Mr. Shahriyar Kobir should be made Chief Judge of the war crime tribunal.
My question is how this Shahriyar Kobir earns, What is his current job or source of income ?

How he maintains expensive lifestyle?

Is he on RAW payroll?

As Ghadanik Chief, who's purpose he is serving.

All should be investigated.What was hisrole during ouyr liberation war?

Nations real problem at this moment is power, water,gas, rule of law, protecting our border people from Hayena BSF brutality.

Instead of resolving this very important issues, Bongobondhu Konnya Bharotbondhu Hasina  diverting peoples attention frpom nations major  issues.

for the general people of Bangladesh. What is the ultimate intention of continuing  this war crime tribunal with the inefficient Judges.

Just punish the Jamati accused without any trial by  passing a bill in the rubber stamp Parliament.

The prosecution team, so far it is nothing but a Joke.  Since Saidee's trial started they are just taking time after time to present witnesses.  So far they have presented some thief's, killers and liars.  Not even one witness could tell that he saw, Saidee killed or raped one person.

  
Now they cannot present anymore witnesses,  they filed a petition to allow witnesses to present their version of the story in their absentia.  Burden of the proof entirely falls on the shoulder of the prosecution team.  Defense has the right to cross examine the witnesses. 

Now the Judges are about to rule whether they will allow, prosecution to present the Investigating officer to tell the entire story.  This is nothing but a joke,  never before this happened to any of the court in the entire world.  This type of application should be thrown in the prosecution's face.

SHAHRIAR KABIR,  proclaimed that he will testify against the war criminial's, even if it is his last "Breath".  The prosecution team proclaimed that, it will be imposible for them to bring SHAHRIAR KABIR to the court?  WHY? Sharriar Kabir, built his entire career by bashing war criminals, this is his life time opportunity to testify.  Why did he chicken out??  Perhaps, some dirt will come out!  Whatever he said all the time was nothing but a LIE!

No matter which side of the equation you are on, please stand for justice and rule of Law.  It is the defendant's right to cross examine the witnesses.  Prosecution team proclaimed their witnesses fled to India!  WHY?  India is our Big Brother now,  they should send them back.

  
So far the Judges are working as a prosecutor and Justice at the same time!  The other day judges instructed prosecution team, what chanrges to bring and how to do it.  This is NOT what the judges are supposed to do.

Please remember,  this is a very serious matter.  Afterall, all of us will die one day,  Allah will ask whether we stand up for the truth! This is our country, it is our God given right to speak, tell and stand up for Justice. If someone is guilty of a crime then HE/SHE should be punished.  But the way things are going, is nothing but joke.
