Quader Mollah verdict was predictable.Judiciary of Bangladesh is also one of the most government entity dictates by the sitting power in government.BNP government was also did similarly .May be a little less than BAL government.Most of the Lawyers specifically government appointed Lawyer's are the most corrupt.Anti corruption Department can easily identify them.
Present crime against Humanity and ICT(so called international crime Tribunal) is a sham.There were lots of unarmed civilians,political opponents has been killed after Dec.16,1971.Lots of looting and rapes happend after 1971.Those crimes should also be brought to justice.
Jamat leader's in Bangladesh should be tried not for their political believe during 1970-1971.They should be tried for political and financial corruptions(ethical violation).Since they believed that it was a Jihad to protect Pakistan(united) but they have abondoned the War field and most of them took shelters in safe heaven and took the all kinds of assistances(financials,gainful employments,NOC's etc:)from anti Bangladesh alliance of foreign countries.Susequently they became the multi-billionare in Bangladesh through Islami Bank,Ibne-Sina,Manarat and so on.
Awami Thugs and bustards of India allaiances does not want a corruptions free peaceful Bangladesh to prosper.India does have insurgency in 9 provinces.It is an war like situation.Pakistan does have all kinds of sectarian in fighting.Mass people of India and Bangladesh feels that they should be a good neighbor to each other.But Indian government has the expantionist Brahminism Agenda.Like USA government and general population of USA.
War crimes should be identified(1971 March to Aug.15,1975).There should be a conscensus among political parties.Many victims and criminals might have died.But Looter's of government and private properties their descendents are still in Bangladesh.Those properties should be ceased and government may consider benevolent programs for the victim's families of both sides of the ailes.
That is how reconciliation process should progress in Bangladesh.Dividing people for Anti-Pakistan and Pr0-Pakistan after 42 years make no sense.Pakistan is too far from Bangladesh and in between 1600 miles of Indian territory in existance.1700 miles or so Indian borders surrounded Bangladesh.Talpatti,Farakha,Tista,tipaimukh and bangladeshi killings at borders are not by pro Paki's?
Present day protest(harotals) is misguided one.Jamat-Shibir should learn from Egypt situation.Terorising public thorougfares ,torching vehicles should be stop.
They should identify the law-enforcer's and judicial people who are violating their oath and doing the injustice.And plan accordingly for a long battle.Begging to America and Europe would not help.Clean up your present leadership(opportunistic one) and give a tough fight against oppressors who ever they are.Please do not punish general public.

Jamat is at fault. It gave unconditional support to Dr. Hasina in her struggle for caretaker government in 1995. Jamat failed to show its willingness to support BAL in the upcoming election. Now it is BAL's turn to revenge. The outcome is expected as it came from the Awami pets in the Supreme court. These justices were installed in Supreme court for the sole purpose of supporting Awami League agenda. We never had such a judiciary in the last 40 years of Bangladesh not even duing Sk Mujib's term.

I very sincerely want war criminals to be tried. But before accepting the verdict against Quader Mollah I need to know the answer of few questions. If he were such a notorious criminal 1) How could he became the student of Dhaka university in 1972 and was a rsident student of Shahidullah Hall ? 2) How could he work as teacher of Udayan School during 1974-1975? 3), 3) How could he work as an officer of Islamic Foundation when Bangandhu was prime minister of the country? 4) How could he work as a senior teacher and acting principal of Rifles college in 1977 and 5) How could he became the vice president of Dhaka Journalist Union ? 6) Why no case was filed against him during 1971 and 2010 ?
