossad assassins funded by US

Mossad assassins paid by US firms
Sat, 31 Jul 2010 14:21:30 GMT

Implicated in the assassination, Israeli citizen Uri Brodsky (C) covers his face as he is escorted into court in Warsaw, Poland.
US investigators say American companies paid money to the suspects behind the Israeli-masterminded assassination of a senior Hamas official.

American cyberspace companies have been named among the firms that transferred money to the alleged hitmen behind the targeted killing of Mahmoud al-Mabhouh -- the co-founder of the Hamas resistance movement's armed wing, known as the Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades - on January 20 The Wall Street Journal reported Saturday.

CCTV camera footage, caught in a Dubai hotel, where the operation took place, has led the emirate's police to put the names of more than two dozen suspects on the international wanted list.

The Dubai police have identified 13 US-issued debit-card accounts used by the suspects into which money was deposited.

Police say evidence confirms the involvement of the Israeli spy agency, Mossad, in the operation.

Earlier in the year, The Sunday Times reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu "gave his authorization" for the assassination.

The discovery that the death squad used British, Irish, French, German and Australian passports caused a political predicament for Tel Aviv which ended in the expulsion of its diplomats by Dublin and Canberra.

Poland recently denied Israel's request to extradite an Israeli man, named Uri Brodsky, who has been accused of providing the assassins with the only German passport used in the murder.

    Mossad Agent Arrested in Poland
An alleged Israeli agent wanted in connection with the killing of a Hamas leader in Dubai has been arrested in Poland.

A man using the name of Uri Brodsky is suspected of having supplied a fake German passport to a member of the Mossad assassin squad that was said to responsible for the slaying of Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in January.

Mossad Agent Uri Brodsky was arrested in Poland

German authorities issued a European-wide arrest warrant and he was picked up by Polish authorities earlier this week, said a spokesperson for the German federal prosecutor's office which is seeking his extradition.

The arrest is the first in European connection with the murder of al-Mabhouh, who was injected with powerful sedatives and then suffocated with a pillow by assassins in the Al Bustan Rotana hotel on January 19.

The team of more than 20 suspected Israeli agents entered the luxury hotel in disguise and used fake European passports, including 12 from Britain, to enter and leave the emirate.

Several of the operatives were caught on CCTV disguised as tennis players but all were able to evade arrest and leave Dubai.

Germany opened an investigation in February after it was revealed a German passport had been among those used in the killing.

Six Irish passports, three Australian and four French, were also involved.

Authorities in the western city of Cologne had issued a passport to a Michael Bodenheimer - the same name used by one of the assassins, according to Dubai police.

Lt. Gen. Dahi Khalfan Tamim, Dubai's police chief, said at the time he was nearly "100 per cent" confident that Mossad, Israel's spy agency, was responsible for the killing.

Other European governments expressed outrage that forged passports had been used in the attack, with former Foreign Secretary David Miliband condemning the use of British passports as "intolerable".

Israel has refused to confirm or deny the allegations.

A German spokesperson said they had no estimate how soon Mr Brodsky, whose name is thought to be an alias, would be extradited, saying "the matter is now in the hands of the Polish authorities.

"If a person agrees to an extradition, it's a matter of a few days. But here this seems unlikely."

German news weekly Der Spiegel reported that the arrest in Poland has already led to some diplomatic friction.

The Israeli embassy has urged Polish authorities not to extradite Mr Brodsky, the magazine reports, in its issue to be published Monday.

Al-Mabhouh was an arms dealer and a senior Hamas commander who was wanted by Israel for the killing of two Israeli soldiers.

He was also alleged to have help forge links between Hamas, which controls the Gaza Strip, and Iran's Revolutionary Guard.

    [chottala.com] Israel demolishes Bedouin village

    UPDATED ON:
    Tuesday, July 27, 2010
    16:45 Mecca time, 13:45 GMT

    News Middle East
    Israel demolishes Bedouin village
Forty-five Bedoiun villages are not recognised
    by Israeli authorities [Gallo/Getty]
Israeli authorities have demolished the homes of about 300 Bedouins in a village in the southern Negev desert.

The entire village of al-Arakib was bulldozed on Tuesday, with many of the former residents' cattle, trees and belongings lost.

Al-Arakib, which had about 40 homes, is one of 45 Bedouin villages not recognised by Israeli authorities.
Haia Noach, director of the Negev Co-existence Forum, was present at al-Arakib during the demolition and said that at least five Israeli bulldozers arrived around 5:30am (0230GMT).
"It took them about three or four hours to destroy all the houses," she said, describing the scene as "appalling."
Scuffles erupted as the villagers and around 150 rights activists tried to stop the police from carrying out the demolitions, with several people wounded and a handful arrested, activists said.
Speaking from a town near Beersheba, Noach said that many of the residents had moved to a nearby graveyard to find shade.

    Evacuation notice
Police spokesman Mickey Rosenfeld confirmed the early-morning operation, saying the homes had been "illegally built" and were destroyed in line with a court ruling issued 11 years ago which was never implemented.
"Around 30 shacks were removed and several hundred people were taken back to the Rahat area where they originally came from," he said, referring to a nearby Bedouin town in Israel's arid south.
He said three people had been detained for questioning but were later released without charge.
Noach said Israeli authorities had first given residents of al-Arakib a notice to evacaute on June 15, but that no action had followed, so the residents began to doubt that the demolition would occur.
But this morning, Israeli police arrived and forced residents to leave their homes within minutes, Noach said.

The demolition team destroyed water tanks and removed generators.
"It's like a declaration of war. They don't want you here," Noach said. "It's unthinkable."
The residents are now waiting for aid and will probably set up makeshift tents and facilities on the scene, Noach said.
According to the Negev Co-existence Forum, around half of the 155,000 Bedouins in the Negev - all of whom are Israeli citizens - live in villages that are unrecognised by the government, without municipal services like water and electricity.

Negev Coexistence Forum for Civil Equality - Dukium

In 1997 a group of Arab and Jewish residents of the Negev (the southern part of Israel) established the Negev Coexistence Forum for Civil Equality. Its aim is to provide a framework for Jewish-Arab collaborative efforts, in the struggle for civil equality and the advancement of mutual tolerance and coexistence.

The Forum is composed of a core of 30 volunteer activists, both Arabs and Jews, who dedicate time and effort on a weekly basis to this mission. In addition to this core, there are also around two hundred people who join in on selected activities and about a thousand who are continuously updated on issues of interest to the Forum and on the Forum's activities.

Among the members of the Forum are leaders of the Negev Arab community and academics. The Forum is unique in being the only Arab-Jewish organization established in the Negev that remains focused on the specific problems of the Negev's population.

The Negev Coexistence Forum considers the State of Israel responsible for the denial of the full civil rights of the Arabs of the Negev. As a result it has set out as one of its goals to advance civil rights and equality in the Negev. The Forum's activities and projects are based on the principle of Arab-Jewish cooperation.

    Background
Before 1948, it is estimated that 65,000-90,000 Bedouins lived in the Negev area (Falah 1989). The main source of livelihood for this semi-nomadic population was cattle, herds, rain-fed agriculture, and commerce (Yiftachel 2004; Meir 1997). During Israels War of Independence in 1948, 80-85% of the Naqab Bedouins population became refugees. Like other indigenous peoples, the Naqab-Negev Bedouins underwent forced relocation the 11,000 that remained inside Israels borders were moved in the 1950s and 60s from their ancestral lands into a restricted zone called the siyag (closure), located in the northeastern Negev and known for its low agricultural fertility (Hamdan 2005; Yiftachel 2004). This area constituted only 10 percent of the Bedouins land prior to 1948 (Abu Saad 2004). Joining the six tribes that already dwelled in this area were twelve additional tribes from various areas of the Negev. Because no permanent building (stone or concrete) was permitted by the authorities in the siyag, most residents were forced to erect shacks and tents.

The Negev Bedouins, like the rest of the Arabs remaining within Israels borders, lived under military rule until 1966. During this time, Bedouins life was dramatically transformed: From controllers of the desert region, they became fringe dwellers of a growing, modernizing Beer-Sheva city region (Yiftachel 2004, p. 12). With less space for agriculture and grazing, their source of livelihood was disrupted. In addition, because of restrictions imposed by the military government, they were not permitted to compete with the Jewish labor market of the new Israeli State. During these 18 years, the processes of dislocation, subsequent sedentarization and partial modernization worked to destroy the indigenous Bedouins culture and way of life. In fact, this was the Israeli policy:

"We should transform the Bedouins into an urban proletariat Indeed, this will be a radical move which means that the Bedouin would not live on his land with his herds, but would become an urban person His children would be accustomed to a father who wears trousers, does not carry a Shabaria [the traditional Bedouin knife] and does not search for vermin in public. This would be a revolution, but it may be fixed within two generations. Without coercion but with governmental direction this phenomenon of the Bedouins will disappear". (Moshe Dayan, Haaretz interview, 31 July 1963).

Today, the Negev Bedouins number approximately 155,000 people. This population can be divided into two groups, based on their living arrangements. Roughly 50% of the Bedouins population about 76,000 people live in a large number of unrecognized villages. What is this policy of unrecognition? These villages do not appear on Israeli maps or governmental planning documents, have no road signs indicating their existence, and are denied basic services and infrastructure, including paved roads, water, garbage collection, electricity, and schools and the people living there has no municipality so they can participate local election and therefore the government does not allocate part of the budget it allocates to every other citizen in Israel. It is illegal to build permanent structures in these villages those that do so risk heavy fines and home demolitions. A typical village consists of between 60 to 600 families a population of between 500 and 5000 living in tents and shacks (Regional Council for Unrecognized Villages Report 2003). Some of these villages existed before the establishment of the Israeli State, and others were created in accordance with Military Governments orders in the 1950s and 60s. Many residents of these villages, who received permission from the State to live in certain areas during the 1950s, are now, more than 50 years later, receiving expulsion orders and seeing their homes demolished.

The other Bedouins population is concentrated in eight Government-planned townships set up since the 1960s in the siyag area: Hura, Kseifa, Laquia, Arara, Rahat, Segev-Shalom and Tel-Sheva and the new township of Tarabin (Southern to Rahat). While these townships were intended to create the conditions necessary to provide basic services to this population and are heavily subsidized, they were planned without giving any consideration to the traditional Bedouin way of life. Consequently, the forced urbanization of this population has been disastrous: unemployment is high, and the Bedouins townships rank among the countrys 10 poorest municipalities. In short, the planned towns evolved quickly into pockets of deprivation, unemployment, dependency, crime and social tensions (Yiftachel 2004). The Bedouins no longer had the space to raise crops and livestock to support themselves, which caused further economic distress. Additionally, the Bedouins townships lack the infrastructure that similar Jewish settlements in the Negev have: except for the largest city, Rahat, these towns lack sources of employment, public transportation, banks, post offices, public libraries, and places of entertainment (Abu-Saad 2004)

    Activists
As a Jewish/Arab group we maintain a balance in the bodies of the organization as well as in the decision-making processes.

The main body of the organization is the Forum Secretariat, elected yearly. Members of the main decision-making group:
    • Musa Abu Ghanem: Lecturer and educator at Achva College; school principal; activist in various social domains, especially education; co-founder of the Negev Coexistence Forum for Civil Equality.
    • Prof. Avner Ben-Amos, Historian of education, teaches at the School of Education, Tel-Aviv University.

    • David De-Leeuw – Chair, social activist, amongst NCF founders.
    • Yehudit Keshet – Member, amongst the foundes of Machsom Watch.

    Volunteers:
The organization's activity is volunteer-based. Dozens of volunteers are the vital core to its ongoing work. Numerous volunteers take responsibility for a project, issue or activity respective of their fields of interest and expertise: the web site, international mailing list, conferences in Tel Aviv, direct acts with Recognition Forum, solidarity encounters with victims of house demolitions, editing and distributing the organization's newsletter, translations for the site and of information materials, advocacy and public relations, organizing cultural events, and more. Due to budget limitations and the restricted number of hired staff, efforts have been successful this year in increasing the number of volunteers and the extent of their involvement in Forum activities. As a result, the Forum was able to carry out more projects than before.

[chottala.com] Islamic Democratic Party (IDP) was floated with active assistance of MOSSAD in 2008

From the following news report it appears that MOSSAD has actively assisted in the floating of a "Islamic" political party:

US citizen helped it get 'int'l support'

Leaders of the banned Islamist outfit Harkatul Jihad Al Islami (HuJi) Bangladesh have floated Islamic Democratic Party (IDP) with permission from the government.

Mostly Soviet-Afghan War veterans, they claim they formed a 15-member convening committee in May as the caretaker administration gave them the go-ahead after a probe found nothing that could link them to any subversive campaign.

Kazi Azizul Huq, an adviser of the newborn organisation, told The Daily Star, "The intelligence agencies gathered that we have no relations to any terrorist networks.

"The government however set some conditions. Those include ones that say the party must run as per the country's constitution, and not resort to violence to implement Shariah law."

Last Friday, IDP held an Iftar party at the city's Diploma Engineers Institution. It was attended by party leaders and guests including Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury, editor of weekly Blitz and a campaigner for Israel, Amar Desh Assistant Editor and Human Rights Forum General Secretary Sanjeeb Choudhury, PK Barua of Bouddha Kristi Prochar Sangha and Chitta Francis, a representative of Christian community.

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Naim Ahmed told The Daily Star that they allowed IDP to arrange the function as it was a religious one.

Replying to a query, he said they will definitely go for a closer examination before giving the organisation permission to arrange any political programme.

Sheikh Abdus Salam heads the convening committee. It was under his leadership that a group of Afghan War veterans launched HuJi at a press conference at the National Press Club on April 30, 1992.

Sources close to IDP said the outfit's ultimate objective is to establish Shariah law in the country.

Azizul Huq, on the other hand, said, "Our goal is to run the country as per the Charter of Medina that gives equal rights to all citizens irrespective of religion and ethnicity."

He said they want to introduce Shariah (the body of Islamic religious law) only for the Muslims. Other religious and ethnic minorities may follow the existing law of the land and norms of their communities.

"We don't want to impose anything on anyone. We'll put the Islamic laws into practice only if the people grant us an electoral mandate to amend the constitution," Azizul continued.

"Even those of Muslims who won't want to follow Shariah will have the freedom to follow the existing law."

He said the government had suggested they [IDP] take measures to convince the international community that their move to launch the outfit had no relations with extremism.

The suggestion came in view of the fact persons behind the new party had involvement with HuJi, an outfit that was banned by the government for terrorism in October 2005.

Azizul said Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury and Dr Richard L Benkin, an American citizen, helped in efforts to portray IDP in a positive light across the globe especially in the developed countries.

In an e-mail to this correspondent, Dr Benkin confirmed the statement. He said, "Mr. Huq is correct. Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury and I continuously try to bridge the gulf between religious communities throughout the world and always look for opportunities to promote a positive image of Bangladesh worldwide.

"Mr. Huq and I met for hours one day in Dhaka many months ago and recognised our common belief in God and faith. We also….. 'agreed to disagree' in the spirit of interfaith understanding and democracy.

"The newly formed Islamic Democratic Party opens the door for Muslims to separate themselves before the entire world from radicals and terrorists while at the same time affirming their strength in the Muslim [Islam] faith."

Shoaib, who was arrested at Zia International Airport in November, 2003 and charged with sedition in January, 2004, told The Daily Star, "The government gave permission to launch Islamic Democratic Party and host the Iftar party under the state of emergency. It's a green signal, and it allowed IDP to shed the names of HuJi and Islamic Gono Andolon."

He added, "Since IDP echoes the demand for establishing ties between Dhaka and Jerusalem, and upholds interfaith understanding, it is our responsibility to promote them at international level."

Earlier, speaking at Friday's programme, he said, "Islamic parties are stereotyped as anti-democracy. The emergence of IDP represents new trends in the country's politics as it believes in democracy while being an Islamic party.

"The name of IDP is connected to HuJi, an organisation that is widely criticised. Those who brand IDP as a terrorist organisation run on foreign funds."

He also said, "If Hizb-ut Tahrir, which is banned across the countries and had role in the Bali blasts, and anti-Liberation forces like Jamaat-e-Islami can operate openly, why can't IDP?"

Besides the one in Dhaka, IDP held Iftar parties in Chapainawabganj on September 6, Rajshahi on September 8, and Rangpur on September 15. Another one is scheduled to be held in Natore today.

Meanwhile, sources said IDP will form a full committee through a national convention before the ninth parliamentary election.

It also plans an alliance with other small parties--Islamic, non-Islamic and ethnic--and a token participation in the December 18 election, they added.

The party has already applied for registration with the Election Commission (EC).

Azizul Haque said, "We are preparing for registration on meeting the conditions specified in the application form. At the same time, we are working to have organisational structures for district and upazila levels."

The HuJi men who are now with IDP claim they had nothing to do with the blasts and some other acts of violence attributed to HuJi in general. Rather, it was a splinter group led by Mufti Hannan and Abdur Rouf that was responsible for the attacks.

They said they expelled Hannan from the organisation in 1998. After some time, they formed a political party named Islamic Gono Andolon against the backdrop of HuJi being listed as a terrorist organisation internationally.

During the BNP-led four-party alliance rule, Gono Andolon ran its organisational activities in secret as it tried not to be associated with the militant campaign that was being carried out by Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh at that time.

Gono Andolon was renamed Sacheton Islami Janata on August 19, 2006 following an understanding with the then government that allowed the organisation to work out in the open.

They have been trying to get permission since the caretaker administration took over in January last year, and obtained it six to seven months back, an IDP source said.

A former HuJi cadre said beginning in late eighties and working throughout the nineties, HuJi built up a network across madrasas. It organised arms training for students in hilly forest areas.

On different occasions, he continued, it sent trained youths to Afghanistan to participate in the war there. HuJi operatives were dispatched to Myanmar as well to fight for Rohingya militants against the Myanmarese army.

Kazi Azizul Huq, an Islamic fundamentalist leader in Bangladesh.

According to the Weekly Blitz, Kazi Azizul Huq is a truly Islamic leader who is lending his voice in favor of Israel and Bangladesh establishing relations. The main reason laid out by the paper is that Dr. Benkin planned to show his superiors success in establishing relations between Israel and Bangladesh. In actuality, Kazi Azizul Huq and Sheikh Abdus Salam plan to influence parliament to finalize their ultimate goal of destabilizing Bangladesh. Kazi Azizul Huq even has ties with some high officials of the DGFI and some powerful high officials of the National Security Intelligence, who were later transferred to a mission in Australia.

Kazi Azizul Huq, who is living outside of Dhaka, is in close contact with Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury, who was the managing director of Inqilab Television, a private television venture run by the Daily Inqilab newspaper. Choudhury was also a correspondent for the Daily Inqilab. According to Choudhury, he owned a 30 percent stake in Inquilab Television, worth approximately $1 million. Choudhury claims his share in the television station was sold without his consent. At Choudhury's first court appearance, he claimed that his arrest was motivated by a financial dispute over his stake in Inqilab Television.

Choudhury has previously threatened to kill Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Dr. Benkin is registered as a foreign agent with the United States Department of Justice under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), and he also served as a foreign agent with Lutfuzzaman Babar, the former state minister for home affairs of Bangladesh, as his principal, for a sum of $5,000 per month to prepare and disseminate informational materials via radio or TV broadcasts, magazines or newspaper articles, letters or telegrams, press releases and the internet.

    Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury

    Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury

The government is failing to recognize the mastermind behind the formation of the IDP and the plotting of the "Minus Two Formula" - the goal of which was to expel Sheikh Hasina and former prime minister Khaleda Zia from Bangladesh - which was guided by Dr. Richard Benkin and focalized from inside the Weekly Blitz office with the help of Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury.

    Dr. Richard L. Benkin

    Dr. Richard L. Benkin

The government should keep its eyes on the main man behind the scenes,

Dr. Richard Benkin, and his associate Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury to find Kazi Azizul Huq.

[chottala.com] War criminals Issue : Indria, Mujib’s trial after death (!)

No matter how you try to interpret it, Badruddin Umar  is not against the Trials of
Killers, murderers and death squad organizers [ such as Al-badors & Razakers etc]
of 1971 who are still roaming around in Bangladesh......

Badruddin Umar is a life-time anti-BAList and has always tried  create some
murky-water around historical events in Bangladesh that Awami League has
led ..... (often through innuendoes).......B.Umar's current concern is, you gussed
it right  "BAL has no right to speak about War criminal Issue.  "

In todays' context the trials of 1971-death squad organizers is an internal
issue in Bangladesh, based on people's demand and election mandate.

Oh yes, " The victims of 71 are raising their Voices" from the graves :
the pains of the families for their loved ones
    and
our nation's obligation and indebtness for the sons of the soil who gave
their lives in the hands of collaborators and Al-bodor cum Razaker death
squads has made the trial issue alive again.

The past is never dead. It's not even past....... the killers are still alive and
right inside Bangladesh kicing and laughing !!!!!!!!!! These are the people
who kicked us in the abdomen during our Liberation War ........
but we survived .... we achieved our victory on 16th December 1971.

[some analysts have suggested that,  for Jamaat's diaster the
election month of  December was an important factor factor !]

(1)Trials of  Al-bodor and Razakar death squads,  and
(2)) Trials of the Pakistani war criminals

.... although related, are two different issues in today's context....
    Have a reality check ....!!!

    PS:
Badruddin Umar has not clearly shown
anything ... he is trying to catch fish in
    murky waters !

Please read the article in the newspaper :

The mass killings in Bangladesh in 1971 is the most concentrated act of genocide in the twentieth century. In an attempt to crush forces seeking independence for Bangladesh , the Pakistani military regime unleashed a systematic campaign of mass murder which aimed at killing millions of Bengalis, and likely succeeded in doing so. Three million people were killed, 200,000 women raped during nine month period of time. Some Bengalis, who called themselves the Razakars, Al Badars & Al Shams, joined hands with the occupying Pakistan Armed Forces in the killing game. Many of them are now leaders in Bangladesh Jamaat-e-islami Party. Recently some of them even denied their involvement in this mass murder.

The International Crimes (Tribunals) Act 1973 (ICA), promulgated on July 20, 1973 empowers the government to try individuals on specific charges of crimes against humanity and peace, genocide, war crimes, violation of the Geneva Convention and international laws, for assistance or conspiracy to commit such crimes, and for failure to prevent commissioning of such crimes.

The present government already set up a tribunal under the act which is still applicable, as the general amnesty granted to war criminals by Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in 1973 does not apply to individuals against whom there had been specific charges of war crimes. Hopefully we can also have an international tribunal where the Pakistani army officers who were responsible for such carnage will be tried also.

What does Islam say about 'crime against humanity' or 'war criminals':

'The Right to Life' has been given to man only by Islam. The first and the foremost basic right is the right to live and respect human life. The Holy Quran lays down: Whosoever kills a human being without (any reason like) man slaughter, or corruption on earth, it is as though he had killed all mankind ... (5:32)

As far as the question of taking life in retaliation for murder or the question of punishment for spreading corruption on this earth is concerned, it can be decided only by a proper and competent court of law. If there is any war with any nation or country, it can be decided only by a properly established government. In any case, no human being has any right by himself to take human life in retaliation or for causing mischief on this earth. Therefore it is incumbent on every human being that under no circumstances should he be guilty of taking a human life.

If anyone has murdered a human being, it is as if he has slain the entire human race. These instructions have been repeated in the Holy Quran in another place saying:

Do not kill a soul which Allah has made sacred except through the due process of law ... (6:151)

Here also homicide has been distinguished from destruction of life carried out in pursuit of justice. Only a proper and competent court will be able to decide whether or not an individual has forfeited his right to life by disregarding the right to life and peace of other human beings. In the verse of the Holy Quran which has been mentioned in connection with the right to life, Allah has said:

"And whoever saves a life it is as though he had saved the lives of all mankind" (5:32).

Islam is submission to Allah's will. It is a way of life that guides your actions and forms your character. Islam is a state of awareness and appreciation of Allah's boundless attributes. As your soul submits, you are able to practice the meaning of peace, compassion, love, forgiveness, and charity that originate from one Source. The shades of superiority, prejudice and judgment fade as the world comes into focus with the eyes of your soul. In Islam, the best among us in the sight of Allah is not the white or the black, the male or the female, a person who calls himself or herself Christian, Jew, or Muslim, but rather, the one who is the most righteous. Terrorism has no religion! The true religion of Islam forbids the killing of innocent people, irrespective of the cause—religious, political or social beliefs. This is stated in the Quran, the holy book of Muslims.

[Quran 6:151] "...You shall not kill — GOD has made life sacred — except in the course of justice. These are His commandments to you, that you may understand."

The laws of the scriptures that apply to the Christians and Jews are repeated and emphasized for the Muslims also.

[Quran 5:32] "...we decreed for the Children of Israel that anyone who murders any person who had not committed murder or horrendous crimes, it shall be as if he murdered all the people. And anyone who spares a life, it shall be as if he spared the lives of all the people. ..."

Muslims have also been instructed by the Prophet (may Allah's blessings be on him) that if they should enter the enemy's territory, they should not indulge in pillage or plunder nor destroy the residential areas, nor touch the property of anyone except those who are fighting with them. It has been narrated in the hadith: "The Prophet has prohibited the believers from loot and plunder" (al-Bukhari; Abu Dawud). His injunction is: "The loot is no more lawful than the carrion" (Abu Dawud). Abu Bakr al-Siddiq used to instruct the soldiers while sending them to war, "Do not destroy the villages and towns, do not spoil the cultivated fields and gardens, and do not slaughter the cattle." The love of Allah is not reserved for people of religious sects or denominations that cling to an exclusive belief of guaranteed "salvation." God's infinite love flows to the charitable, righteous, benevolent, equitable, and the just: Those who recognize their accountability and work towards being good. [Quran 2:62] "Surely, those who believe, those who are Jewish, the Christians, and the converts; anyone who believes in GOD, and believes in the Last Day, and leads a righteous life, will receive their recompense from their Lord. They have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve."

"No prisoner should be put to the sword"-a very clear and unequivocal instruction given by the Prophet (S). "The Prophet has prohibited the killing of anyone who is tied or is in captivity." In the hadith there is a saying of the Prophet that: "Punishment by fire does not behove anyone except the Master of the Fire" (Abu Dawud). The injunction deduced from this saying is that the adversary should not be burnt alive. The Prophet may Allah's blessings be on him, has declared homicide as the greatest sin only next to polytheism. The Tradition of the Prophet reads: "The greatest sins are to associate something with Allah and to kill human beings." In all these verses of the Holy Quran and the Traditions of the Prophet the word 'soul' (nafs) has been used in general terms without any distinction or particularization which might have lent itself to the elucidation that the persons belonging to one's nation, the citizens of one's country, the people of a particular race or religion should not be killed. The injunction applies to all human beings and the destruction of human life in itself has been prohibited.

The rape or forced sex against consent is not only a crime against the victim whether it be a woman or minor, but a crime against the whole society and humanity.  Rape has also been alleged to be a weapon of ethnic cleansing by armies such as by the Pakistani army (as well as by the Pakistani collaborators, Razakars, Al-Badrs) in Bangladesh.

In a space normally given to 600 passengers, the owner and his guests will enjoy five-star treatment from the moment of arrival.

After driving up to his plane, he will have the car parked in the onboard garage.
A lift drops to the tarmac and a red carpet unfurls, with downlights to 'give the impression of turning up at the Oscars', according to Design Q's co-founder Gary Doy. The belly of the A380 has been turned into a relaxation zone, including a Turkish bath lined with marble only two millimetres thick to keep the weight down.
Next door is a wellbeing room, with the floor and walls turned into a giant screen showing the ground down below. Guests can stand on a 'magic carpet' and watch the journey, a scented breeze blowing into the room.
If work really is unavoidable, the boardroom is on hand with iTouch screens and live share prices projected on to the tables. For conference calls, a business partner on the ground can be virtually projected on to the table to 'join' a meeting.
The five suites which form the owner's private quarters have king- size beds, entertainment systems and a prayer room featuring computergenerated prayer mats which always face Mecca . A lift shuttles between the plane's three floors, from the private quarters upstairs, down to the concert hall, featuring a baby grand piano and seating for ten, and to the garage below.
There are around 20 'sleepers' - the equivalent of First Class seats - for extra guests. According to the designers, the style is elegant curves and swirls of Arabic writing.

    • A bar with curtains to mimic tents of the Arabian Desert ;
    • A fiber-optic mosaic that will depict a shifting desert scene;
    • A movie theatre with plush leather seats the color of sand dunes;
