Hi Mr AGC in New York Bangla News There is no constitutional CTG system for conducting fair & neutral Election in USA or in any democratic country. This CTG system in Bangladesh means that the politicians in Bangladesh are inefficient for making Voter list. They are not dependable & faithful for conducting fair & neutral election. The duty of CTG is to work as care taker persons to look over whether everything is going on lawfully or not & whether the persons who want to contest in the election whether are efficient or not. . So the main duty of this CTG for conducting fair & neutral Election is now very essential for taking all necessary actions to create lawful democratic politicians for establishing lawful democracy by making the system of some lawful rules of law for the politicians & by providing the politicians quality education & quality training for teaching them to learn what the politics what the democracy & what the duty of the politicians for doing their duty efficiently to build Bangladesh a lawful democratic country under the system of Lawful Democratic Government. The duty also of the politicians are to try  for earning correct practical knowledge for making them efficient persons to know the people's problems & for solving  the problems, to learn for earning efficiency for making voter list to conduct fair & neutral election & to be perfect learned law maker persons for making good law, good plan to rule the country efficiently.
