Actually

The political leaders and politicians of Bangladesh are not proper knowledge educated.

They do not know to make proper lawful policy and lawful rules of law to lead the country.

Also

They are not well educated good administrator to administrate the country lawfully in lawful democracy system.

So they are depended

i) On court verdicts to make the rules of laws

And

 ii) On police to rule the country.

The police when become inefficient to control the civil administration and civil administration derail

Essentially then army administration requires railing the civil administration in Bangladesh.

Mostly then Country needs under Supreme Court guidance

Army back CTG administration

a)     to rail the civil administration and

To teach the politicians making them efficient to rule the country

Actually the political leaders and politicians of Bangladesh are not proper quality knowledge educated.
They do not know to make lawful policy and lawful rules of law to lead the country.
Also they are not  well educated good administrator to administrate the country lawfully in the system of lawful democracy.
 So they are depended on court verdicts to make rules of laws
and also they are depended on police to rule the country.
 The police when become inefficient  to control the civil adminstration and it derails
Essentially then army administration is required to rail the civil administration in Bangladesh.

Mostly then under suprime court guidence
Country needs Army back CTG administration to rule the civil administration and
to teach the politicians for making them efficient politicians..
