After 4 city councils & 9 local councils election it is very clearly proved that the persons who are working in ACC & EC are totally inefficient quality less knowledge less & worthless workers. Because The ACC could not prove to the mind of the common people that the persons who are arrested by the ACC are really corrupted. The Election Commission could not make the perfect rules of law & the policy of law for creating the local council as non political neutral administration & could not to conduct the local council election as non political in non party system local councils. These so called higher degree educated persons working in ACC & EC are totally failed to perform their duty correctly & efficiently according to their long time speaking & gossiping statements. They have proved to the common people that they are expert only in speaking & gossiping works not skilled in performing their duty & work efficiently & they are only very worthless good speakers. So as punishment for inefficiency & worthless gossiping & speaking works, the inefficient worthless good speakers & gossiping expert workers in ACC & EC must be discharged from their jobs
