Judicial Judges vs. parliament members making rules for constitution

 

The democracy is a system to elect parliament members making rules of law for constitution

A)      to rule country,

B)      to administrate all administrations such as education judicial & other departments according to rules of constitution,

The judicial Judges along with other authority is the appointed service authority responsible to perform its duty according to service rules of constitution

i)                     To  do trial works according to rules of constitution

ii)                   To protect rules of constitution

iii)                  not to change or modify rules for constitution

iv)                  Not to challenge constitution rules.

 

Disobeying rules of constitution changing rules of constitution & modifying rules of constitution by army or judicial judges or unelected authority is harmful act for democracy & constitution.

Also it is violation crime against democracy & constitution.

 

Causes

In system of democracy  

Elected parliament members is lawful authority

i)                     to change

ii)                   to cancel  

iii)                  to make

iv)                  modify &

v)                    To approve any declaration of changing rules for constitution.
