জামায়াতে ইসলামী (ও শিবির) দেশে হঠাৎ করে কোন দাঙ্গা পরিস্থিতি সৃষ্টি করছে তা নয়। জামায়াত সব সময় দাঙ্গা করার জন্য প্রস্তুত থাকে এবং ক্ষমতায় না থাকলে দাঙ্গা পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি করে। এর কারণ বুঝতে হলে জামায়াতের দর্শনটা অনুধাবন করতে হবে।
১৯৭১ সালের আগে যে জামায়াত ছিল তা জামায়াতের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা মওদুদীর নির্দেশেই চলত। ১৯৭১-এর পর পাকিস্তানী জামায়াতের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ আছে এখানকার জামায়াতের, তবে তারা মওদুদী দর্শনের পুরোটা মানে না। এখানে মওদুদীবাদ সংশোধন করেছেন গোলাম আযম ও জামায়াত নেতৃত্ব। এর কারণ নিছক সুবিধাবাদ, অন্যকিছু নয়।
১৯৪১ সালে পাঠানকোটে আবুল আ'লা মওদুদী জামায়াতে ইসলামী নামে 'অরাজনৈতিক' প্রতিষ্ঠান স্থাপন করেন। কিছুদিন পর দেখা গেল তিনি রাজনীতিতে নাক গলাচ্ছেন। পাকিস্তান নিয়ে তখন যে আন্দোলন চলছিল তাকে তিনি উল্লেখ করেন 'আহাম্মকের বেহেশ্ত' এবং 'মুসলমানদের কাফেরানা রাষ্ট্র' হিসেবে। হিন্দু জাতীয়তাবাদ তার ভাষায় যেমন 'লানত', মুসলিম জাতীয়তাবাদও তাই। মুসলিম লীগ সম্পর্কে জামায়াতে ইসলামী কি ইন্তেখাবী...গ্রন্থে মওদুদী বলেছিলেন, ওরা পরিবেশকে পায়খানার চেয়েও খারাপ করে ফেলেছে। জিন্নাহর সবচেয়ে বড় সমালোচক ছিলেন মওদুদী।
১৯৪৭ সালে ভারত ভাগ হলে তল্পিতল্পা গুটিয়ে মওদুদী 'কাফেরদের রাষ্ট্র' পাকিস্তানের লাহোরে এসে ডেরা বাঁধেন এবং ঘোষণা করেন, পাকিস্তান হলো 'খোদাদাদ' বা আল্লাহর দান। ভারতে প্রকাশিত তার আগের বইগুলো যখন পাকিস্তানে ছাপা হয় তখন জিন্নাহ, পাকিস্তান, মুসলিম লীগ সম্পর্কে যেসব সমালোচনা ছিল সেগুলো ছেঁটে ফেলেন। তারপর তিনি স্বভাব অনুযায়ী রাজনীতিতে নাক গলাতে লাগলেন। ১৯৫৩ সালে পাঞ্জাবে তিনি কাদিয়ানীদের বিরুদ্ধে দাঙ্গা শুরু করলেন। মওদুদীকে গ্রেফতার করে বিচার হলো এবং ফাঁসির আদেশ দেয়া হলো। পরে সৌদি আরবের হস্তক্ষেপে তার ফাঁসির দ- রদ করা হয়। এ পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে সৌদি-জামায়াত সম্পর্কের কথাও বলতে হয়।
মওদুদী তফহিমের চতুর্থ খ-ে সৌদি রাজবংশকে কা'বার খাদেম হিসেবে অস্বীকার করেছেন। কা'বার খাদেমদের বলেছেন হরিদ্বারের পা-া। কারণ ইসলামে রাজতন্ত্র নেই। এ প্রসঙ্গে বঙ্গবন্ধুর সঙ্গে সৌদি বাদশাহ ফয়সালের কথোপকথনের উল্লেখ করতে হয়। সৌদি আরব তখনও বাংলাদেশকে স্বীকৃতি দেয়নি। ফয়সাল বঙ্গবন্ধুকে বললেন, সব ঝামেলা মিটে যায় যদি বাংলাদেশকে ইসলামী প্রজাতন্ত্র ঘোষণা করা হয়। বঙ্গবন্ধু বললেন, অতি উত্তম প্রস্তাব। মহান কা'বা শরীফের রক্ষক যদি নিজের দেশের নামের আগে রাজরাষ্ট্র (কিংডম) শব্দটি বাদ দিয়ে প্রজাতন্ত্র করেন তো আমরা সবাই তা অনুসরণ করব। ফয়সাল আর কোন কথা বলেননি। ফয়সাল মওদুদীকে টাকা দিতে লাগলেন, মওদুদী প্রায় প্রতিদিন ফয়সালের প্রশংসা করতে লাগলেন। এভাবে জামায়াতের সঙ্গে ওহাবী ইসলামের যোগাযোগ হলো। সৌদি প্রতিষ্ঠান রাবেতার মাধ্যমে জামায়াত টাকা পায় বলে অনুমিত। এ টাকায়ই বাদশাহ ফাহাদ, ফয়সাল ইত্যাদি নামে বিভিন্ন শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান করা হয়। আর এসব থেকে মুনাফা সাদা টাকায় পরিণত হয়। সেই কারণে জামায়াতের টাকার কোন অভাব নেই। কল্পনা করা যায়, মীর কাশেম আলী ২৫ মিলিয়ন ডলার খরচ করছেন শুধু লবিস্ট নিয়োগে!
মওদুদী ইসলাম সম্পর্কে যে ব্যাখ্যা দিয়েছেন জামায়াতী ছাড়া অন্য কোন ধর্মপ্রাণ মুসলমানের পক্ষে তা মেনে নেয়া কষ্টকর। কারণ ইসলাম হচ্ছে 'সিরাতুল মোস্তাকিম।' এই সহজ পথটিকে জামায়াতীরা কণ্টকাকীর্ণ করে তুলেছে। ইসলাম প্রসঙ্গ আনার কারণ আছে। কারণ জামায়াত ইসলামের নামেই রাজনীতি করে। তারা নিয়ত বলে, ইসলামের ঠিকাদারি তারাই নিয়েছে এবং মানুষকে মুসলমান বানাবার ঠিকাদারিও তাদের। আর এ কাজটি সহজ করার জন্য ক্ষমতায় যাওয়া দরকার।
প্রথমে তার নামের প্রসঙ্গ। আ. ত. ময়মনী লিখছেন, "আলেমদের মতে, আবুল আ'লা নামটি র্শিক-মিশ্রিত। আ'লা স্রষ্টার সিফাত, অতএব এই 'আ'লার কোন 'আব' বা পিতা হতে পারে না। আল্লাহর যেমন পুত্র নেই তেমনি পিতাও নেই।" সুতরাং এই ধরনের নামই র্শিক।
সাধারণ মুসলমানরা ফেরেশতা মানেন। মওদুদী বলেন, 'ফেরেশতা হলো ভারতের এবং গ্রীসের দেবদেবীর অনুরূপ।' শুধু তাই নয়, তিনি খলিফা হযরত ওমর (রা) এবং সাহাবাদের নিয়ে নানা বিদ্রƒপাত্মক কথা লিখেছেন। ইমাম মাহদীকে মওদুদী মানলেও তার সম্পর্কে তার অভিমত ছিল, মাহদী হবেন বিপ্লবী নেতা। তিনি দাবি করেছেন, ইসলাম হলো ফ্যাসিজম। শুধু তাই নয়, আমাদের প্রিয় রসুল (স) সম্পর্কেও অবমাননাকর কথা বলেছেন। (তফহিমুল কোরান, ১৮ খ-)। তাছাড়া হযরত ইউনুস, সুলায়মান, দাউদ সম্পর্কেও তিনি আপত্তিকর সব মন্তব্য করেছেন। দাসীদের সঙ্গে যৌন সম্পর্ক তিনি সমর্থন করেছেন।
এসব কারণে জামায়াত করেন না এমন অনেক আলেম মওদুদীর বিরুদ্ধে দজ্জাল ও জামায়াতকে গোমরাহ্ বলে ফতোয়া দিয়েছেন। এদের মধ্যে আছেন মৌলানা মাদানী, এহতেশামুল থানবী ও হাফেজ্জী হুজুর।
গোলাম আযমের গুরু ছিলেন আবদুর রহিম, যিনি তাকে জামায়াতে এনেছিলেন। পরে তিনি জামায়াতের সঙ্গে সম্পর্কহীন হয়ে পড়েন মওদুদীর বিভিন্ন দর্শন ও গোলাম আযমের কর্মকা-ে। গোলাম আযম মওদুদীকে মানেন, আবার নিজের স্বার্থে অমান্যও করেন।মওদুদী বলেছেন, কোরান ও সুন্নাহ অনুসারে নারী সংসদ দূরে থাক সরকারী কোন দায়িত্বপূর্ণ পদেও যেতে পারে না। অর্থাৎ নারী নেতৃত্ব নাজায়েজ। এ প্রশ্ন গোলাম আযমদের কাছে করা হলে তারা বলেন, খালেদা ও হাসিনা হচ্ছে দুই শয়তান। একজন বড়, একজন ছোট। তারা ছোট শয়তানের সমর্থক বাস্তব কারণে। অথচ কোরানে আছে, 'শয়তান নিশ্চয় তোমাদের প্রকাশ্য শত্রু' [জুখরুখ, ৬৩ আয়াত]।
দু'-একটি উদাহরণ দিই।
মওদুদী ঘোষণা করেছেন, বিষাক্ত দুধের মাখন হলো গণতান্ত্রিক নির্বাচন। শুধু তাই নয়, এর মাধ্যমে কেউ যদি সংসদে নির্বাচিত হয় তাহলে ইসলাম অনুযায়ী তা হারাম। এসব নির্বাচন হচ্ছে কুকুরের দৌড়। এখন এই মওদুদী ও তার ইসলামের নির্দেশ অমান্য করে জামায়াতের নেতারা কুকুরের দৌড়ে শামিল হয়েছেন। ছোট শয়তানের সঙ্গে আঁতাত অক্ষুণœ রাখার জন্য গোলাম আযম ঘোষণা করেন, 'কোন মুসলিম রাষ্ট্রে যদি কোন মহিলা সরকারপ্রধান হন তাহলে এর জন্য সে মহিলাকে দায়ী করা মোটেই সঙ্গত নয়।'
মহানবী (স) সব সময় ক্ষমাকে প্রাধান্য দিয়েছেন। বলেছেন, 'আমাদের ক্ষমার নির্দেশ দেয়া হয়েছে, হত্যার নয় (ময়মনী)। 'লা ইকরাহা ফিদ্দিন' ও 'লাকুম দীনুকুম ওলীয়াদীন' ছাড়াও আরও কয়েকটি সূরায় ধর্ম সম্পর্কে স্বাধীনতার কথা বলা হয়েছে এবং মুরতাদকে মৃত্যুদ-ের কথা কেউ বলেনি। ইসলাম ত্যাগ করে যারা মুসলমানদের ক্ষতিসাধন করেছে তাদের তিনি মৃত্যুদ- দিয়েছিলেন। মক্কা বিজয়ের পর, ময়মনী লিখেছেন, রসুল ১০ জনকে মৃত্যুদ- প্রদান করেন। কিন্তু পরে ৭ জনকে ক্ষমা করা হয়। ইবনে খাত্তান তার সঙ্গীকে হত্যা করে যাকাতের মাল নিয়েছিলেন। আরও দু'জনও হত্যার সঙ্গে যুক্ত ছিলেন, তাদের মৃত্যুদ- কার্যকর করা হয়।
মওদুদী বলছেন, জামায়াতের সঙ্গে যার সম্পর্ক নেই সে জান্নাতবাসী হবে না। মুরতাদের শাস্তি মৃত্যুদ-। আর গোলাম আযমরা এখানে পাকিস্তানের মতো ব্লাসফেমি আইন চালু রাখতে চান। কথায় কথায় এক সময় শিবির ছাত্রদের রগ কেটেছে, কিছু দিন আগে ছাত্র হত্যা করে ম্যানহোলে ফেলে রেখেছে। সৌদি আরবে ইসলামের অনেক মূলনীতি মানা হয় না কিন্তু জামায়াত সে সম্পর্কে কখনও মন্তব্য করেনি।
সুতরাং ব্যাপারটা দাঁড়াচ্ছে এই যে, ধর্মপ্রাণ মুসলমানদের ইসলামের সঙ্গে মওদুদী প্রচারিত ইসলামের তফাত অনেক। মওদুদীর ইসলামের ব্যাখ্যা ধর্মপ্রাণদের কাছে ধর্মদ্রোহিতা মনে হবে। বাংলাদেশের জামায়াতী নেতারা মওদুদীর অনুসারী। কিন্তু তারা আবার তাদের স্বার্থের অনুকূল অনেক কিছু গ্রহণ করে, তা মওদুদী দর্শনের বিপরীত।
যেমন মওদুদী বলেছেন, একজন উকিল কুফরের কাজ করেন। ওকালতি খোদার আইন বিরোধী বিদ্রোহ। এ থেকে উপার্জন হারাম। বেশ্যাবৃত্তি ও সুদের কারবার থেকে অর্জন যেমন হারাম ওকালতিও তেমনি হারাম। উকিলের মুহুরী হওয়া হারাম। উকিলের বাসায় খাওয়া-দাওয়া হারাম। বাংলাদেশের আদালতে তাহলে মওদুদীর ভাষায় কতজন বেশ্যাবৃত্তি করছে?
পাকিস্তানের ওপর শাহরিয়ার কবির যে ডকুমেন্টারি তৈরি করেছেন, সেখানে মওদুদীর এক পুত্র সাক্ষাতকার দিয়েছেন। তিনি বলছেন, মওদুদী তাদের জামায়াতে ইসলামীর ধারেকাছে ঘেঁষতে দেননি। বলেছেন, এর থেকে দূরে থাক। মাদ্রাসায় তাদের পড়াননি। মওদুদীর অনুসারীদের তিনি ধোঁকাবাজ বলেছেন। গোলাম আযম বা নিজামীরা তাদের পুত্রদের জামায়াত রাজনীতি থেকে দূরে রেখেছেন। মাদ্রাসায় পড়াননি। প্রচলিত স্কুল-কলেজে পড়িয়ে নাছারাদের দেশে পাঠিয়ে দিয়েছেন। কিন্তু তাদের গরিব ও মধ্যবিত্ত অনুসারীদের পুত্র-কন্যাদের মাদ্রাসায় পড়াতে বলেছেন এবং সেখান থেকে জঙ্গী উৎপাদনে ব্যবহার করছেন। মীর কাশেম আলীকে দেখুন। আধুনিক পোশাকে সজ্জিত এই শিবির নেতা এখন বাংলাদেশের পাঁচজন ধনীর একজন। টিভি থেকে স্টিমার অনেক কিছুর মালিক।
অর্থাৎ পুরো ব্যাপারটার মধ্যে একটা দুনম্বরী বিষয় আছে। নিজের স্বার্থসিদ্ধির জন্য একজন কিছু করলেই বা দুনম্বরী হয়। সেখানে আদর্শ, ভালবাসা, আনুগত্যের প্রশ্নটি গৌণ। মওদুদী যেমন দুনম্বর, এখানকার জামায়াত নেতারাও দুনম্বর। না হলে কাদের মোল্লা এখনও বুক চিতিয়ে কিভাবে বলেন, তিনি মুক্তিযুদ্ধের ট্রেনিং নিয়েছিলেন? দল হিসেবে জামায়াত দুনম্বর। বিএনপিও দুনম্বরী লোকদের একটি দুনম্বরী পার্টি। এর নেতা মওদুদ বা ফখরুল কতবার দল বদলেছে দেখুন। এজন্য তাদের আঁতাতও দৃঢ়। কেউ কাউকে ছেড়ে থাকতে পারে না।
