Mr Siraj Dolla 1947 division of India & 1971 liberation of Bangladesh have made some people country less in the world. For doing lawful trialing against the war criminals BAL Administration is needed to establish in all level lawful good administration. BAL leaders are needed to be corruption free honest & faithful to the lawful Administration lawful democracy & to the interest of Bangladesh not more faithful to the interest of India than the interest of Bangladesh. It is needed for BAL leaders to clarify what does mean the war criminals. War criminal means that the criminal activity done against the people by any side of the worriers during war. It is also needed to make a list with address of three millions people who were killed during war time. & to pay proper compensation to the members of the killed family. It is also needed to remember for BAL Administration & judicial department That in 1947 East Pakistan was created by dividing Bengal as division of India under the theory of 2 nations. At that time many non Bengali people from India according to the theory of 2 Nations came to then East Pakistan & they were settled in Bangladesh as legal citizens of East Pakistan According to the theory of 2 Nations they were legally bound to support Pakistan for saving their own identity as their Urdu speaking legal citizens in Bangladesh. It was not any offences to them.. During the liberation movement & liberation war many innocent non Bengali man woman children old people who did not directly participate in war for Pakistan were killed & their property were looted as they were non Bengali people, It was inhumanity very painful for them & to human nation. It was also the War Criminal activity. The non Bengali people who alive after 1971 war have lost their property. 1947 division of India & 1971 liberation of Bangladesh have made some people country less in the world. On the other hand for lawful Administration & justice of humanity & for the cause of Human right you need to think why had migrated they to East Pakistan what were their right & reasons?. East Pakistan was created for the Muslim & along with Bengali Muslim to live here Indian migrated Muslims who were also the legal citizens of Bangladesh under the theory of 2 Nations. After their settlement in Bangladesh East Pakistan became a multi language province.. Bangle language to the people of Bangladesh & Urdu language to Indian migrated people. Both have equal right to speak their in own mother language Bangla & Urdu. In this circumstances If Bengali people would fight for their own Mother Language Bangla. Then Why could not fight migrated people who are the legal citizens of Bangladesh for their own mother Language Urdu? If fighting of Bangladeshi people for their Bangla Language would not be crime Then Why fighting of migrated people for their Urdu language would be crime?? .. The 2 nation theory is the justified foundation of creation Bangladesh. If you denied the 2 nation theory then the existence of legal Bangladesh will face the question. If you think Bangladesh is legal Bangladesh Then You need to consider that theory of 2 nations is legal & non Bengali citizens were also legal citizens in Bangladesh and Bangladesh is a multi languages country. So the trials are deserved only to the persons who were war criminals during 1971 war in both sides either Bengali Muslim or Non Bengali Muslim either fighters for Bangla or Urdu.. You need to think Why could be punished those non Bengali citizens who were innocent & who did not directly take part with Pak army? Might be circumstances compelled them to take part with Pak Army. But they were legal citizens of Multi language Bangladesh. Adamjee Ispahani Bawani Dawood Kohinoor Habib Gandar families had build the economy in Bangladesh by establishing mill industry in east Pakistan where there was no any industry in 1947 & had provided job & business facility to the people of east Pakistan but they were looted. If theory of 2 nations is wrong then the political leaders & the political party who had made division of Bangla & India are also the wrong doers & killers a lot of people. To do war trialing it needs to call into the court all war country leaders who directly participated with this war. It needs also to investigate for doing lawful trialing & establishing lawful social justice for humanity & human right to find out the actual war criminals that were responsible for starting this criminal war & killing 3 millions people.
The law should be impartial & the Trialing system must be fair & neutral to do lawful trial against all criminals after both sides proper judicial investigation to establishing social justice for humanity & lawful Administration in Bangladesh

Those migrated Indians after 1947 commonly known as Non-Bengali Biharis entered in mass in the then previous East Pakistan (presently our Bangladesh). In the beginning they had no land of their own. Bengalis welcomed them cordially, gave them lands, shelters inspite of the facts that Bangladesh a land of 54 thousands sq. miles with thickly populated area have little scope to share their small lands with others especially with those influx of vast majority of non-Bengali Biharis suddenly at a time. Bengalis co-operated with them by helping them in all aspects getting jobs and giving them jobs, co-operated with them in starting their various types of business etc in consideration as they were migrated Muslims from India. Bengali did this in view of the fact that they advocate the solidarity of Muslims as a whole, as a members of great Muslim Ummah, as in consideration the over populated Muslim population in Bangladesh was the 2nd largest Muslim country in the world after Indonesia at that time. Inspite of all these, what Biharis or non-Bengali Muslims did with us during 1971 of our liberation war, instead of taking the side with our Bangladeshi people or instead of taking active roles in settling amicably the problems with those Pakistanis they set the Pakistanis aside against us, and themselves took parts along with those brute Pakistani soldiers and by declaring oneness with them involved in killing right and left our Bengali people who once used to help and co-operate them in all respects when they first entered in our Bangladesh. It proves and seems to us their intention was to dominate us in our Bangladesh later on. What dina khan is telling those Biharis were innocent during 1971 of our liberation war is not true rather those Biharis helped Pakistanis in torturing, killing and raping of our Bengalis acted as catalyst to co-operate with those Pakistanis encouraging them to kill Bengalis with the help of our Bangladeshi Mir Jafaars Golam Azam and his associates.
