Its true that the Prophet had Treaties with Jews, Christians and Non Moslim 'Koffaaray Mecca' but in none of such Treaties he had agreed that they would not be attacked for taking over some Moslim Land like JI has agreed with Communist China that its Troops would not be attacked by JI's Military Arm 'Lashkaray Toiyyeba' in northern Gilgit, a part of Pakistan occupied by China.
The Agreement with Communist China is actually for that, not for justice, development, security and solidarity in Pakistan or the world.
Where did Allah say in Qoraan or the Prophet in HaDees, "Fight Hindus if they occupy your land (like in case of Kashmir) but do not fight with Communists (in case of Gilgit) ...?"
It looks like in Paki Islam, Chinese Communists are Moslims and Americans are Koffaar and Pak JI is doing, what Pak Army does, not what Islam says because Pak JI is supported and financed by Pak Army.

In July 2009, "Allah fearing" Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Pakistan and Godless Chinese ruling Communist Party have signed a MOU which says that both parties will collaborate in the fields of justice, development, security and solidarity. JI secretary general Syed Munawar Hasan and Secretary Foreign Affairs of Communist Party of China, Lio Hong Sai, signed the memorandum.

It is not my invention ..... the Chinese Communist Party (CPC)  openly declared
long time ago that they do not believe in any supernatural power or any
supreme creator .... the point, however is that the Jamaat now reconizes the secular world we live in ....Paki Jamaat's MOU with CPC signifies the secular principle that "Godless communists (Kafirs)" and "Allah fearing" Jamaat-e-Islami can co-exist................................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
