HASINA FOUND THE BAG WITHOUT THE BLACK CAT!

Suranjit is staying as a Minister without portfolio because Hasina found the bag without the black cat. Hasin'a men at the BBG released all the alleged culprits with the money but the driver of the car is the only person who is still missing.
The Daily Star reports: "Suranjit, who had originally been left out of the cabinet after the general elections of December 2008 apparently because of his "compromising" role during the 2007-08 military-backed caretaker government, finally got a berth in the newly-formed rail ministry in December last year, about three years into the government's tenure.(Link: http://www.thedailystar.net/newDesign/news-details.php?nid=230472)

"7000 Railways Posts X 20000 Applications per post X 1 lakh per post Bribe = a HUGE AMOUNT of MONEY = a normal process of bureaucracy for about 250 years in the Bangladesh region...
"And that process has always led up to the bottom side of the Railways Minister or some such guy's in chair. Question is Why THIS Railways Minister? why is he singled out?
Why PM Hasina following different standards? Why then when corruption case against Mr. Abul Hussain surfaced, he was not asked to quit? Why she instead supported him strongly? Is that because the arrow was towards Prime Ministers family?
