Constitutionally CTG is legally approved by the politicians in parliament session to conduct fair & neutral election. CTG has all right to conduct any kind of Election. Causes The CTG system is created by the Politicians to conduct fair & neutral Election. Causes By establishing CTG system the Politicians have self-declared that they are not efficient, not faithful & not dependable for conducting any election fairly & neutrally. For conducting fair & neutral MP election the most essential duty of CTG is to create neutral Administration, to conduct local council non political non party election for helping the CTG & to do trial against of all corruption for electing clean & efficient MP (Member of Parliament). Legally & constitutionally the Politicians have no right in opposing CTG for conducting local council or any Election.   The field & type of works for Local Councils (City councils Zilla Upzilla councils Union Councils) & MP (Member of Parliament) are not same. The duty of local council is to work as work force to execute the plan made by the member of national assembly for doing local developing works, local constructing works according to the requirement & to keep the area clean. The Members of (MP) National Assembly are the law maker, the policy makers, Government formers & problem solvers. Their duty are to know internal & external problems of the country, to find solutions of internal & external problems, to make the rules of law for Government & for all administration to rule the country & to make policy & guide lines for all sections to perform their function lawfully, to look all Administration, Judicial Section, Education & all private organizations whether run lawfully or not.
