[chottala.com] BDR masacare: Future restructure: Only name and uniform change will not do.

Dear all,             I have lost many of my colleagues in the BDR massacre. Now government should bring the culprits to the justice. It is obvious that some culprits will not be caught in the net. So, gradually all the members of the BDR ( who will survive after the judgment) may be sent for retirement with 25%benefits  only. This is the tradition of military forces that for the fault of one everybody should get punishment as seniors could not control the juniors and colleagues failed to motivate colleagues. Fresh soldiers should be recruited with proper verification. Once breach of trust has taken place, nothing good can be expected out of present soldiers. Fresh recruits should be given only salaries, nothing else. Govt should not promise for any extra welfare for newly recruited soldiers of BDR. Cheers Shamim, UK Shamim, UK
