Bangladesh is a country of natural beauty & full of water & other natural resources.. It was the country of jatra dal drama,  jari gun  vatiali & bowal guns. Its people were passed their idle times on hearing these guns (songs)  & watching jatra dal drama.  But  now the people of Bangladesh are very busy sun rise to sun set for their foods & shelters.. They are busy looking for jobs for working for their foods.  The most of them are now working in abroad & are doing laborers works.

A lot of Bangladeshi are now loosing their jobs & visa in abroad & are returning to Bangladesh.

The Present Government is required to think in making works program for providing works to the people for their foods.

The Authority of Government & the Political Leaders of Bangladesh can make good plan & work program to know to learn how they can utilize the man power to catch the flood water & the rain water & the other natural resources available in Bangladesh for facing the water requirements & other problems to the people of Bangladesh. They should learn to know for making the people of Bangladesh as quality skilled educated to catch & to use the Water & other Resources of the Country

They are now required to learn the technical knowledge how to catch the flood water & the rain water for using the water in the whole year for fulfillment of the Country's water requirements.

In this purpose for catching the flood water & the rain water the Government of Bangladesh by utilizing the large number man power under the skim of cash works program (work for food) can dig the rivers canals beels jeels & ponds through out the country.

They can make high roads on both sides of the rivers, canals, beels, jeels, and ponds & near the sea side for protecting the water. 

They can make high roads throughout the country for keeping the water inside the land of the country. 

They also can plant trees both sides of the roads for protecting the roads & can cultivate fish in the rivers canals, jeels beels ponds & can use the rivers as water transport & the roads for road transport services.

The people will get jobs can earn money for food to listening the songs & watching the drama in passing their leaser hours..
