Re: [chottala.com] Two nation theory whether based on Religion? or Language?

Question is how to establish Lawful Administration & Social justice for humanity in Bangladesh?
To do trial against War Criminals of 1971 war for lawful Administration & Social Justice are needed to think for doing trial both sides criminals either he is Urdu speaker or Bengali speaker.

1971 war was fought to establishing in Bangladesh lawful administration for humanity & human right under the system of lawful democracy

Question is behind that what the reasons for this 1971 war are?

The main reason was created  due to the theory of 2 nations for division of India to create Pakistan & division of Bengal to create East Pakistan.

What the reason of Bengal division is?

It needs to think

Is it for Language or Religion?

If it is for Religion then

How would be called that Behari Muslims have no legal right to fight for their mother Language Urdu in East Pakistan?  According to the theory of 2 Nations East Pakistan became for Urdu & Bengali speakers.

Or if it is for Language then why is done division in Bengal.

But the reason behind that of the theory of 2 nations whether is it for Religions Hindu & Muslim or is it for languages Hindi & Urdu?

Urdu Speaker & Urdu language supporters who are criminals as well as Bengali speaker & Bengali language supporters who are Criminals both are needed to face lawful trial..

Dear dina khan - a regular writer in chottala yahoo groups,

In the debate about two nation theory it is based on whether language or Religon, I think there is some misconception and wrong idea.

M.A. Jinnah the iron man as you mentioned without uttering the name of three or four other iron men from Bengal  like H.S. Sohrawardy, Sher-E-Bangla A.K.Fazlul Hoque, Moulana Abdul Hamid Khan Bashani and many others  iron man who by their combined efforts and supports to M.A. Jinnah once became successful in bringing the unity of the Bengal Muslims in India by creating a religious sentiments in the minds of Muslim which ultimately results in the creation of Pakistan.

Except Muslims of Bengal there were no other Muslim majority area like Hyderabad, Junagar, Bihar, Kashmir including Frontier Province in Pakistan came forward to  support M.A. Jinnah to create a separate state for Mslims.  Look at Kashmir being a Muslim majority area in India trying for the last 61 years to come out from their grip but still not successful rather Kashmiris are suppressed and oppressed by the Indian soldiers for years together.

What M.A. Jinnah did later on,  instead of showing his gratitude to Bengal, by forgetting what the Muslims of Bengal did, tried to push the knife over the back of our Bengal by introducing Urdu at the first instance. So "he is not correct" as you told.

There was no mention at all in the history, anyone from Bihar came forward to establish the interest of Muslims in India. No mention also in the history about taking any part by the Biharis in the creation of Pakistan. These Biharis neither can be a Pakistani (as evident in the several incidents in Karachi) nor can be a Bangladeshi. They are Biharis at heart  moving from one place to another with their selfish motivation and trouble making policy.

The sentiment which our leaders were able to create in the minds of Muslims of Bengal on the basis of Islam, later on by a small sentence of M.A. Jinnah "state language should be Urdu" spoiled the whole show creating maximum hatreds for Urdu particularly in the minds of people of Bengal.

Though Islam is dearer to us as we are Muslims but our Bengali language is also dearest to us equally. How dare they are just like "Pagla Toglok"  to enforce a slumdog type of Urdu language of Bihar over our highly enriched cultural land of sophisticated Bengali language?

Religion made the Muslims of India to unite under the banner of one Islam to make a separate state of Muslims as Pakistan. Later on by raising the linguistic sentiments amongst the Bengalis by M.A. Jinnah in 1952, created a vigorous language movement in the then East Pakistan causing martyrs of Rafique, Salam, Jabbar, Barkat  and many others. That accelerated the division of a strong Pakistan in comparison to India into two in 1971 creating two separate weaker country like Bangladesh (Previous East Pakistan) and Pakistan (previous West Pakistan). Who is the actual gainer behind the scene? Our martyr's blood was not in vain. Because of the sacrifices of their blood we are now having a chance of taking a full breath of Bengali smell instead of slumdog smell of Biharis in our soil.

Urdu was not a rich language rather a cocktail of multiple languages of Indo-Pak-Bangla sub continent whereas Nobel Prize winning Bengali literature is a much more stronger and richer language spoken by about one forth of population (East and West Bengal) in united India. The Muslims of East Bengal separated from their fellow Bengali speaking Hindus of West Bengal on the sentiments of religions only and nothing else.

Who took the opportunity for the division of a strong Muslim country like Pakistan into two, making two weaker states in front of India. Whatever damage is there already done, now is it not wise to avoid the creation of further bitter sentiments by raising the trifling language issue again and again.

Who was the beneficiaries out of this? What is more preferable - Language or Religion? Two strong tigers after fighting when tired seeing helplessly a fox is taking away slowly their foods in front of their nose.

Dowllah.

[chottala.com] The past is never dead. It's not even past -.be it in 1971 or be it in 680 AD !

The past is never dead. It's not even past -.be it in 1971 or be it in 680 AD !

WRT:

Mr. Salahuddin Ayubi

You sound very soft and understanding of the  Pakistani
Generals and their local collaborators  who committed Genocide
[according to you they are ok, because in their eyes the
Bangladeshis were gaddars or traitors, so rape, Genocide and
attrocities were justifiable !!!!]. You are, essentially, condoning the
perpetrators and abettors of Genocide, mass rape and torture of
our people .....

What the Yahia-Tikka regime and their collaborators in
Jammati-Albodor militia did in 1971 was illegal even under Pakistan's
own law , was illegal under international law & law of natural
justice & morality.

The advent of Islam was revolutionary in the context of
Aiam-e-Jaheliat. Yazid's grandfather Abu Sufyan sought to
exterminate the emerging Islam by all henious means ....because
of his vested interest with Jaheliat .... the stance of the Sufiyanoids
changed after their complete defeat.....but they did not give up ...
They couldn't  beat Islam, so joined it ... but gradually started
using Islam for their mean self-interest and power grabbing...

The crimes committed in 680 AD by Yazid bin Muawiyah & his
associates was against a legitimate cause, a mission which
Hazrat Imam Husayn (RA) represented .... Our Liberation war
1971 AD also represented a cause and a mission that relied
upon legitimacy and natural  justice...

Again and again you are emphesizing that 1971 crimes of
Jamaate Islami is a matter of past .....But bear in mind that
"The past is never dead. It's not even past."
.... be it in1971 AD or be it in  680 AD ...
Jamaatis have never even repented for their crimes in 1971,
rather adamantly justifying their support for Yahia-Tikka regime
and participation as abettor of Genocide, rape, torture and other
attrocities as  "political difference" ....

BTW, Mister Ayubi is essentially supporting Jamaat's position
pretending to be an outsider...But, it must be known to everyone
that no one can fool all Bangladeshi for all times ....

Mr. Salauddin Ayubi

We the muslims still mourne for the massacre of Hazrat Imam Husayn (RA)
at Karbala in 680 AD, almost 1329 years after the incident .....What would
you have done if Yazid bin Muawiyah & his associates were available
within your jurisdiction? Pamper him? Hug him?

The Karbala incident was a great tragedy in the history of the Mussulmans.
There has been hundreds of Karbala in 1971 Bangladesh by Tikka
Khan's army where Jamaate Islami with it's barbaric Al-Bodor forces
were the main local collaborator under the leadership of GoAzam & Nizami
gong.

In a very historical sense, Jamaate Islami is the party of Neo-Yazidists.
Yazid's grandfather Abu Sufyan sought to exterminate the adherents of the
emerging religion Islam by all henious means. After the battle of Badr,
Abu Sufyan's wife Hind cut open the corpse of Hazrat Hamza (RA), taking
out his liver which she then attempted to eat to express her hatered for the
Mussulmans.

When our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) took control of Mecca and
announced a general amnesty for all, Abu Sufyan, embraced Islam. So
did his son Muawiyah, the father of Yazid, the perpetrator of the Karbala
massacre ..Yazeed, son of Muawiyah, claimed to follow  Islam and
pretended to be an Islam-lover .....

Jamaate Islami opposed the emergence of Bangladesh almost in the
same way the notorious Abu Suiyan, his associates, & his family did  during the
emergence of Islam
....  and likewise, Jamaat opposed Bangladesh during the most critical
times of 1971, but when Jamaate re-appeared in late seventees, few years
after our victory, it started pretending to be Bangladesh-lovers and started
masquerading itself with a "holier-than- thou" camouflage ......

But, bear in mind that Jamaate Islami can fool some Bangladeshis for
some times.....but not all Bangladeshis for all times. Our current and future
generations of Bangladeshis will remember the Jamaate Islami as the mass
killers and abettors of Genocides of 1971 ........
...and as the perpetrator Hundreds of Karbala type massacre in 1971 Bangladesh
.....  Killer Jamaatis will be hated as the neo-Yazidists for all times to come.....

Mister Ayubi, the Jamaatis can run but they won't be able hide their past...
no matter how hard you try and no matter under what pretext you try to protect
or shield them !!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!

Golam Azam - The Top Traitor-Criminal of 20th century Bangladesh  !

In KARBALA the Skies Wept Blood ... In 1971, for nine months the
Skies Wept Blood in Bangladesh too .......but at the end Bangladesh
had a happy ending ... Bangladesh won it's freedom !!!!

Bangladesh probe targets '71 foes

Cassie Fleming THE WASHINGTON TIMES

Bangladeshi authorities are investigating "genocide" allegations against opponents of its break with Pakistan nearly 40 years ago, the nation's ambassador to Washington said Tuesday.

The Bangladeshi government, which took office in January following elections that ended two years of emergency rule, blames former paramilitary opponents of independence for 3 million murders and 200,000 rapes during the 1971 conflict.

Ambassador M. Humayun Kabir told editors and reporters at The Washington Times that the country has been yearning to resolve the war-crimes issue for decades. But critics claim the investigation is a thinly disguised attempt to silence opponents in a nation notorious for its political instability.

The country's younger generations - many of whom were too young to participate in or even remember the war - spurred the crusade for justice, as they are "more sensitive after experiencing the Rwandan and Bosnian genocides," Mr. Kabir said.

"Other genocides pricked our consciences, and we now want to catch up with our past," he said.

The government led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina approved a bill in June to set up a tribunal and put former fighters on trial. Mrs. Hasina's alliance controls an overwhelming majority in the parliament.

Local press reports say more than 1,700 people who opposed independence from Pakistan during the nine-month civil war have been identified as possible targets of the probe. Mr. Kabir could not confirm the reports.

He said the probe was not political and that no particular party was being targeted.

But Jamaat-i-Islami, an Islamist party that was part of a coalition that ruled Bangladesh from 2001 to 2006, claims it is the target. The party sought to keep Bangladesh part of Pakistan.

Aktar Hossain, a spokesman for the Muslim Ummah of North America, an organization consisting primarily of Bangladeshi expatriates, called the investigation an attempt to eliminate the opposition.

"The administration is not cooperating with the opposition and is trying to create a one-party parliament," said Mr. Hossain, whose group frequently brings senior officials of Jamaat-i-Islami to Washington for meetings with administration and congressional officials.

"People of Bangladesh are concerned, and we will have millions take to the streets if the investigations continue," Mr. Hossain said.

Crimes committed during the war were addressed in a 1973 reconciliation process, and if the issue is revisited, it should be done in front of the international community, he said.

The government put proposed changes to the 1973 legislation in parliament last week that would reopen the issue, Mr. Kabir said.

Human Rights Watch, an international nongovernmental human-rights- advocacy organization, sent a letter to the prime minister last week, backing the attempt to prosecute war crimes, provided the process was "fair and neutral."

Mr. Kabir said the government investigation and any trials will meet international legal standards.

The U.S. State Department had no immediate comment.

Re: [chottala.com] Now the nation hopes Mr Taj must come for ward like his father to organize the young generation to creating awareness for earning the qualities of principle ideology & self respect as politicians Principle Ideology & Self-respect are good qualities of Leadership to build & to lead the nation

Now Bangladesh is needed Leader like Late Mr. Taj Uddin. It seems that by resigning from the ministry his son Mr. Taj has earned the quality of his father.
Now the nation hopes Mr Taj must come for ward like his father to organize the young generation to creating awareness for earning the qualities of principle ideology & self respect as politicians.
Because
The people of Bangladesh have now already forgotten that the quality of Principle Ideology & Self-respect is the qualities of the politicians.
Now the people of Bangladesh know that politicians means corrupted persons politicians means liar murderer chor dakath politicians means misinterpreting & chandabajing dandabajing
But Mr. Taj has reminded us now that those quality are not qualities of politicians  & real politicians are not liar are not dishonest are not power hunter & are not principle less & ideology less..

Principle Ideology & Self-respect are good qualities of Leadership to build & to lead the nation
If Mr. Taj has resigned from ministry on these grounds then he is certainly a politician of good quality which qualities are now essentially required to earn by the politicians in Bangladesh.
On these points
Madam Prime Minister D/O founder Bangladesh is needed to think for learning & understanding the Principle Ideology & Self respect of Mr. Taj for building Digital Bangladesh that the Mandate of Election & to establishing lawful Administration for justice of Humanity. In Bangladesh
