We are very delighted to inform you that BCCDI's "Bhoisaki-Mela"  "Esho Hay Bhoisak" is in the main stream media that gives us a very positive impact and remarkable reputation of BCCDI-Bangla School in the main stream America's community as well to all other communities in this region. It is fact that true may comes late but it comes with its own glory and heritage. As all of us aware of that BCCDI is the only organization has set up the first mile stone in this community by celebrating Bengali New Year since 2004, in fact; BCCDI's main aim was to make it a real meaningful and to keep up the significance of history of Bengali New Year celebration in abroad. BCCDI's all programs are generated to tribute and recognize our cultural heritage and to educate our next generations of its glory and real value. Please join BCCDI-Bangla School's all programs and support to grow our community in a very prestigious way in this multi cultural society. Please bring yourselves and your kids to support BCCDI- Bangla School and help to continue its journey of building a great cultural community in the greater Washington area. Each year, hundreds of people gather to celebrate the New Year… in April!  Arlington's BCCDI-Bengala School's BENGALI NEW YEAR FESTIVAL '1418' celebration takes place on SATURDAY (11:00am until 5:00pm) APRIL 16, 2011, at Mason District Park, 6622 Columbia Pike in Annandale, Virginia 22003.   A press release is attached!

 

A tradition dating back thousands of years, BCCDI is the founder and host of the only out door Bengali New Year Fastival in the Greater Washington area.   Featuring a range of colorful traditional music and dance, BCCDI's "Esho Hay Boishakh" provides an authentic glimpse of this ancient tradition.  Families and children will enjoy the Bengali New Year celebration.
