The moot is honorary doctorate, not an earned PhD - two different things
- not interchangable .... Meki PhD is another thing .... Some people, seem
to be utterly confused and repeatedly mixing up different things under one
label.
The meaning of the quotation you have presented is very straightfarward and
free from any evasiveness . Just grasp the conversational implicature of each word......
there is no rhetoric in it ......
To be an Anti-Balist is your free choice. True, like everyone else
you have every right to express your position and what you believe in !!!
However, in a discussion of one's argument may be self-justified and
self-fulfilling, but most people can see the bias, clear and simple.
