Thanks. Manini Chatterjee, the author of the book visited Chittagong not the film unit. Never. I do a bit of reading on Prithilata and other revolutionaries. Every time I visit Kolkata I make it a point to drop by at Dr. Jyotirmoy Ghosh's house at Maniktala. He is married to Nandita boudi, niece of Pritilata. We spend at least couple of hours together. I have so much of respect for the great revolutionary that I risked my life in 1999 to name a girls hostel in Chittagong University after her. The movie is by all definition trash to me. This Saturday my fortnightly column in the Daily Sun will be on Benod Da and others. Benod da will grace my book launching ceremony on July 30th. at TIC.

During the shooting on going process, heard from my distant grand father Biplobi Binode Behari Chy that the part of the team including producers visited Chittagong though i wasn't in BD.
Unfortunate, looking into the movie which was passed on to me during March '11 in Singapore, No trace of Chittagong including the European club shown as fake one.
Thus No shooting was occurred at CTG but the story was glorious one.
While only acknowledgement of gratitude shown at the bottom of movie thru display of my grand father's photo....
Trust the issue can be raised in case the producer of the movies are within reach.
Hope i will raise this issue to Bollywood on few personalities in case chance to visit Mumbai.
