Dear Donors and Friends,

 

Devastating Cyclone "Sidr" has hit Bangladesh on November 15,2007. It has killed thousands and destroyed homes and livelihood of millions.

When people are still recuperating from the damages caused by the recent flood, cyclone has thrown them into immense despair. 

 

SpaandanB has launched a cyclone aid drive with all its chapters and local-coordinators. We have already started distributing emergency relief through our Bangladesh office and partner organizations.

They are also evaluating the devastation site to determine the next steps. Details of our efforts can be found in our Cyclone Sidr Relief page.

 

We are also working with multiple partners currently to implement major rehabilitation projects for the recent flood victims. Click here to see our flood relief efforts in 2007.

 

We urge you to come forward and help the cyclone victims.
