Re: [chottala.com] Sheikh Mujib accepted formal apology

Part of the thing is he most probably did accept the apology..the thing is West that lost the war in 71 in some ways planned to get back East Pakistan. Thus those apology does not mean any thing..just to be honest Pakistan administration is still Crooks and their allies are, in some way more powerful. Begum may be visiting India now a days..she is underneath for EAST PAKISTAN, Where so called MOSLEM son in law of Other Prophet Zulfiqars(PBHU) is still in control..to be honest their are even correspondence between RAO FORMAN ALI the Military man of Pakistan..and Mujib..where they refuted some of the allegation.

Mujib did file Civil suit on behalf of missing and dead of Bangladesh..he even gave general amnesty, Razakar & Al Badar , but they were not allowed into politics who  rehabilitated them ZIA (PBHU)..the freedom fighter..

He and his allies dreaded this lawsuit..it involve many thing some of the dead and missing.. property settlement to life insurance to many things are still unsettled..many of these insurance companies are Multinational do not want to pay their claims..in fact some of the Shahids families.are so angry about it they have waged war of their own based on their info..

Criminal trail most probably not going to happen but civil trial and penalty for that will have to happen..thus the restitution. for these acts

I do know many Pakistani to be candid some are still those BAIMANS

Sheikh Mujib accepted formal apology

When the Sheikh Mujib govt in 1974 wanted to try 195 Pakistani POWs
held in Indian custody, then Pakistani foreign minister (concurrently
minister of state for defence), Aziz Ahmed, gave in writing a
condemnation and regret for the crimes of his nation's forces in East
Pakistan in 1971. That document constituted an integral part of the
tripartite agreement of 9 April 1974. Sheikh Mujib accepted that
document as a formal apology and said, "We want to forget the past and
make a fresh start."
