[chottala.com] Re: Khabor Dot Kom Group Re: CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY

Mr. Mohammad Rahaman

The worst Bangladesh born criminals of 1971 are the organizers of Al-Bodor
death Squads: the Jamaate Islami vis-a-vis Islami Chattro Leadership. Jamaat's
crimes during the Bangladesh's Muktijuddho were out-and-out  politically
motivated with ideological cover ... ... just like nazi criminals !!!

... Jamaati leader Moti Nizami  --- ."the main architect of the intellectual killings
in 1971" is the Adolf Eichmen of Bangladesh ... The henious Murderers and those
who organized killings of innocent civillians during 1971 must be brough to
justice first .....

You are saying "We also want the trial of war criminals but there is
difference between your demand and ours....." Who are these We in
your demand ..... Is it BNP ? or Is it Jammate ?

Can you enunciate your version of  what and how the the war crime
should be dealth with ... who will be on the top of your list [name
at least five]

Mixing up 1971 war crimes & crime against humanity issue with
you post-independence law and order issue is definitely politically
motivated with narrow and insidious intents to trivialize Jamaat's
War Crimes ......

As far as we see theon going processes are consistent with
our national & international standars :

The preponderance of evidences of war crimes by Al-Bodor Bahini
and it's organizers are publicly available and the procecution is
currently reviewing those to present evidences in Trial Court
in a judicial formats.

Being a member of local Shanti Committee could very well be a
treason and crime against Bangladesh, but by itself it can not be
called War Crime or Crime Against Humanity .... according to the
international standards, the war crimes includes violent crimes
such as murder, killing of innocent civillians, aiding and abetting
genocides and mass rape ..... with political intents .......
[as perputrated by Jamaate Islami's Al-Bodor death Squads in 1971] ...

Since you have brought the issue, the Mr Nuru Mia Razakar
could have been a "Chuno Puthi" at it's best,  compared to
Golam Azam, Moti Nizami, Ali Ahsan Mujahid, Kader Mollah,
Kamruzzaman et. el who were the Deadly Sharks and Crocodiles
in 1971 ....

The trials in the offing, are for the henious crimes [such as murders
and organizing murders] committed, not for the people who
were the just members of different committes during 1971.
These are not even the trials of the sychophant collaborators
of the occupation regime.

If you have evidences against anyone who are guilty of violent &
grievous crimes in 1971 [or even after independence] you will be
always welcome to bring them to the notice of the procecuters
and initiate proceedings.

Please do not bring the side issues to cover up the crimes of
Al-Bodor death squads .....

You have said "already prepared the verdict " which is blatant
distortion of truth ....

There is  public demands for the "death to the war criminals" ..
{Fashi chai etc] which are obvious and reflects the outbrusts
of  public anger...

--- but those are not verdicts of the trial court.
Remember, a procecutor may demand death for the
criminals who has been charged for violent crime(s).

The verdict is the decision of the trial judge(s) or the jury
who makes the decision after reviewing the evidences through
the judicial processes in vogue in a country.

How do you recall about 1971 forgetting the incident happened 2 years after that! You forgot as the brutality was carried out by Awami League and its paytua Rakhi bahini. We also want the trial of war criminals but there is difference between your demand and ours. You are politically motivated, we want fair, free of intervention and as per international law and standard. You Gui's already prepared the verdict, you don't need any court proceeding. Its a mockery in the name of trial. By the by what about Mr Nuru Mia Razakar, do you demand his trail also? Perhaps not as he is the father of prime Ministers daughter Putuls father in law!!

Mr. Mohammad Rahman

Thanks for giving me the insider info !

Earlier you have said that "Those killed 30 thousands JSD workers
in a very cold mind from 1972 to 1975, they should be brought in
justice.   ...."  I have never read anything like that .....please tell me where
did you get these numbers ....

In any case, after the assasination of Sheik Mujibur Rahman there has
been quite a few staunchly anti-BAList, anti-Baksalist governments in
Bangladesh:from Khondoker Mustaq to Gen. Zia to Begum Khaleda ......
If the reality was anywhere near the numbers you have cited, these
"law-and-order" regimes would have started the process to bring the killers
to justice ..... ..

At the least, these the anti-BAList regimes should have published a white
paper on the killings and setup an investigative committee followed by
legal proceeding to bring the killer to justice .....

As far as I know, even the JSD leaders or the activists had never
raised the issue or projected such a high number ....I have never
seen in any international news media described those events
during first BAList adminstration [The Baksal regime was very short-lived
perhaps, only 67 days -from June 7 to August 15th 1975]....

I personally believe that the numbers you have presented are not
credible.

However, if you really believe  in, you must take initiative to bring all the
culprits and murders to justice through the due process of law !!!
It is never too late .... and there is no statue of limitation on murder
cases ....... As you say "All real criminals must be punished......"
However, we should not mix up issues ......
.... and one thing at a time ...  priorities must be fixed .....
Of course, first thing first : The organizers of the Al-Bodor death
squads and trial of other war-criminals and perputrators of
crime against humanity must be completed within reasonale
time-frame   .... And this the ISSUE OF THE DAY !!!!!!

Thanks again,

Syed Aslam

You are not on the Albadar's list, but you did not answer the question of killing 25-30 thousand people during the Baksalist regime. Have you not done the same crime against humanity and should you not be prosecuted for this?

Mr. Mohammad Rahman

Is "Mr. Aslam " is in your neo-AlBadari list .......But, bear in mind
Dilli dur aust .. Dilli Honuzo dur aust .......That won't happen in your
life-time, I mean in our life-time ...... In 1971 Jamaate Islami with it's
Al-Bodor Death Squads was a Tragedy for our nation ........In the
new phase of histrory Jamaate Islami with it's underground Al-Bodor
wing will prove itself to be farce  ... No matter what lebash (cloak)
the Jamaatis wear, they can not fool all Bangladeshi for all times .....

The same is true for BAL aslo, not for Jamaat alone. You Baksalist will
have to pay the price for your heinous act. Time will come when our nation
will take accountability from Awami League. It is not Satkhun Maf for
Awami League.

Everybody is innocent until proven guilty, but that is totally absent in Bangladesh. Government ministers are giving verdict in advance. Who is right and who is killer judges will decide not the politicians. Those people are coming as a eye witness, what did they do within last 39 years? Why they did not file any case against them? Most of them either hardcore Awami Leagure or paid by Awami League. Shahriar Kabir's document is the best example of fake and fabricated documents. Let them come to the court, then you will see the real truth.

Those killed 30 thousands JSD workers in a very cold mind from 1972 to 1975, they should be brought in justice. All real criminals must be punished. Government must establish justice, otherwise there will no peace in the country.

There are many probable causes behind this arrest. The
probable cause is the standard by which a police officer has the authority to
make an arrest. It is the standard to which the Magistrate believed that
(1) the arretees may have been involved in aiding, abetting and harboring a
hardened  criminal or criminals to escape justice.
(2) the arrestees has sufficient information on a crime or criminals and needs
to be remanded.

The Butcher of Mirpur and the Looter of Jamalpur should not get any leeway on technical grounds ..... these criminals and all the organizers of Killer Al-Bodor gestapo militia must be brought to justice..... ..!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!

Remand of Sons and Son - in- law of Qamaruzzaman and Kader Molla

Policce arrested sons and son-in-laws of jamaat leadersQamaruzzaman and Kader Molla from Dhaka magistrate court house under section 54 of Cr.P.C. when according to them they went to hand over medicine and clothes to the Jamaat leaders who were brought in the court by police. The arrest itself was surprising and unthinkable. Now it has been reported that the young men have  been taken on remand for two days ( http://www.dailynay adiganta. com/fullnews. asp?News_ ID=222321&sec=1).The  police wanted seven days of remand in this case section 54 , not any specific case and the court granted two days.We eould not comment on the magistrate who gave order but surely we would question  the wisdom of police in asking for remand in this case. This amounts to abusing their power of remand.
It is now very important for all to review the entire review procedure  and make changes in the law.Law should be changed in the light of Supreme court guidance in the matter. We are sorry for these young men and state of affairs in Bangladesh. We wish early end of the predicament of these youngmen.
