[chottala.com] publication terms

A recent posting on the group caught my attention. The posting titled:
'Consul General on Bangladesh Day Parade-2008' looked like some
private correspondence meant for the person who posted it in this
group. Such messages are often published on different net-group
forums. I wonder if these are published with the knowledge of the
other correspondent. In other words, if the author of the original
message was notified before composing the message that the
correspondence would be posted in other (and specified) electronic
media. These days, it is getting more difficult to continue
correspondences due to ethical breaches. I plead the members of this
particular group to pay attention to such ethical issues before
posting anything on the net.

Thank you, Subi
