[chottala.com] 91st Birth Anniversary of the Father of the Nation and National Children Day programme at the Bangladesh Embassy in Washington DC

Dear all, Tomorrow, 17 March 2011, the Embassy of Bangladesh in Washington DC will celebrate the 91st Birth Anniversary of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children Day at its Bangabandhu Auditorium. As a part of the celebration Embassy arranged drawing and essay competitions for children of different grades. Tomorrow the winners of the competitions, as well as the participants, will receive prizes. The programme will start at 6:00pm. It will consists of documentary presentation and discussion on the life and works of Bangabandhu, prize distribution among the winners of the competitions, and special prayer.
