SEMINAR Objective: Goal is to connect with our community's successors' who is practicing in the professional level in the private or government sector of the USA. Information will be provided how it is possible to get a job an updating of knowledge base, building strong resume and getting familiar with local work environment.

Project Schedule: First Sunday of each month from 5-7 pm at the offices of PeopleNTech, located at 1604 Spring Hill Rd, 3rd Floor, Suite#302, Vienna, VA 22182.

Beneficiary: All individual who is not happy with their current job and/or salary.

·         To help an individual how to attain a point where they can differentiate between obtaining a Career vs. Job
·         One to one discussion session for evaluating individuals' current knowledge, skills and expertise levels.

·         To make them capable of handling interview and qualifying the interview by conducting mock interviews that simulates real life scenarios.
·         Our targeted audience is made up of individuals as fresher trying to get into job and seeking to change their current job or who are looking for employment after being laid off.
·         Providing effective information on how to change careers without changing your life style.
·         How to develop writing resume and make them more marketable in this brute economy where job search is really a challenging job.
·         Understanding the job market, Job Search Techniques.
·         To explore more areas of jobs both at home meaning Bangladesh and here across America.
·         Train up Bangladeshi individuals and provide them jobs, which in turn, increase our foreign currency and change the life style and they will merge into the mainstream American society and systems.
·         Explain elaborately current Job Statistics and Facts.
·         Distribute Packet of Information for participants.
