A question for the ACC Chairman

There is a serious concern about the ability of ACC to sustain its activities irrespective of who is running the government. ACC should demonstrate that it can take on the executive branch, if needed.

Here is question that needs to be asked:

Do the success of your organization depend on the attitude of the sitting government towards your work?

Yes or No?

Our assessment of your work, your words and your message so far is that you would be likely to answer to the question as 'Yes'. Don't you think so?

If that is the case, what will then happen to the anti-corruption drive if a government comes to power which is not aiding your work, but blocks your work. Can you imagine that scenario? What do you get then?

Allow us to help a little bit more. Let us assume that there is a new development in the government. The current council of advisers and the major political parties decides that a government of national unity will be beneficial for the country during next few months before an election be held. Accordingly, the majority of current council of advisers relinquishes their duties and position, and a set of seasoned political leaders joins the government as advisers. What happens to your cases against the politicians that you are currently pursuing?

Do you follow what the government wishes or you stick to your policy (if you actually have an independent policy)?

Bottomline: You have to recognize that you have to stand against the will of the executive branch from time to time, if you really want to be perceived as the successful anti-corruption commission. If you agree on this point, when would be a good time to start practicing that? Now is the best time. Certainly, this government has many elements that are undesirable. Choose your fight among them.

Show the people of the country (who are the main stakeholder of your organization) that you can tackle the executive branch of the government or even the corrupt elements in the judicial branch (if possible). Only then your service to the nation will be complete.

If you thought some of the ideas are worth of your reading time, please forward it to others. If you have an ear to the columinsts in regular traditional media, please forward it to them. If you have an ear to the journalists and news editors of the electronic media, discuss it with them. Hope they would look at the suggestions and give due diligence.

For conducting fair & neutral election

CTG needs to do reforming works

1)    In all Political party.

2)    In all Education Sector.

CTG should not be weak.

CTG needs to be strong for success

Political party can not drive out the present CTG from the power until & unless they are elected.

If they do movement to turn out this CTG

It will be their very stupid works political mistaken.

Their movement will create a situation

Either to form

A new CTG

Or

Full Marshal Law CTG

So the present CTG & honest political leaders must be wise.

CTG must need to think themselves as public representative honest well fare government.

It will be a very wisdom work for the honest politicians to cooperate with this present CTG for doing reforming works honestly in all sections.

It should be remembered that CTG system is invented by the politicians is established by the politician's movement & constitutionally CTG is the legal Government which system itself proofs politicians are not honest & faithful efficient for conducting election fairly & neutrally.

It also should be remembered that the present CTG is the result of political nonsense activities & street fighting done by the politicians for doing reforming works according to the demand of the political leaders before conducting fair & neutral election.

So this present CTG is very strong government of the CTG system. This CTG is constitutionally legalized under the rules of state emergency for doing reforming works to conduct fair & neutral election. This CTG can not be compared with 90 days CTG.

The circumstances do not allow any judicial verdict to ask the present CTG for conducting fair & neutral election within 90 days.

The situation & circumstances do not depend on the days counting for conducting election.

It depends upon the reforming works whether completed or not for conducting fair & neutral election.

So until & unless all reforming works are finished smoothly & perfectly for conducting fair & neutral election for electing fair & efficient persons for forming fair & efficient person's representative government this present CTG must need to continue.

If it needs CTG persons should be provided correct update training & education to make them skilled & expert to do reforming works for conducting election & to rule the country honestly under the state emergency.

If CTG wants to do good works

CTG can do.

1. CTG can form educational advisor councils by collecting from through out the country of well educated experienced honest people for discussing to make correct idea & plan for updating education system & providing the people through out the country for making them skilled in their respective working fields

It needs to provide quality education

1)        To create honest wise political leaders to lead the   country

2)        To reform political party as quality political party to contest in election

3)       To create honest creative law makers for making rules & laws

4)       To create foresighted wise skilled planers for planning.

5)       To create good efficient administrators to rule the administration

6)       To create perfect executors to execute the plan

7)       To create creative builders to build the country for saving people.



A register must be maintained for checking whether the University teachers are coming in time are taking classes in time are giving teaching lessons to the students with update preparation or not.

Actions should need to take against the teachers whom are responsible to maintain academic discipline & to provide update wise education to the students so action should not be taken against the students

This Present CTG must need to make a very strong action team for investigating to take legal action against the persons ( may be teachers or others) who are destroying academic atmosphere in the education area disturbing the students for getting proper update quality education not taken regular classes not taken examination in time by the so called learned Dr teachers & created seasons jots in doing nasty nonsense stupid uneducated quality less politics (politricks) to damage the country by doing works of breaking burning closing the industry business centers for increasing price hiking of everything & creating people's disasters.

2. CTG can form a business & industry advisor councils to control the market prices with the cooperation with all business men.

3. CTG can create many jobs centers for providing jobs to the jobless people.

Who is more guilty either Mr. Moin??

Khalida Hassina??

Mr. Moin or CTG is not More Guilty.

Hasina & Khalida are responsible for coming this army baked CTG to conduct fair & neutral election after making voter list reforming neutral administration & reforming other works..

It is should remembered that Hasina & Khalida were the elected leaders position & opposition party for last 15 years. They were the people representative elected leaders party chief prime ministers & opposition leaders for the people of the people by the people for making rules of administration & to rule the country honestly.

Mr Moin is the public servant under their command of prime minister. Mr. Moin's duty was carry out order according to the service rules which rules are made by the political leaders.

But our dear great political leaders have been creating such type of nonsense situation in the country by doing nonsense activities so that public servant is bound to come forward to save the people & to back the non experienced CTG for conducting fair & neutral election after doing reforming works & to rule the country until election held though they are not politically & administratically experienced & expert skilled persons.
