The democracy is a system to elect parliament members making rules of law for constitution to rule country, to administrate all administrations such as education judicial & other departments according to rules of constitution,

The judicial court & judicial administrators (Judges) as appointing authority is responsible to perform its duty according to rules of constitutional for

i)                     doing trials works according to constitution

ii)                   protecting rules of constitution

iii)                  not changing constitution rules

iv)                  not challenging constitution rules

v)                    Not making or modifying rules for constitution.

 

The act of disobeying rules changing rules modifying rules for constitution done by army or judicial (judges) authority or any powerful authority is wrong & against rules of democracy & constitution.

It is the crime of violation against democracy & constitution.

 

Causes

In system of democracy  

Elected parliament members is lawful authority

i)                     to change

ii)                   to cancel &

iii)                  To make rules for constitution.
