[As a matter of fact Bangladesh has improved it's rank from 12 during

CTG period & 19 during BNP-Jote period  to 24 in 2010 --- 1 being the worst ....

Bangladesh is now out of the top 20 most vulnerable countries in the list].

 If current trend continues Bangladesh will come close to a Moderate

State in 2021 .......

Pabna's district administration situation once again proving the failed state staus of Bangladesh. How long nation will tolerate such misrule by Hasina and her allies remains to be seen.
