All legal works of CTG are constitutionally legal.

 

Present CTG can do every thing according to the people's demands & for doing every thing CTG continues unless finish the demands. According to the constitution of Bangladesh CTG is the legal Government for conducting fair neutral election. To conduct fair neutral election Legal CTG can do all functions legally to create good politicians for making good laws, for making good work plans & for making good policy to rule the country, CTG can make program for creating good administrators for different sections to run country's all administrations, CTG can provide a teaching system for making professional people skilled in their respective work fields to execute all government work plan according to the government policy, CTG can provide nation wide job basis quality education for creating skilled professional people & CTG can make a good policy for creating learned judicial authority to establish nation wide justice of law  to maintain people's secured life & human right in the country.

For doing these jobs are needed fair neutral experienced people for forming & helping CTG.

CTG are needed fair neutral administrations for executing job according to the requirements of CTG.

So it is very essential for CTG to make nation wide a Permanent Care Taker Party with experienced fair & neutral persons for helping CTG to rule the country. It is also very essential to establish nation wide a Permanent Care Taker Administrations with fair & neutral persons to do smoothly CTG activities accordingly. CTG is also needed to form a Care Taker Party with care taker neutral administration for doing its functional jobs neutrally.

Reasons

 

By asking to this present CTG to form special tribunals for doing trial of war criminals is proving the political leaders in Bangladesh are totally inefficient to rule the country. By asking CTG to do trial after proper investigation is proving CTG should need to continue at least 40 years on postponing national election.

Because political government could not be able to file any case to the court for doing trial against any war criminal during last 36 years. Now CTG for doing trial first needs to investigate for finding out with proper proof the persons who were war criminals in 1971 then CTG can proceed to do trial.

So all political leaders must need to support the present CTG continue for doing trials of war criminals by postponing election until finish the trials of war criminals.

Present CTG is also required to form a special tribunal court for doing trial for why the political leaders who were in power during last 36 years did not do trial against the War Criminals after proper investigation

CTG is also needed to form a Care Taker Advisor council Party with Care Taker neutral administration in every upo zilla, zilla level for collecting suggestions & for doing its functional jobs smoothly & neutrally.

CTG continues until honest learned well experienced political leader efficient administrator skilled executors are created for forming next government after doing all trials jobs for conducting fair & neutral election.

All legal works of CTG are constitutionally legal.

I think in all fairness what Dina is saying is correct to a certain extent.

However it has became a tendency on our part to expect our Government to do everything for us. We even expect our Government to come and sweep our backyards :) Is it humanly possible?

I think forums such as Chottala should encourage people to find out ways and mean on how the Government can and should go about doing its business, then merely criticizing it on Yahoo forums from the comforts of bedroom PC's.

I am sure with creative and well meaning  people like Dina and others on the forum, it is 'do-able'. More than just harping on the past as to 'who did what to whom and why', its time we looked ahead and unleash a fool-proof  Action Plan.

If we are only going to look backwards (that's exactly what the fossilized political culture wants us to do).....shouldn't we then check the back of our heads to 'see' if gOD by some accident has put 'two eyes' there ? We are in no way a 'backward nation' are we?
