Knowledge based systems: case-based reasoning, constraint programming, knowledge discovery from text and decision support systems. Video communications: video compression and transport, multimedia networking. Requirements Candidates must have first class honours degree or an MSc with distinction in computer Science or a related discipline. Funding The PhD position is funded for 3 years and covers both tuition fees and living expenses.
