Hi all The Parliament doing this changing in constitution according to court verdicts guide has proved that this Parliament is not perfect parliament of perfect wise members parliament and it is a parliament of short knowledge people parliament depending knowledge of court verdicts and under the control of court guide verdicts of learnt and knowledge Judges of High court and Supreme court and politicians in Bangladesh are I) knowledge less or not proper knowledge educated to make correct rules of law for constitution ii) Not understand lawful politics and not have knowledge to make lawful constitution Iii) and so iv) They are not efficient as constitution law makers and not efficient to as Government administrators to lead Bangladesh administration lawfully So these circumstances say Bangladesh should be ruled by High court and Supreme Court Judges as CTG administration for changing and modifying constitution and 1) For providing lawful knowledge education to educating the politicians for understanding lawful politics and to be lawful law makers 2) For establishing lawful administration in Bangladesh 3) For doing trial against corruption, nonsense talk, illegal and unlawful activities of politicians and others 4) For providing child care quality knowledge education nation wide to all children for creating them as future wise citizens in Bangladesh And CTG Administration must continue in Bangladesh until politicians be A) Proper knowledge educated to understand for making Lawful rules of law in constitution as knowledge law makers and B) Proper efficient to lead Bangladesh Administration as perfect Government Administrators. Judgement came from the Supreme court that next 2 election should be conducted under caretaker administration. Than why Hasina administration partially accepting the verdict leaving the importand judgement unfulfilled ? Compleate judgement still not published yet and we donot know when that will be published. Sheikh Hasina knew it very well that ,her party's support drastically reduced duriung the past 2 and half yeatrs and she is not sure abouit the outcome of next election under caretaker government. Recently conducted Pouroshova and Union Council election proved that BNP support gaining and the trend will continue in coming days until the next general election. It only gave a verdict that Care Taker Government is not keeping up with the spirit of the constitution and suggested some guidelines. It is sovereign parliament that amended the constitution . Unfortunately opposition neither participated in the all party parliamentary committee nor attended the parliament sessions to record its strong disapproval. Instead of creating confrontation and deadlocks Treasury bench and opposition must talk and decide on the formation of neutral EC . Country belongs to all.
