QUOTE I have never said that Golam Azam is my leader. Truth is I do not follow any leader. I just wanted to make a technical point. . Till the 16th of december 1971 our country was part of Pakistan, we continued using Pakistani currency and all those who worked for the government worked for the Government of Pakistan including Radio and television so that was the legal government of the country. Mr. Azam did not rebel against the legally constitued government, You may say that he collaborated with an unpopular govenment of the time whom Bengalis desposed and nothing more. Ayubi UNQUOTE Mr. Ayubi With this knowledge you are writing historical comments! Bravo!! 1. [Truth is I do not follow any leader.] => Impractical; you are not a superman! 2. [Till the 16th of december 1971 our country was part of Pakistan] => From 26th March, when Bangabandhu declared our independence, East Pakistan became 'independent Bangladesh'; Paki-Army that were staying in East Pakistan became 'hanadar bahini' in Bangladesh. On 16th Dec we got our Bangladesh free from hanadar bahini. 3. [Mr. Azam did not rebel against the legally constitued government] => Bangladesh Govt commenced functioning from 10th April 1971 for new Bangladesh. All Bengalees supported it and fought against Paki-hanadars; except your Ghulam Azam and his follower jamat-rajakars. Refresh yourself, if you look for truth! Sajid Hussain |
