The four convicted University Teachers are not released by the verdict of court trial. They have got pardon of the President must. They not be allowed to do teaching job any more.
These 4 University teachers are court verdict convicted criminal persons.
If they want to do teaching..........
How can allow the criminal people to do teaching jobs the education department for destroying our children's life??.
On behalf of the nation on behalf of the parents education department are requested to turn out those offensive criminal teachers from the campus of the University to keep smooth educational environment for saving our children's life from the hand of these miscreant so called free thought teachers.

Good news. No, GREAT news: the four imprisoned RU teachers have been pardoned by the president. But even that is done in a strange way.
Syed Muztoba Ali once wrote about someone that his brain is so twisted, if you drive a nail through it, it will come out as a screw. Seems like our government is becoming like that: unable to state clear facts clearly, or act in a transparent manner.
First there was the mysterious postponement of the sentencing while the magistrate allegedly went for a sudden training in Dhaka, after which he returned and sentenced the professors to jail terms.
Now the government is claiming the families filed a mercy petition, and the president acted on that. There is only one problem: the families are claiming there was no mercy petition. The families are saying that they requested that the professors be freed, but they did not apologize.
This face-saving claim was unnecessary: the president could have easily said that given the lack of past criminal history and their current job as respected university teachers, he was freeing the professors.
Despite the lack of clarity around the process, we would still like to thank the CTG for belatedly coming to their senses.
Now the question remains: as convicted criminals, will the four professors be allowed to return to their jobs? |

Convicted teachers are not released lawfully or judiciary being proved that teachers are lawfully innocent & the action of Government is illegal.. Forgiveness of the President to the Court Convicted University Teachers after heavy movement of the Teachers Labor Union is proving that our honorable learned teachers are not pure innocent & have no any knowledge of personal prestige or sense of responsibility & sense of honor & self respect. They have got mercy of the kind hearted CTG. How can they be good teachers? How can they create by providing good lessons to the students to make them good law makers good judicial executers good lawful administration?
Why did not face the University Teachers in the court for lawful action against the Government for releasing them lawfully?
Did not the University Teachers do lawfully right for facing in the court against the Government?
Why did they do bargaining with the Government like labor leaders for releasing their colloquies from the Jail?
Why are they comparing their unlawful activities with others unlawful activities?
Will the University Teachers want to do unlawful works if unlawful works are done by others?
Are the same category people??
Education sector…
Country needs very strong Administrator for doing reformation works in education section for creating learned creative persons
1) To create dedicated minded honest efficient political leaders to lead the country.
2) To create honest creative law makers for making rules & laws
3) To create foresighted wise skilled planers for planning.
4) To create good efficient administrators to rule
5) To create perfect executors to execute the plan & to build the country for saving the people.
An enquire & tribunal board is required to form for investigating to do trial against all persons/teachers in all University & Education Section
1) Are why suffering the students in season jots?
2) Are why not taken regularly classes?
3) Are why not taken examination in due time & not given result in time?
4) Why are not honored the certificates of the students who are getting after obtained degree/graduated of Bangladesh University by the University in abroad & why are they treated as below standard educated persons in comparison with foreign University Graduates??
After doing trial all irresponsible teachers must be turned out from the teaching section of all educational institutions & bad education system which does not create good active creative responsible persons must be banned.
The creative active honest learned teachers must be inspired for doing education researches to create update education resources & they should be awarded.
New honest active learned teachers must be appointed & provided them inspired them to be learned wise foresighted teachers.
Nation wide quality education system must be introduced for providing to nation wide all people quality education for creating quality people & for making them skilled creative in their respective working fields.
The teachers should try to know & should try to understand what faults they have done.
They need to try to understand that in past last 37 years in Bangladesh education section they could not be able to provide correct update teaching lessons to the students in time to make them good leaders good politician good law maker & good administrators to lead the country.
Now the University Teachers are in the Jail & facing trial as like as criminal persons. Being University Teachers they are doing movement works without showing respect to the lawful court verdict as like as labor leaders for releasing their colloquies from the jails. They have no wise knowledge have no lawful good idea to face the court lawfully for releasing the convicted University Teachers. It is a very shameful matter to the whole nation.
They do not understand what crime they have done by not taking regular classes by not providing to the students update correct education lessons by not taking examinations in time & by not giving result in due time & they have created season jots, they have given them trouble by killing the money misusing the energy & valuable time of the poor parent hopes & of the poor students who have admitted in the university for getting education.
For establishing Justice of law & for establishing Lawful Administration for establishing Humanity & Human Right it is the most essential duty of the Judicial Department to take legal action according to the complain submitted by any citizen of the country to the court for seeking lawful verdict against any person whatever he/she may be (whether big leader or university teacher).
They are the student's life time killer money killer of the poor students & their parents.
They do not try to understand what' their faults & they do not try to rectify their faults as wise teachers.
The teachers are the paid service holders for doing the teaching works to make the students as competent citizens by providing them update correct education. They are getting salary for the teaching works.
So it is very essential duty for the nation to look whether the teachers are doing their duty teaching WORKS correctly & honestly by taking the classes in time by giving the students correct update knowledge lessons & by taking the examination in time & by giving the result in due time
OR
they are doing party politics not taking classes not taking examination not giving result in due time & only they are doing free thought exercises thinking themselves free thought valued persons like as Royal Bengal Tigers.
For establishing fair & neutral Govt Administrations, for establishing fair & neutral Judicial Department it needs to appoint the people who are not doing party politics in their student life & not doing politics before joining in the service to Govt Administrations or Judicial Department.
So the rules & laws should be made for the students that the students who want to do party politics in their student life they may do party politics but they will not get job in any Govt Administration or Judicial Department after finishing their study.
