Causes are
People are not thinking honestly & have not quality educated for knowing the difference between right or wrong..on the point of justice law to do good work correctly. Their aims are only how to make money by hook or crook & possessing power.
So it is very essential to create quality educated people who can understand what is right or what is wrong & what right thing must need to do in time......for that reasons quality rules of law must be made to establish justice of law for good honest justified administration in the country.
Other wise
Nonsense educated people will create nonsense environment throughout the country .
