This is a banner of a news in Daily Star today.

My question is do the indigenous peoples (like Garo, Sawtal, etc all Hill Tracts) will have to be Bangalee at hearts to build digital Bangladesh????? otherwise they cannot contribute??? aren't we discriminating?

Or her call is only for Banglaee people of Bangladesh shunning others who are not Bangalee?
