I was not impressed that Mr. Quadri is a CSP officer. I was impressed that atleast he had the guts to utter the word 'RESIGNATION.' In our country, none wnts to retire and resign forget to take the responsibility. He atleast took the blae on him though it was not under his jurisdiction....At any rate, you have the right to make your judgement, no matter what..but try to be responsible....don't be LAGANHIN..

We all  can see his performance on the issue : he has totally mismanaged,
Since, he has not resigned yet, his talks about resignation is remain to be 
a stunt  .............Let us wait and see.....
