He has crossed his limits!
He should be given proper logical and rational lessons – in the media and web blogs.
Now a days, specially after 1/11, he pretends or acts like that he knows everything (SHOB JANTA)!
Few days back, he told, "I am more than sure BNP Leader Elias Ali is alive and he will return after some days!"
So, he has become VAGABAN also, who can predict present and future circumstances too!
Unfortunately no criticisms were made for such inappropriate statement!
He was H M Ershad's Attorney General.
He supported and gave legal fight-support to H M Ershad against all of H M Ershad's
· Illegal power grabbing
· Illegal procedures and rules and laws
· Illegal arrests and tortures and killings
· Immoral acts
· Huge and widespread corruption etc etc
How this opportunist and greedy (LOVI) man has become now 'angel' and most respectful!

Recently Bar Rafiq had made very derogatory comments about some remarks of Awami League Secretary General and Local Govt Minister Mr. Sayed Ashraf on broad requirement of getting a Noble Peace Prize (NPP)
From different TV channels I have repeatedly listened and watched - what Awami League Secretary General and Local Govt Minister Mr. Sayed Ashraf had told about general requirement to get a Noble Peace Prize,
What Awami League Secretary General and LG Minister Mr. Sayed Ashraf said was very similar to the factors and conditions - expressed in the will of Mr. Alfred Nobel.
Mr. Alfred Nobel expected that those have done significant and vital contribution in 5 (equally weighted) following fields and interest - shall be awarded Noble Peace Prize (NPP).
Moreover, if any right and suitable person or organisation is not found, then NPP will not be given for that year.
Those factors for selection of Noble Peace Prize (NPP) are - who have done the most or the best work for:
1. The fraternity (alliance) between nations
2. The abolition of standing armies
3. The reduction of standing armies
4. For holding of peace congress and
5. For promotion of peace congress
Nobel Peace Prize (NPP) has been awarded to an organisation or to a leading international peacekeeper for participation in peace movements and efforts. The Nobel Peace Prize has been also awarded for work in a wide range of fields including support of human rights, mediation of international conflicts and arms control.
What Awami League Secretary General and Local Govt Minister Mr. Sayed Ashraf said was very similar to above factors and conditions or requirement expressed in the will of Mr. Alfred Nobel.
Nothing wrong with Mr. Sayed Ashraf's comment!
But our so-called SOBJANTA and JATER BIBEK, H M Ershad's ex Attorney General Bar Rafiq had made very objectionable and as well as foolish comments about Mr. Sayed Ashraf's comment on Nobel Peace Prize (NPP) selection criteria!
But Bar Rafiq did not mention which part of the statement of Mr. Ashraf was not fitting with Nobel Peace Prize (NPP) requirement!
I doubt, Bar Rafiq has that much intellectual!
He also made very offensive and stupid comments about Industry Minister, Mr. Dilip Barua (Like Mr. Dilip Barua is not even equal to nail of Dr. Younus).
What a comment from an educated and old person!
However Mr. Dilip Barua has given a very appropriate reply to this Bar Rafiq!
Strangely and weirdly our civil society and 'talk show' genius are very silent on this very objectionable and as well as foolish comments of so-called SOBJANTA and JATER BIBEK, H M Ershad's ex Attorney General Bar Rafiq
So, please raise your active and powerful voice against this collaborator of corrupt-immoral-illegal person!
